I only gave them an extra star because they're Mediterranean food.

But too much plastic, for too little food. Honestly, get smaller plates, too much empty space doesn't look appetizing. Makes me not want to come back.
It also takes long to get an order.
Done with this medi spot after two trips here. Moving on to somewhere down the street or by my house.
Nice employees.

I have to say that I was a little intimidated when I first walked in and noticed how crowded the restaurant was. However, this team was efficient and fast! Ordered my food and received it in less than 15 minutes! I’ve went to other near locations and I’ve waited more than 30 minutes for my food when there would only be two people in the dining area! Not sure who the teammates were in the back, but Ariana and Gabby did a fabulous job with expediting orders. Great people with great service!

This place was just ok for us. We ordered 2 chicken kabob kids' meals. The kids enjoyed their food. I have to say the fries were very tasty. I ordered the chicken kabob plate, and my husband got the salmon. For both of us, the food lacked flavor. We could have really used some sort of garlic sauce or authentic chili paste. For us, we wouldn't go back just because their are so many other better Mediterranean food spots in Cerritos.

I love Luna grill, this one was exceptionally tasty and I want to point out that our cashier Samantha was very informative and helpful. So 2 times already I have placed an order online through their app, and my order was not ready at the time stated. 1 time it was busy, but 1 time it was definitely not peak hours. I came in and the employee logs my order in from the register, and says my order will be ready in 10-15 minutes. Both times. Just giving some comparison for peak times and non-busy times. Not sure what the point is of ordering online if you still have to wait. Nice enough staff, but this should be fixed.

The food was delicious, and little robots brought you stuff. I actually thought my bowl was too much food. And Im a fatty. The only thing that caught me off guard was that they do not accept CASH! I should have read that on the menu my fault. It was weird to hear. Sorry, we dont take cash, LOL.

Mediterranean is my favorite food so I had high hopes for this place but it was quite disappointing. I dont understand why the plates are so high in price yet hold so little food. The plates can hold 2 sides such has salad and hummus but you are only given one choice. The plates look awkward since there is more space that can be filled. The portions are not worth the price. Also the hummus can be better. It has a thick texture which reminds me of store bought hummus. You also only get small pieces of pita bread and one kabob with the plates which is also disappointing.

Im going to give them another try but when I try to add shrimp to my order something goes wrong. The first time they gave me only shrimp when I thought I ordered chicken and then added on the $4.99 shrimp skewer. Thinking it was how I said it, I made sure to be clear about what I wanted but this time it seems like they just forgot about the shrimp. I had to remind them when my food came out that I also ordered shrimp. It took another 5-6 minutes for it to come out and by then my original food was cold. The food was delicious and the staff were very understanding and polite about it, but it shouldnt be difficult to add shrimp to your order.

Nelly was our cashier and server she has great personality and helpful with the menu. Food here is always fresh and delicious. The restrooms are very clean and the restaurant itself is also very clean. I highly recommend trying the flat cut chicken and add the chipotle sauce on the side if your in to a little spice.

Nelly at the cashier was very friendly and thorough! She walked us through the menu to understand the differences between key items and made a tasty recommendation for the wife and I. Dont go here after 8pm. Staff is frantically cleaning so they can close and leave at 9pm. Starting at 8:05pm, the soda machine is turned off, tables are being cleaned (right next to you), floors swept, rugs moved, trash cans closed, etc. Its impossible to enjoy your food with all the commotion. I will go back because the food is decent but never again after 8pm.

Hummus isnt very good. Gyro and chicken isnt too bad. Rice basic. Ice tea was good. Service was decent and not too long a wait. Casual low key place. I may come again and get salad instead of hummus. Parking situation is bad on a Saturday afternoon. It comes with that Greek cucumber yogurt sauce Id prefer garlic sauce. They do have zaatar shakers which is nice.

My family and I love stopping by at this location for a meal whenever we in town visit my parents. I never get disappointed. Last night, 12/23/23, our meals were not prepared correctly. What impressed me is that they rectify it immediately without any negative attitudes. Compliments to the manager and staff at this location for continuously making my family s and mine dining experience so enjoyable. Thank you.

Ordered on line.Order wasnt ready when I arrived, no big thing. Within a few minutes, cashier called me up to counter because my order was ready. Drove home to Downey, opened package and it was not my order. I wasnt about to drive back to Cerritos so I just ate it. The chicken pita was good, but I wish I received my order instead.

The cashier, Nelly, was very friendly and informative. She was able to share the different items on the menu. Greeted me the two times I came into the store. I was a little indecisive and the friendliness brought me back. A little bummed the juices werent available but still a great experience. Food was amazing, taste and presentation.

Love this place! Perfect for a lighter option but not lacking in flavor! I get the Santorini Bowl and its absolutely amazing. Everything you need all in a nice bowl, so satisfying. Vegetarian options: The falafel are so bomb!! Parking: Good sized lot that always has spots. Kid-friendliness: I dont have kids but I think they would enjoy it.

I love luna grill! We came on a weekend for a late lunch and the place was pretty mellow, which was nice. Th food took about 20 minutes to com out after ordering a vida chicken bowl I believe. Super worth it, especially after going to the Cerritos mall.

I went here yesterday for the fist time and ordered the chicken meal. It was moist and everything was great. The only thing I wish they would change is give more pita bread. They only give you four small triangle pieces. Other than that, it was great.

Thank you to the Cerritos Luna Grill team. My family placed an online order for another location for New Years, but that location ran out of our preferred side (the tasty rice!) We decided to place an order for the sides with the Cerritos location, and after explaining what happened, the Cerritos team honored the online side order at no cost. That act of kindness on New Years Eve was so unexpected and we thank Brenda and her team for their generosity and customer service! We will surely be returning to this location

I have never seen such small baklava in my life time. They charge $2.69. I dont mind to pay $5 but descent size. I wish I took the picture, basically one bite. We got two pieces, one for my wife. They had my order wrong and went back and changed. I am a regular and I like their food. I was disappointed about their baklava. I would take their baklava off the menu or do something.
