Vincenzo's Pizza Castaic

Honestly the food was horrible , I'm sorry I usually don't like to say that but man , I ordered a personal pepperoni pizza and an order of cheesy garlic bread , and it was absolutely tasteless. The service was nice , and the restaurant was clean but man . Maybe because I just got a basic pizza but still if that isn't up to par I'd hate to pay the prices for the specialities. The sauce and dough were completely tasteless, The only thing I could taste was the cheese. Service was good though overall, I was greeted the second I walked in , nice, quiet , and clean restaurant.

So unfortunately this place does not get a good rating for me food wise. However, the customer service was excellent and the price decent ordered a large custom pepperoni pineapple and sausage extra crispy/ well done. As you can see by the pictures, the pizza was completely soggy and greasy, even after it sitting for over 20 minutes. The flavor is good. Pizza is just way too soggy. Can't even pick up a slice without 3/4 of it falling apart. I will be back again considering they're close to my work. This was my first time eating here and I must say I'm not impressed, so far.

Recently had catering from here, the GF spaghetti was delicious along with the salad. Everything was fresh and flavorful!

I loved this place its been my second time ! The food is great and the pizza has an amazing flavor i never struggle with the wait time for my food! Alot of people i have seen said its pricey but i disagree mind you that everything is expensive now and the quality of this food makes it worth every dollar !

Just want those searching to know this establishment DOES NOT have any gluten free options as verified by phone 6/4/2024. Google search pulls this restaurant up as gluten free being on the menu, but it’s not.

Nov 2023, we met up with the new family that owns Vincenzo's Pizza Castaic, which just took over operations 3 months ago. New owners, new takes on their recipes and quality ingredients, made this dinner a win for us. Although it's a franchise, the family has creative freedom with their ingredients. Yum. They just got started, show them some love, as they have big plans for their humble little pizza shop. Hard working locals!

I was treated to a mothers day lunch. The place was clean and had a large TV with comedy shows on. Had a great time.

Food is fine, this location is almost like a take out only restaurant. A lot different than Newhall location. Super-friendly and helpful. Only one person working, but he seemed to have it all handled.

I ordered online, when dinner hadnt shown 20mins after the end delivery time, I called the location. They told me the driver hadnt shown up and they would call me back. Instead they refunded me my money and never called. Now Im without dinner after waiting over an hour and a half. I understand delivery wasnt exactly on the location, but the customer service part was. VERY DISAPPOINTED

First time trying out this pizzeria. Got a medium Vincenzos pizza (one of their combo pizza). Came out fresh and delicious. The chef and the cashier were friendly, and service was great. Will definitely come back when ever Im in the area.

Small store with big taste. The Vincenzos special pizza is awesome. Large chicken Ceasars salad feeds at least 3 and is top notch.

Best pizza in the entire SCV area... seriously. The only one that compares is Toppers, but I m starting to like this better. The ingredients you can tell are fresh and the dough/bread of the pizza is amazing.

Perfect pizza. Perfect antipasto. Amazing crew took care of us and went above and beyond. Theres not much for dining in, but we had no choice and the staff assisted us throughout. Note to truckers: there is a lot of road parking and even room on the lot to jump in and get yourself an amazing salad to enjoy in your can. Great stop before or after the grapevine.

Not at ALL like the others. Bread crust is never consistent. Food is never ready when you pick up. They are never busy . There is some Stoned kid that works there everyday always forgetting stuff workers are lazy.

This pizza place blows the competition away. There pizzas are made exactly to order and your leftovers arent rock hard the next day. Fabulous customer service!

So happy Vincenzos is back in Castaic! We ordered a large Esperienza pizza. Very generous with the toppings and was super fresh. Was ready as promised when I arrived. Now on our weekly rotation to support local establishments. Way to go Vincenzos!

Stay Away from this place! Take the extra time and drive to the Newhall location. I was very excited that Vincenzo was opening in my Castaic neighborhood. Placed my order through their website, totaling more than $100 dollars. They use door dash for delivery. Delivery driver notified me that he was there and they didn t have my order in their system. The store stated to call door dash. Door Dash said they couldn t refund, it wasn t their app. Called store, asked to speak to Manager. Paul was no help. He was so rude and inconsiderate. He said what do you want me to do about it , uhm...it s called customer service? He Hung Up On ME! I was shocked!!! Called Menufy, which confirmed the store received order and confirmed the order on their end. What a nightmare! The owner had an opportunity to make this right but didn t. Shame on him. Will keep my business in Newhall and make sure I tell everyone I know in Castaic.

Gave a 20-35 min. pick up time and at the 35 min. Mark I am told its going to be another 20-30 min. I could have used a call to notify me of that much of a backup so I didnt have to drive all the way there only to have to go back home and wait.
