Panera Bread

Today we ordered a salad and the Buffalo chicken sandwich. Got our order pretty fast but in my sandwich they gave no chicken at all. Asked for no cheese and they gave me the American cheese. The white things on the sandwich you see on the picture are onions.

The food is always excellent however both male and female bathrooms needed to be cleaned they both had paper towels on the ground where patrons had not put them in the garbage can. I had chicken noodle soup and a chicken Caesar salad sandwich. The chicken noodle soup was more broth than noodles however the server quickly added lots of noodles and chicken once I mentioned it. The sandwiches were excellent the macaroni and cheese which my friend had looked great. My date just added a little pepper and salt for seasoning for her palate. Mall parking. Spent under $40 for two people which was great. The hot chocolate was very tasty. It would be nice if you could have refills on the hot chocolate. The staff was friendly and inviting. All-n-all good night of eating. Sign "I TRIED IT"

The food was good but a little pricey. I ordered the broccoli cheddar and it was nice and hot and creamy with a piece of bread that appeared to be broken off or torn from the loaf as opposed to being cut with a knife. Interesting. I also enjoyed a Chicken Ceaser Salad. The chicken was moist and tender and the greens were crisp and crunchy. : p Also ordered was Green Goddess Cobb Salad w Chicken. Which I might say had a nice pile of avocado sitting beautifully atop bacon bits and hard boiled egg. Enjoy friends. : )

I personally won’t be coming back to this location for food at least as my Greek salad smelled old and spoiled when I opened it out of the container. I thought maybe it was something else and prepared my salad by putting the dressing on and shaking it up , I took my first 2 bites and tried to swallow was unable to as something inside tasted really bad. I had to spit it it out. The customer service was great as the staff assure my rewards weee applied without me having to ask and she gave me options so I could make the best choice for what I wanted to eat today. Apart from the salad my broccoli cheddar soup was a little water but still tasty and great hot temperature. The mango lemonade there was made perfectly.

Citrus Asian Crunch Salad with Chicken was delicious! The restaurant staff at the Panera Bread at the SouthBay Pavilion Mall in Carson, CA were efficient and friendly. Restaurant very clean!
Our food was ready within 10 minutes!

Awesome mac and cheese kitchen sink cookies are the size of my head😄 and cinamon rolls are good too! I had one of the smoothies the other day but it tasted funny 👎 so i dont recomend those

I really enjoy this Panera a lot. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. Today the young lady was super nervous so I'm guessing she was new. She was super sweet and helpful. Got a you pick two which is my go to, green goddess cobb and baked potatoe soup. I hoped to get my birthday perk but I didn't realize it wasnt available the whole month (Panera, you should make it available the whole month) and missed it by a few days. Enjoyed my peaceful lunch

Honestly it's expensive. I order a sandwich for $12 that I payed for a small sandwich. It was no prepared good. I was expecting a bigger sandwich because of the cost but totally disappointed.

Worse service ever!! Generally I’m very happy with the service here. This morning I was left waiting over 5 mins as the manager was flirting with someone and then gave him and his friend a free muffin each. Every other time that I have had to wait such a long time I have been compensated with a free cookie or something. All I received from the staff this morning were long looks with out any acknowledgment. I can not help but wonder if it has to do with the fact that I am black while the one she was flirting with was her same nationality. I thought that in the way that the world is today that we could acknowledge each other with respect for our differences and not put one over another of their own people.

Un lugar para un desayuno ligero y rápido, en general esta bien el café la variedad de panes o desayunos, desafortunadamente cuando fui las mesas vacías estaban sucias y luego no había café y luego no había leche para el cafe, no tardaron mucho es rellenar pero es algo en lo que tendrían que estar al pendiente, el estacionamiento es grande y hay muchas tiendas para visitar

I eat here often. Today I purchased 2 Bacon, egg and cheese brioche sandwiches, Bad choice. There was very little bacon on those sandwiches it was basically an Egg and Cheese sandwich.
The coffee was Luke warm and not very appealing. I was rushing home to watch the game and I didn't have time to return the order. Over $30 wasted!!

My husband and I wanted a bagel for breakfast. So we decided to go to Panera. We ordered 2 bagels toasted. We received them in a timely manner however, when I asked for a side of cream cheese that's when the attitude came from the manager and the employee. I was told it have an additional cost. I said that was ok. When the manager came to ring me up she charged me $5.98 for two if the individual size cream cheese. I looked at her in disbelief. She said that was the cost. I told her forget it I could buy a whole cream cheese at Aldi for half the price. They were very rude.

I've rated this location poorly for 2 reasons. The restaurant was extremely nasty. Spills all over the place. Tables needed to be cleaned. Trash was on the floor. The 2nd reason was there were gnats everywhere. The problem with that is pastries were right there, totally covered with them. On the plus side, the staff was pleasant, which is why I gave them 2 stars.

I was the only customer waiting for food it was about 10 minutes before closing, my order took about 10 minutes, I only ordered a tuna sandwich and soup, when I got home and started eating my sandwich I noticed I didn't taste any tuna, it was a speck of tuna on the bread, I noticed the last few times going to panara bread on Avalon in Carson the portions are getting smaller and smaller and the price is getting higher and higher

Best place ever! Great food, always prepared the way it should be. Excellent service. Only thing...stock more "kitchen sink" cookies and make sure you don't run out of bread. 😁 UPDATE: Be sure not to make your order too far from the menu... They just might get it wrong. 😒 UPDATE: Went again with a very large order, and everything was perfect!! Yes, different crew, so I guess maybe it depends on what day/time you go. 🤷‍♀️

Horrible experience almost everytime I walk in
Noone goes to the counter to order ,people walk to the sandwich side or stop at the glass to say what they want .

But that's besides the point ,No welcome or anything when I walked in or acknowledgement of me even being there .

One girl came to the counter put on gloves to walk away and do something else while three other people plus a manager looked my way and never said anything .

Panera's food always tastes good but the service at this location is subpar. We placed a To Go order at the kiosk. When our food was given to us, they did not give us our drink cup...no biggie. When we got home, we discovered they had left out the cookie we ordered. When I called to get a refund, they said they couldn't do it over the phone which would mean I would need to drive 12 miles each way to either get a cookie or get a refund. Instead, I'm having to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Food and snacks are good but way over priced; a meal here costs entirely too much with portions extremely small.

Customer service sucks especially at the “To Go/Online Orders” pick up. Attitudes are stale and unwelcoming.

The restrooms at this location are horrible. I pick up from here almost every day and every time the restrooms stink and are disgustingly filthy.

PARKING IS ALWAYS A MAJOR ISSUE

I like the coffee better than Starbucks, refills and getting a rewards card are both more convenient. But there are little disappointments. For instance it would be nice to have SOFTENED butter with my toasted bagel, instead of these little hard as a brick impossible to spread things.

This is only my second time at a Panera bread and honestly I don’t get why the food is so pricey, just a meal for 2 over 40 dlls I rather go to a real restaurant and probably spend the same. The food is not bad but not worth the price for sure.

Waiter an hour to have our food served. I asked twice at the register and they didn’t even check with the kitchen personnel.
I had to go ask myself to the kitchen personnel and they had never prepared it. Worst service!!!

Always end up paying quite a bit for smaller portions however it is always delicious! You can taste the fresh ingredients. I do not recommend the new Thai chicken soup, I asked if it was spicy which the nice lady replied she hadn't tried it yet so wasn't sure but didn't hear it w a s. Well it was lol just a bit to much for me for to even finish it and it was VERY small for $7+.

First time here and was not impressed. Ordered a Mac and cheese with broccoli . A small was almost 8 dollars and was not even filled up all the way. Spent almost 30 . What a waste of money. Not going back that's for sure. Should have went to pieology!
