New to 85° but glad we found it. The cakes looked fabulous. The drinks are refreshing. Great list of iced teas. And the pastries, delicious. Lots of custards, creams, coconut, lemon & mango pastries. A must try!
Parking at peak hours, is tricky but you'll get a spot with some patience. Ample dine-in tables, too.

Ordered a drink. Got a pastry too. Took like 15 minutes for my drink. At least, because the guys making the drinks didn't know how to announce what numbers are done. Didn't they used to have a screen to show when your drinks are done? Heck, even the DMV has a ticket system with a screen and speakers laid out all over to automatically announce when you're up. I shouldn't get some snarky comment like, "Take your time to get your drink!" If you think you're funny, go try your chops at a comedy house bro, otherwise, just stick to your job and make the drinks. Worst of all to top off, it tasted bland.

All the sweet bread flavors, pastries, and cakes are so delicious. The sliced cakes are always so moist and the sweet level is PERFECT! Today I tried the Jasmine tea for the first time, omg... Great jasmine flower flavor, very refreshing. These guys are doing everything right!

I enjoyed my visit here, im a newbie, first timer, and was a bit zelest in getting some delightful treats and sweets... I mean, I couldn't help it. Everything looked so delicious. They have a lot to choose from, cakes, Boba's, drinks, little treats. There was a line and a bit of a wait, but the line moved pretty quick with 3 cashiers working on a busy holiday weekend.

My kids absolutely love this place. They love being able to pick out their own pastries, the variety, and the milk tea. The coffee here is great. Unfortunately, I'm gluten free, so there are only a few items I can eat, but everything I have tried is delicious. Also, items are well

I ordered the strawberry matcha, as I ve done multiple times before. It did not taste correct, so we asked if it could be remade. The same guy that made it originally was remaking the drink and halfway through, he realizes he s messed up. He says out loud to his coworker that he s messed up but still continues making the drink and hands it to me, instead of starting over. Drink was warm and did not taste good at all and went straight into the trash.

The service at this location was... Non existent? Once I got my tray of bread, and waited near the EMPTY registers, when someone finally came up from the back no words were given. He just started tapping at the screen, for a second I thought he was maybe clocking in. My dad ordered a coffee and I swear it looked like the words were flying over his head. The only I knew he WAS listening was the fact that the order was coming up on the screen facing me. And to top it off, the tables were all sticky and dirty. My dad has to ask someone to wipe it down. Maybe its a staffing issue, maybe were the only ones that took notice. Other than that, the pastries were fresh and as always amazing! This place is always packed and for good reason! Pastries are always delicious, drinks are top notch, and its just a nice place to relax a bit before going on to the next adventure! My sister always gets the oolong milk tea with no ice! But if youre there for the pastries, get yourself the egg custards! Those are my fave!

Im not sure what happened but I no longer like this place. Maybe my palate has changed or they have done something different. The iced salted caramel coffee was so incredibly sweet I had to dilute it with water. You may be able to order different levels of sweetness but I d expect the standard recipe to be better. The pasties even the savory ones all have a very sweet artificial taste to them, it s not good. Anyway, I want to like this place but I just don t.

I like this location because they re always fully stocked with the breads I want and the drinks are consistent. However the 85C coffee doesn t taste same as before. It s been more watered down lately so hopefully they can fix that soon.

Bought this cake at around 8pm and my drive home is just 5 minutes. When I opened the box the cake was a mess. Bad packaging. Theres a bumper the cake is sitting on so when this cake was boxed the guy that boxed it folded the ends too far in and damaged the frosting on both sides.

This place is slow in check out. For the amount if people they serve they meed more cashiers. 1 to 2 cashiers. Don t come here if you don t have at least 15 minutes to wait for a cashier.. disappointing because the food is actually acceptable.

Came by 5/7/2023 around 1:30pm. Never ever ever order any frozen blended drink from here. They added so much ice and barely blended it.Choking down these huge chunks of ice. Multiple employees ignored me when I just wanted a straw.Just terrible.

Stand-out bakery items! So far I have tried 10-12 different items. None have disappointed. If you go late you can expect them to be sold out almost everything. I look at that as a testament to how good 85°C is. If you havent tried it, you should.

I would have given much higher review if not for the annoying pounding from the barista when he makes each drink. The pounding is constant and loud. There must be a better way to make drinks. There are quite a few display signs missing on the racks so we couldn t tell what we are getting. Tables and floor are not cleaned up from customers so cleaning is self service.

Hello Fellow Angelinos! This Bakery is making an impression on me! They have everything pre packaged and ready when you walk in just grab some tongs and a tray. I like the fact that everything has a description, Me and my wife came down on saturday April 1st 2023. It seems they were doing some remodeling so they had all tables and chairs covered in a big black tarp with tape on some molding. the line is long at check out so be ready for a wait. They have a great mochi bread and great cream cheese and jalapeño bread!!

Updating because of their reply: Thank you and I love this 85 because they have their employees longer than the others, and they make the drinks really well. Old review: Not open til 10 but cant take five mins to update their hours. I passed by another one, because I was going to go to this one. I could ve gone to the other one but of course they didn t update their hours, now I have to drive 20 minutes back to the other one in Cypress. Don t come here till 10, and if you can just don t come here at all.

Love this little bakery as a one-stop shop for boba, dessert, and buns! The space is nice and big, and all the food is fresh and tasty. Everything is packaged individually, and most things you can put on a tray for take-away. Checkout is quick and everyone is friendly, I will definitely be back!

Very fresh. But I m not a big fan. It s highly processed bakery items. Could introduce more healthy items. The bread is delicious if you enjoy semi sweet super soft bread. Plus many cakes. I wish they can sell Cantonese style bakery like egg custards, Chinese bbq baos. They are hard to find in Cerritos. It would be a joy to see those that I crave so much.

The cake is a bit rough, and your mouth will feel grainy after eating it, but it is still better than the American-style puff pastry. The parking spaces near the mall are crowded, so it is better to go outside of meal time.

First time here, all I can say is WOW! Most of the baked goods are individually wrapped, and labeled and priced. I bought 4 items plus a large caramel macchiato for $11.00! It was NOT over priced. The baked goods are fresh and delicious. Definitely a gem, need to find one closer to me.

Finally got around to try the cinnamon rolls that I kept on seeing Facebook. They are as good as the ones in the mall and at a better price. I was happy to see my favorite item the Pork Sung rolls there that day. I often find them to be sold out when I go sometimes.

I was torn on where to get my dad s birthday cake, and decided to get a cake here. I ended up buying individual flavors of cake pieces. I was very disappointed in quality of every piece. It was the driest cake, so disappointed because it was for my dad s 65th birthday. Wish I went somewhere else

Terrible service, it seems like you are doing them a favor by buying in that place, they dont even offer you a dish to eat there, you have to eat it in your hand or a napkin or in the box itself, which is of no use the cashier has the worse attitude and throws things at you!

I was very surprised to see an 85 degree bakery in LA. But since I tried this in taiwan I had to try one in LA. The selection is a bit different than taiwan but overall I enjoyed the ham and egg and sausage bun.

Been here a few times and have had multiple unfortunate events. No cashier ready or had an extremely rude attitude. Sucks because the pastries, cakes and drinks are delicious but some staff have been rude multiple times.

Nice bakery. Decently large assortment of pastries and breads, as well as a nice selection of drinks like teas and coffees. The price isnt too bad for how much stuff you can get. The atmosphere there is pretty nice. Its a pretty open area with one section for pastries and another section to stand around in while you wait for your drinks.
