Consistently one of the best French dip tri-tip sandwiches around. They’ve got an abundant selection of sides and other menus items. I imagine they’d be excellent for catering events, too. Really yummy 🤤 10/10 recommend if you want a HOT French dip sandwich. So so good.

Ordered a special family deal for 2 with 2 sides baked beans and macaroni cheese. In addition we ordered a half order of tri tip. Food was made fresh and warm upon eating. I highly recommend the tri tip DELICIOUS ! Total spent $50 feeding 4, worth the price best!

If I could give this a zero, I would. The mac and cheese was soggy (how is that possible?) The baked beans were straight from the Heinz tomatoes based can. The chicken needed sauce to find any flavor, but please, trust me, don't use the house sauce. The beef ribs were huge but tough, we ultimately had to throw them away. The chicken salad was just terrible. How do you mess up a salad?
We were convinced to give this a try, based on the reviews, but we were hugely disappointed. So I wanted to leave an honest review.
My brother said he wouldn't feed this food to a dog he didn't like. I thought that it was cruel, but there is nothing worse than getting your mouth ready for good BBQ and ending up with this.

You pull into a big looping driveway. As you walk in, you notice a comfortable dining area. Full menu of all sorts of bbq. The ladies behind the counter we're courteous, kind, and professional. I ordered pork ribs, beef ribs, fried onions, and mac and cheese. The pork was a little worrisome. It had a pungent pork smell. Maybe due to the slow smoked process but it was off-putting. The flavor, however, took my worry away. Juicy, meaty, and drizzled with a little bit of bbq sauce. The beef ribs we're the best in the whole valley! The fried onion was huge. I mean enough for 3 people. Loved the taste of the sweet onions and the breading on them. The mac and cheese also tasted creamy and had such a lovely feel. Meal came with rolls, which were kind of dry and didn't have much garlic or butter on them. The only negative thing to say is the restroom. Soon as you open the door it smells of mold. Please get this checked. It's a hazard to the employees who have to use it all day long. I was told by people this place is under new management. I never tried Rosie's before but today, the staff did an excellent job!

This place is always good!

I’m a Texan so I take bbq serious! This has to be the best tritip I’ve had in socal. We ordered dinner for 2 tri tip and ribs. We also ordered a side a fries and fried onions. Our sides were baked beans and Mac and cheese. Everything was so delicious and our food came out very fast during the lunch hour. I definitely need to go back and try their beef ribs. Overall, great experience and great food. Also, great prices.

It's a barbecue shack. There's not much to say. I like the tri-tip, and their sauce is crazy good. If you're looking for something more complicated than that, I doubt I have much to tell you.

Rosie's BBQ has been a local favourite for a number of years. Great tri-tip, excellent baby back ribs and more. Plenty of sides are available including standards like baked beans, potatoes and cole slaw. Staff is generally fine and prices are reasonable.

Over all it was just ok I got the chicken + roll + side of baked beans. The chicken had almost no meat on it and the BBQ sauce was really just sweet no other flavor in it. The beans were again just sweet and cold and the roll was good but just really cold. My husband had the tri tip steak + roll + mash potato's he said it was ok the meat was fine and you just had to dip it in the au jus roll and mash potatoes were cold as well. It's going to be a one and done for us.

First order wasnt bad, tri tip was a little tough but not bad, second order was a pulled pork sandwich that wasnt good at all, the meat tasted cheap and weird and the steak fries were over cooked.

I ordered a chicken and rib tri tip combo Sunday and it was awful. The chicken was so dry that it was inedible. The manager on duty was terrible with a bad attitude and would not do anything to make up for it . BE CAREFUL here, terrible management, poor quality food, a very intolerable experience.

Meat was tough and flavorless and Mac and cheese was very oily also lacked flavor. The best thing about my meal with the broth on the side that came with the tri tip. I had to pick through fat on the tri tips and the baby back ribs.

I just finished eating. We had such a good experience.. the food was really good ! The workers are 10/10 with customer service !!! And they were nice to our dog !!! I would highly recommend

We got a family meal for 4 only came with a half of chicken 8 slices of tri tip which was cut too thick very hard to chew! Pint of red potato salad which was good but little for 4! Baked beans were good ! Garlic rolls were good! Won't be back 😌

I really wanted to like this place because the service was so kind. Ordered baby back ribs and tri tip. The ribs had the fatty membrane on the back… not much flavor. The tri-tip was overdone but if you like your meat on the well/medium well side, it might be for you. The mac and cheese— avoid! Had zero flavor. Their BBQ sauce is more vinegar based and reminded me of Arby’s Sauce. The rolls were prob my favorite item.

You do get a lot of food for the price but idk if that is a good thing, considering I felt sick the rest of the night. Maybe the sandwiches are the better way to go!

Wonderful food, order when you walk in, they bring it to the table. Small hole in the wall but big flavors and the people who work in the area eat there. When we were there the local fire dept engine company came for lunch then an LAPD sector car came for their break.

Need to update the hours. Went out of my way to arrive on a Sunday at 12:30, only to find doors locked. Guy inside told me they open at 1pm, even though hours on signs say 12:00 on Sundays, as does this site. Very disappointing

Years ago, this BBQ sandwich shop was the Bomb! Not anymore! The meat in the sandwich was cold? The fries were half cooked? You can tell by eating the sandwich it has lost it's love & has become flavorless, cold hunks of meat.. Sad... Seems they could care less for returning customers.

We used Rosie's Catering for our Thanksgiving Day luncheon at work for 50 people. The food was delivered hot and set up by Darlene. She was awesome, friendly and very professional. The food was delicious, so flavorful. Everyone wanted to know where we go it. Thank you Rosie's catering. I was told I hit it out of the park with your food.

I may have shared my thoughts about this place before. This is a great place to get barbecue. The prices are reasonable and the portions are big. They have salads, coleslaw, potato salad, and many more options . Great food for a picnic. One thing, please be careful that there are 2 restaurants with the first name Rosies in this area, and they are both BBQ places. From experience, the one with just the name Rosie's is not so good in so many ways.

First time here, went to pick up since I love beef ribs and I'm not a fan of pork, they were HUGE for the price. Was expecting small portions to be fair and was utterly suprised. I got the mashed potatos and baked beans and they were actual bangers. I'm going to be raving about this all day. That's how good it was.

A staple BBQ restaurant located on Topanga Cyn south of Devonshire. The aroma is intense and flavor olis fantastic. I often see Firefighters block the street to eat their lunch.

Ordered chk & tri tip. The cook said it would be boneless. The piece had a wing and was riddled with bones. The outside of the chicken was hard as if it had been cooked hrs ago. The tri tip was ok. The Macaroni salad was awful. Baked beans ok.

The food was garbage. My sandwich tasted horrible and old. The meat inside smelled and had big burnt pieces inside that i couldn't chew. My onion strings tasted fine although I wouldn't call them strings more like clumps. And don't get the baked beans if your expecting bbq beans it's more like tomato beans you get in England and ur going to pay 2.50 for not even 1/4 cup serving. What happened to this place it used to be good? I'm won't be coming here next time I want bbq

Ordered the dinner for 2 with beef ribs and they were cooked perfectly and very delicious. It came with 6 ribs and 2 sides for $30 and it was enough food for 2 full meals. Their macaroni salad is also excellent. I will definitely be back!

I have ordered from there plenty of times before. I ordered thru DoorDash tonight for dinner and they forgot to give my dasher 90% of my order. When i called them they asked me to just ask DoorDash for a refund.. i asked if it was possible to drive there and just pick it up.. they said they would get it ready. The ribs are undercooked and the fries are just trash. Overcooked and oily. I don’t understand what is the issue with just getting the order right and giving us what we paid for

Had high hopes from the reviews but this was the worst bbq I've had, bar none. Ordered beef ribs and I can barely tear the meat off the bone. The meat is tough and tastes horrible. Sides aren't much better, quite bland. Regret wasting 40$

Use to be great place, not anymore, the tri tip meat is too stiff. It may be an old cow or they are not cutting right. One more thing I noticed, when I dine in the quality is better than take out.

This it's not the original roses they have even changed the name Rosie's something else The food is not the same everything is on a card if you want to combo is $5 extra for each item, it was a older couple that came in that wanted to order for 12 people every item was à la carte plus $5 for each side they want it to order the old roses was not on a cart that's a shame they do that to older people

First time experiencing the tricut.
It was cooked to desired temperature and the seasoning carried through the cut.

The food here is always so good! Even though they got the order wrong everything was delicious. I ordered the pulled pork burrito and got a sandwich. Ordered chicken salad sandwich got a chicken salad. Got home with the food and said "Close enough". At the end of the meal we were both stuffed and very happy with what we ended up with.

I was underwhelmed with my lunch.

The tri-tip was bland. Not much meat flavor. The au jus was super salty with few other notes. The bbq sauce was similarly flat with just a hint of sweet.

Maybe I chose the wrong dish, but tri-tip is table stakes for a barbecue restaurant.

The fries were good!

There's better bbq in the valley.

The staff (maybe including the manager) was not very nice to us and served us with long faces. Also the meal came with potato salad which we don’t eat. We asked politely if we could have either beans or mashed potatoes instead. Same price. No big deal. Answer was NO. They force you to eat what you don’t like or can’t eat. Time to change this antiquated policy. Won’t go there again.

Stay away. I got tri tip salad, i couldn’t eat the meats.(if they are meat) then i got half chicken it was worst than tri tip. Macaroni&cheese was terrible.i finished only potato salad because there is mayo inside and you cant taste other things.STAY AWAY . Trust me.

Food isn’t great and I live in the neighbor hood they create way too much smoke sometimes you can’t be outside especially if you have asthma or your baby is on a teach or ventilator a lot of kids develop asthma in this area I wonder why. The neighbor hood is full of smoke at times it’s like there is a fire . I don’t care if the food is good or not I care about my children...

The pulled pork sandwich was soaked with runny coleslaw on top, which I was not aware of at time of ordering. There aren't any pictures of the food. The macaroni n cheese was runny and generic. And the apple cobbler was terrible. It was literally apples with stiff uncooked, oatmeal sprinkles. I threw the entire dinner away after 3 bites. Will not return
