Smart & Final

I'm posting this to try to get some attention.
There is a smart and final shopping cart sitting outside my home. I called the store to have them pick it up, and it's still here after several weeks. I'm not happy.

This is a trru d n accurate retail of todays events. At around 7 20 pm today or so my girlfriend n i went to shop at smart in final on mason n devonshire after our trip to vons. We were wslking. W e ll whrn i got to close to the exit with our paid groceries n my woman was pYing at yhe counter as ll employees rushed towards me dropping their hidding spot n cashiers postion to stop me shouting " stop those r ours!" First off i already paid for these n they will not register in ur system. No listening just visious aggressive hand grabbing n snatching. Then louder screaming n shouting of they are ours , paid for n y r u robbing ud assulting us n vandleising our food. Our produce n watermelon. I mean i lnow its from vons but damn . Like that? They just snatched the grocceries to the point of tug n war, ripped bags and food spread out all over the floor. Then they continue to group up n come from all poations to glare, judg r and taunt like " c' mon u wanna sreal from us".
What r they a gang trippen on makets produce?. Or employees clearly disgruntled looking for a fight with their innocent customers . That were paying. Im literlly waiting on the cops for a response right now. Keep u posted
Keep in minderve never stole ftom them, have pir hased hundreds of dollars their before n been harrassed by the same ol' hispanic lady who lied to her employees who were younger that we were stealing n take our stuff. . She was prejudice . N the rest followed by profiling n accepting prejudgement.

Hit or miss here at his location. Decent selection in store but never seem to have enough open registers on the weekend. Went in on Saturday before Hilary storm, only 2 registers, one was a "10 Items or Less" the other was for everyone else. Very chaotic. Definitely could've used additional registers open.

Small, fast, club sizes abound. Slightly more expensive than the clubs, but no parking hassles and longer hours. Never had a problem getting help finding something, or a carryout when I make a huge run.

Clean store and well stocked. Not a lot of help but if you know what you want and where it is, this Smart N Final is great. Parking can be a a pain and some of the customers can be... difficult. Not a fault of the store but it can be a deterrent.

Nathan helped me Tuesday evening with my two heavy carts full of food that I couldn’t steer to my car by myself!! He helped me load my items into my car, which was so helpful! I have plates in my left hand and sometimes too much lifting can be painful! I had over67 items and he was literally the answer to my prayer in my mind! I thank God for Nathan! He made my day and was sooo sweet! I wish I could give him a raise! Also the staff that day were so informative and helpful too! Shout out to the nice lady on register 3 who helped me too! I love this location of Smart and Final! Everyone is always so awesome! Thanks again!😊

Very nice. Easy in and out. The store had everything we went for...and more! Staff was helpful and parking a breeze. I went with a friend to help her and "take a ride" you might say. Will definitely look forward to going back. All was a plus. Take care. GOD bless 🐻🎉.

Always clean always well stocked and often very quick. Never big lines. A great compliment to other types of market items. The organic section is really good too.

I was overcharged at this location today. The manager gave me an adjustment with horrible attitude even though it was their fault, did not even bother apologizing and this is not the first time. I will be taking my business elsewhere where customer service is priority.

This store is a friendly store is very knowledgeable on their products and is clean store and is a place that you can go and shop for your local groceries in your neighborhood of Chatsworth and other locations that you may live nearby

The last few times Ive been in this store, Ive encountered problems with items with no SKUs! I bought something the other day where they substituted a SKU for a similar item that was more expensive, when asked how to fix it, they said, bring back your receipt. A receipt for an item with no SKU? Come on Smart and Final, get your act together, youre not being smart, and soon it may be my final visit.

Nathan helped me Tuesday evening with my two heavy carts full of food that I couldn t steer to my car by myself!! He helped me load my items into my car, which was so helpful! I have plates in my left hand and sometimes too much lifting can be painful! I had over67 items and he was literally the answer to my prayer in my mind! I thank God for Nathan! He made my day and was sooo sweet! I wish I could give him a raise! Also the staff that day were so informative and helpful too! Shout out to the nice lady on register 3 who helped me too! On a regular basis, I ask the clerk for a case of Red Bull( as it is no longer on display). It is never an issue. Very friendly staff. I have a catering company, and I can always count on a large brisket, racks of ribs, or pork butt for last minute orders. The only negative-The parking lot can be a little crazy!

Purchased 7 artichokes and myself and my whole family got food poisoning with all the symptoms! Dont know where they buy there produce but I will never buy produce from any of their stores again!

Im always treated with respect when i go into this particular store. Today after work i went in as i always do because im a regular here and i had such a bad, sad experience. One employee just did such rude, intimidating gesture towards me when i simply said Excuse Me to get by..I dont want to go into detail but i asked for a manager n spoke to one in private, away from the rest of the customers. Other than this event i have nothing but nice things to say about them, they greet me any time of the day, they check on merchandise for me and is very unfortunate to have someone in that team that may need more training or that thinks his behavior is acceptable anywhere out in society. But overall 1 person shouldnt ruin everyone else that works here or should keep me from shoping here again.. Defenatly calling coorporate tho to give not only the bad but the good the employees provide for this community.

Actually had a couple registers open today. No wait and found everything okay. The parking can be a little tough sometimes because its right next to another great store Trader Joes.

Been coming here for a very long time. The selection is ok for this smart and final. I am surprised it has stayed here this long with competition from Trader Joes and the far away Costco which is not in the same vicinity...but they do carry stuff here if you cant or will not pay for the membership of Costco. The prices are a bit more expensive than Costco, but like I said.. there are some things that you find here that you wont find at Costco and vise-versa.
