Tried to use coupon for 10.99 large one topping pick up. Wanted to add a couple more toppings, was told could no longer use coupon and new total was $24. Pretty anti-consumer for not honoring coupon and just charging extra for the toppings.

Young lady took our order and was at the cash register was most helpful friendly. She was great we left with a big smile and 💓 in our heart. The pizza was very good. Our Fourth time getting a pizza happy very time. One time had it delivered was very slow and a little cold.

They forgot our order which could have been overlooked had the pizza been good. The pizza was okay at best. Very plain tasting. Basically not enough sauce and the sauce they had didn’t have much flavor. I would not suggest to family or friends.

You can taste the freshness from the pizza to the wings to the pasta! I would definitely recommend, although this spot is pretty busy at times and you have to wait a bit its worth the wait!

I ordered 2 pizzas for 40 something dollars. Called in 45 mins in advance and ask them that I need it ASAP. Upon arrival, I was told that I need to wait for additional 10 -15 mins since I didnt pay over the phone but I was NOT told to pay over the phone in order for them to start preparing. Im like: Why didnt tell me over the phone about that but I was told that they told me but its a lie! Nobody told me that. Instead of saying sorry for miscommunication they insisted on that. Very bad customer service the food quality is mediocre and I will definitely not going to be ordering with them ever again!

Placed an order for pickup 30 minutes before arriving just to find out the food wasn t even started yet. The cashier was nice and apologized but I ended up waiting another while for the rest of the food. It was clearly made in a rush and the container not closed properly, sauce spilled all over, ripped the bag and fell out spilling everywhere. My calzone was cold. Not happy at all. I called back repeatedly but no answer

I must say I love Ameci Pizza. The problem is the extremely long delivery times. I was told 30 to 40 minutes for delivery. Well after an hour and no pizza, I called the store and I was told my pizza is still at there. Not the way to do business. I could have called another pizza store, if I was provided the correct estimated delivery time. I was not giving an option, Instead my order and money was taken and I was lied to about delivery time. Here I am over 1 1/2 hours later and still no pizza. Shame! Never again and I am a loyal once a week customer. What a big let down. I am expected to be satisfied with a cold 1 1/2 hour old pizza. Update: after over 2 hours of waiting and still no pizza, I cancelled my order and ordered Pizza Hut with delivery in 30 mins.

Good pizza. One of my favorite pizza places in town. The pepperoni pizza can be a little too greasy at times. Cheese pizza is always great. They have a variety of pizza sizes for every occasion.

Omg!!!! The best pizza I ve had in a long time!!! I tried it today for the first time because my daughter had tried it at her high school band practice and she kept telling me that I needed to try it. My daughter was so right, I absolutely love it. Everything was so perfect the amount of cheese to the sauce to the pepperonis everything was just right. And I only got a regular pepperoni pizza. But omg it was sooooo good. Oh and the service was the best too. Very friendly and a clean place. From the moment I walked in I was greeted.

LITERALLY SUCH GREAT PIZZA! If I could rate more then 5 stars I would!! I was just in town for the weekend but after trying this pizza I had to go back the next day ! I know where I m eating when I come back ! Also super great customer service and friendly staff ! Can t wait to enjoy their pizza again !

Very disappointing meals. First, after the 3rd call, I was told there an error in the kitchen. The meals were delivered one hour the estimated time. Secondly, the meals were over cooked. Thirdly, they did not offer any compensation for their error. At this time I am not planning to order for delivery again.

This place is worth the hype! The pizza is phenomenally perfect thin crust not burnt, sauce was great. Its worth every penny & Id put it up against anything Ive ever had. The staff was top-notch and checked in enough to make sure I was well catered for. Hands down the best in Canyon Country!

Best Pizza spot in Santa Clarita. The pizza is amazing. The cheese is soooooo buttery, and everything really does have a very fresh flavor. The chicken wings are plump and delicious. My wife and I Love the salads, fresh and crispy. The staff: The people there are really nice and very helpful great staff. Since the new owners took over that location, every time we go there they greet us and explain to us any questions we have and the staff member are why I come to this location. Even the drivers remember us, both when they deliver and when we stop by. The food: BBQ Chicken is my favorite it the tangy, smokey barbecue sauce along with the cheesy topping makes a flavorful and addicting pizza. The chicken was nice and tender as well. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS ..

First time coming to Ameci Canyon Country, and I was surprised! The girl at the cashier was really professional and suggested multiple things. When I got indecisive, she told me she ll split the pizza so I could try both flavors. Pizza came out hot, crust, and every bite is well balanced! Will definitely come again. thought Id give it a try used to have a micis back home franchise turned out really good tonight we ordered the ravioli beef and cheese they did a half and half really accommodated us nice and hot good taste didnt taste like it came out of the freezer period. Its now Under New Management the new young couple really nice I saw them deal with several different customers while I was waiting clean Place hopefully they will continue what theyre doing now they got some inventive personal recipes coming on board that sounds really good experience chef I would definitely recommend this for comfort food when you dont feel like cooking Im excited for them just met him tonight perhaps they are going to be a breath of fresh air to the area

Recently I placed an order through GrubHub, after I placed the order I received confirmation indicating that the restaurant had received my order and it would be delivered at a specific time. I ordered the food right as the restaurant opened as I was attending a party that afternoon and had promised to bring some food to share amongst the party guests. Anyway it was about 10 minutes past due the delivery time, I called the restaurant who then informed me that they never got the order. Inturn I called GrubHub, they called the restaurant and verified that it was indeed the restaurant who was at fault because apparently their fax machine was not working. I spoke to a gentleman from the restaurant, he was very apologetic and ensured me that the next time I called them directly and placed an order that my order would be comped. Of course, just now I placed an order and asked if they had any record of that promise and that was not the case. The woman I spoke to could have cared less and made no effort to try to look into the issue. So not only did I not have food to bring to the party that day, they did not keep their word to make up for their error. I will not order again from here. Just as a side note, even though it was not grubhubs fault they did send me a $10 off on my next order so they were very helpful... The restaurant not so much.

I order several times a month, I have no problem with a delivery fee or paying a tip I pay it to not have to go out or stop and pick up myself. that said, the food is great! We have not had a bad item yet. I am trying the whole menu a little at a time and always get the Cesar salad,,, best Cesar dressing since I had it made at the table in a restaurant in Canada. I have stopped in once and although small place it is clean and I always get great customer service.

Im really not happy with this place at all. I placed an order through GrubHub 3 days ago and the food that was delivered to me was wrong. I had ordered the Chicken Breast Tenders (5) and they sent me a 10oz chicken breast. I called to report the error and was told that all the drivers had left for the night, so they couldnt replace my food. However, I was told that there would be a $10 credit put on my account. I called today to place another order and when I said that I should have a credit on there I was told that there was nothing noted in the computer. The young man that I spoke with did tell me that he would go ahead and give me the discount though. About 5 minutes later I received a call from a rude woman that I assume was a manager. She said where she was calling from and said, What story did you tell my employee? I ran through everything again with her. She informed me that she would only give me $6 off this order and would put the other $4 on my account for the next order. I questioned why she wouldnt just give me the entire $10 and she said that if she gave me $10 off then it would put my order under the required delivery amount. She told me that she wouldnt be able to send her driver out for that amount. Not only was I not happy about that, but she was quite rude and had no customer service skills. Riddle me this: If I place an order that totals $15 which is over their minimum delivery order of $10 and I have them use my $10 credit that they owe me, then how is it my problem that it drops the amount to $5???? That is on them and they should still honor it. I wasnt told that I was going to get a $10 credit that could only be used if I spent over $20. This is complete BS. What on earth makes her think that after being treated like crap that I will want to place a 3rd order to get the remaining $4 that they owe me? The food (when I got the correct items) wasnt horrible, but it wasnt really great either. Definitely NOT worth all the crap I have gone through and dealing with a rude manager calling me.
