Friendly, extremely courteous staff, great options for people with food sensitivities. Also, they have great suggestions with their samples! I've tried so many things that have become regular items in my pantry.
My favorite parts of this location are a wine bar! The pizza is a must-have, especially if you want something tasty on the go. The butchers are always helpful and even gave me tips on recipes I was working on. Oh, and the curry chicken salad in the deli is delicious!

This place becomes more filthy after each visit. The hot food bar is really gross with employees standing around and not cleaning messes. I came to buy food but now I feel nauseous after looking at all the mess surrounding me. I went back to get groceries after eating and all the mess is still there

The 2 stars is for the employee that was nice enough to help me find something and move a cart that was in the way of what I needed. The rest of my experience was like I was invisible. I guess I came on a day where employees were mainly focused on restocking and getting online grocery orders done. I actually felt like I was getting in the way most of the time and in a place where customer service really isn’t a thing.

I moved here from Virginia where we could get great bread and sushi at Whole Foods any time of the day. Here, the bread is baked at midnight and stale by the time customers get there, sushi is boring and expensive. Really disappointing

Aisle 11 is the Amazon return area. I stopped by this Whole Food to do my Amazon return. Finding parking here will be simple since it's in a big plaza. When you walk in, you won't see any big Amazon return sign or any Amazon sign in general. Basically the Amazon return area is in Aisle 11 and they have a little sign that says Amazon returns. I had to ask someone to find the area because I couldn't locate it. After I returned my Amazon items, I walked around the store to see if I needed anything. The store is nicely organized and pretty lit up with the white, clear lights. Some stuff are more expensive here than regular grocery stores but I guess you get better quality or healthier ingredients.

Love this Whole foods better than any other whole food I have been too .the staff are super nice and accommodating. The only downfall is the kitchen over at "the porters" majority of the time is closed so make sure to call before going .the bar is open though, bartenders are super nice and will let you try different beers to see which you like.

First time at a whole foods, I got to say a bit overpriced on a lot of their products. I did like the fact that the store is very clean and organized, they sell hot foods inside and even have patios with a fire pit to relax and eat. I am impressed with the way the store is, they aim to make you feel comfortable and almost like your at home I would say. They even have a bar inside, they serve alcohol. Overall friendly staff, fresh produce, but still pricey. I will most likely still be returning though, but to be honest some products I will still go to other markets. Plenty of parking available on the lot.

Huge larger new store. Very modern, food court, deli, seafood and butcher, wide brightly light rows, fresh produce and s bar. Save a bit if you are an Amazon Prime member. Like 10 times going here. Prime gets you an extra 10% off your order. Never worked. Ask and noone there knew anything about it. Figured out you enter your Prime linked phone number, never worked for me. In the app there is a Store Link in the menu, it creates a QR code, it finally seemed to work, but didnt really show a discount clearly on the receipt. It seems like too much work until I realized I purchased $100 for Christmas dinner. Thats $10 plus the cash back on the Prime Visa.

The hot food area is the worse in the valley the manager for the prepared food section needs to be fired the the whole food on Ventura has soo many options they need to hire someone that actually knows how to budget I guess and still produce a good menu

Nice place. There are lots of really cool things you can get here that you cant get at most normal grocery stores. The layout is a little confusing, but probably because it was my first time there. Very expensive for most things... Ill just come here for specialty items.

My first time at this store. It was on a Saturday afternoon. Seemed under-staffed and under-stocked. Some shelves were almost empty. There were no pre-made vegetarian wraps or sandwiches, only meat ones. No juice/smoothy bar, which is a big disappointment. Kind of a weird energy there, like no one wanted to be there. Would not want to shop there again. I was hoping this would be a great store, because Im thinking of moving to this area. They should add a juice/smoothy bar and add more staff that is health food oriented and interested.

If youre a fan of Kumamoto oysters get them as soon as the store opens, they sell fast. On Fridays the oysters are on sale. Remember to ask for extra ice. Fridays are oysters delight, get them early.

My Whole Foods experience in Porter Ranch was beyond frustrating. The food on display was not only dry and scarce, but the managers promise of fresh food in 20 minutes turned into an agonizing 45-minute wait with no improvement. Its disheartening when assurances fall flat, and this ordeal left me thoroughly disgruntled. The blatant disregard for timely and quality service at Whole Foods in this instance is unacceptable. This experience has significantly tarnished my perception of the establishment, and Im left deeply disappointed in the overall food service provided.

Waited 10 min to order whole pizza then I noticed that he wasnt making my pizza but making sandwiches for people who were waiting behind me. After two customers I asked when are you going to make my pizza? Are you going to help other 2 customers before making my pizza? His answer was yes, Ill make you pizza after helping all other customers who are waiting. So i asked what was my purpose in waiting in line to order. Then he gave me an excuse about how one employee didnt show up.

My first time at this whole foods to pick up a turkey on Thanksgiving. The holiday check in table needed to be more visible. I had to walk twice from the front to back to pick up turkey. As a few of us waited at check out. I observed door monitor turning away customers (great job). Cashier was moving as fast as he could. Person bagging was loud and rude yelling at customers WE ARE CLOSED! Door monitor had it in control and when cashier told her she was rude. The bagger, looking at customers in line said I do not care. I am rude and I will tell people.I am that way.I do not mind being rude. I get it its Thanksgiving and store was already emptying. If she is not a people person maybe this is not the job for you. I phoned this to customer service hoping that they tell her something and how somethings like that should not be said in front of customers.Next time she should ask to leave early on Thanksgiving.

When I went got prime rib at Whole Foods, it was terrible! My son hated it! From my experience, it was hard and my daughter got a stomach ache from the meat. I couldnt chew the meat and my husband tried to cook it less to soften it, but it stayed rock solid. BTW, I have to rate it 1 star because it wouldnt let me post it. This review is really 0/5.

Whole Foods porter ranch has been my goto place for lunch and/or for dinner. The last couple of days, I wanted to have a burrito bowl but there was no rice and no condiments to serve with the protein. Im somewhat dissapointed, never happened in this location before. Need a conference with the manager.
