Everything was kinda blah. Register person was like whatever. The lady that served my coffee was nice, coffee was good. My almond pastry was not fresh, hard and dry. My 1st time at that location.

When using the app I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location. When I arrived to pick up my order and realize what I had done, Naelly told me not to worry and that she was going to take care of everything. She helped me cancel my order at the other location and was able to get my order out to me within five minutes even though they were busy. The food always hits and I never have any complaints.

I ordered using the tablet but my friend went through the cashier and accidentally miscounted the change but was so quick to fix the mistake and really nice about it. I ordered the "signature" almond chicken sandwich which is good but there is a LOT more bread than actual chicken salad in it. For a sandwich that cost more than $8.00 they could added more of the actual filling. The service was good. It's a shame they cut corners on the portions!

It's quiet and the way the walls are built you can get the feeling of being left alone. It's freaking great. I love the layout.

I enjoy Panera for their healthy comfort food. I've used the kiosk to place orders. It's usually very easy. They have vegetarian options, which is what I order. The employees are not well versed in what's vegetarian, but the menu usually has most of that information.

We entered close to their closing hour and the dining room was messy. Most tables were dirty, not wiped down and a lot of spillings under the tables. We walked out as our appetites were gone after seeing such a disarray

I ate here for the first time and was very please with the service I received when placing my order. The cashier was very nice and made recommendations as I was asking about the coffee. I had the Hazelnut coffee black and it was very good! I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwich. The bread was very good and flavorful but there was not enough chicken and avocado as the picture represented, which I was hoping to taste more of. The place was packed to the max and my friend and I were able to find one table, which was all we needed anyway. Very nice hang out for college folks who need to do work on their computer. The friendly service of the staff made me score this place with 5 stars which made up for the sandwhich.

I go here almost every day just because I enjoy seeing the people there and running into friends from our community. The staff are always warm, welcoming, and personable. I feel like they treat their regular visitors like VIPs. If you haven’t already, join the Sip Club. It’s nice to have unlimited coffee and tea refills, and occasional discounts on food. I have been to a few different Paneras, but glad this one is in my neighborhood. I look forward to seeing Cassandra, Heather, and Johnny almost daily and Brian and Violet are also always so friendly and kind. A chain bakery coffee shop with a hometown feel!

Largely satisfied with their food, customer services and amenities. However surprised the air conditioning was being blasted like freezing cold, out of no where, early afternoon yesterday. While the weather had been overcast with higher humidity, added with some random sprinklings. I am a sip club member, and always order food. Not sure their reason, trying to clear up the air, or riding off some visitors, hence loosening up the crowds. Sorry to see though, an infant baby, no more than few weeks old, was right next to me. Ended up I left in a few short moments, hope the small ones and the elders staying cozy and toasty!

Very bad food quality, I got little pieces of cold eggs, they looked like they been dropped on the floor , told manager about my experience and she was non apologetic, the system they got as far as picking up the food …does not work there’s a lot of people standing by the counter, waiting for the food to come out, a long the way they go through all the tickets to find their order. They also need to keep up with the menu they have online, because once you get there they tell you they don’t have to the product you’re ordered.

JUST AVOID THIS LOCATION!
I don't usually take the time to review businesses but I rely on the reviews of others. So... here we go.

I ordered the Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken which was supposed to come with chicken, arugula, romaine, baby kale and red leaf blend, red onions, toasted pecan pieces, Gorgonzola and apple chips.

The salad that was delivered had only romaine (lots of it!), gorgonzola, red onions and a few apple chips.

I called to ask where the remainder of the ingredients were and they told me they didn't receive their full produce order. So the pecans are also apart of the produce order??

Absolutely the worse salad I've had at Panera. Next time, please call the customer to give them a heads up. That's all. That simple.

They were out of everything. No tables because large groups meeting and taking all the space. Staff was friendly enough but took forever to take order and then instead of telling me there were only 5 items available let me order and then reorder then reorder each time saying sorry we're out of that. Sorry we're out of that too. Never eaten at a Panera and although the food I finally did get was good, the experience left a poor taste and I probably won't go back. Definitely never to this location.

What a wonderful way to start my morning. Kassandra provided me and my family with the best customer service. Not only did she radiate kindness, positivity, and warmth while helping us—she was patient and compassionate to us while ordering with two, tiny, rambunctious toddlers, and we were not familiar with the menu.

Any time we have Panera, it is always yummy, but having a side of excellent customer service definitely enhances the experience. Thank you for the wonderful morning, Panera and Kassandra. This mama needed it.

Lastly, try the Green Goddess Caprese Melt toasted baguette. It’s very filling, flavorful, and delicious.

The music is so loud, even outside, you can't relax at all.

I mean, this place is never a letdown. I always get a half sandwich and half salad one of my favorites to go is the chipotle sauce with any turkey sandwich I get plus a tomato soup the bread is my favorite.
Definitely a really cool place to always get a half sandwich half salad .. you can get your greens and some good carbs in however, I always find myself ordering the same thing that I’ve never too impressed with the seasonal LTO menus so stick to the basics

Panera has good food at reasonable prices. I particularly enjoyed their soups. The chicken and wild rice is excellent as is their autumn squash soup, when it is in season. It has a nice quiet atmosphere so that if you want to meet up to have conversation or to work, you are able to. The coolest are a favorite as well.

Very expensive for very little food. $11 for a large bowl of Mac and cheese, but it honestly does not come with very much, definitely not $11 worth. The Mac n Cheese is pretty good, but I've never liked anything else I've gotten here, not even from the bakery.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Workers seem to despise people, they lock their doors earlier than their posted closing time, and they don’t care if you ordered something online and you have to pick it up. I was completely ignored when trying to go pick up my online order and the guy saw me walking towards the door and locks it immediately and runs away. Horrible horrible. Don’t even get me started on the “cleanliness” of this establishment. It looks like 8 years olds throw up constantly here. It is disgusting. There is sticky soda everywhere as well as dirty plates piling. I think I would feel safer eating from the floor. They definitely bribe the cleanliness rater. Go to another panera unless you want to be treated like trash!

For the fifth time I've visted here I can confidentiality announce how notable this location operates. This team is incessant to provide guests an absolute gratifying experience. Erick & Rochelle were both astounding as I observed their individual work ethic in a productive, fast paced atmosphere that they performed under in a professional manner. During this observation I saw they had strong coordination, capable of collaborating efforts and simultaneously maintaining exceptional efficiency. I ordered 6 items with a handful of specifications that were executed by this team. I was only let down by not receiving a straw inside my to go order for my iced caramel latte . The latte itself was not served as advertised on the digitized menu kiosk. The whip cream was inadequate in quantity which decreased the overall quality. I paid for a customized extra whipped cream hot chocolate but was let down again !! the amount of whipped cream given was bothersome. If we pay for it we rightfully deserve these drink toppings with no exceptions for holding back delicious drink toppings especially drinks served with whipped cream lids . Utensils were plentiful but they should really add sporks !

Terrible service, I went to get a dozen bagels for our mothers day brunch. Couldn't hear what the girl at the register was saying. Gave me the wrong bagels and the slicing was half done and bagels were being thrown around during the slicing.
The manager needs to talk to the crew that was there at 8am on 5/8. I will not be getting my bagels there again.

Haven’t been to Penera bread for a while and just realized they have updated their menu. Went there for breakfast this morning… ordered the scramble egg bacon soffule, mac and cheese and chicken chipotle sandwich… they were so fresh and Super yummy…😍😍😍 the staffs were so super friendly! It is a very busy morning and all staffs work together and get the things ready and serve the food hot and fresh! Keep up the good work!!! P.S the Vanilla almond cold brew was surprisingly delicious too and love the comfort music they play~ Chill and relaxing 😎 ~ Highly recommend this place for a delicious quick bite and drinks! Or just simply relax and enjoy delicious food with friends and family 🥰

The absolute worst service! I ordered online under “Julianna Marconi” 2 bread bowl brocolli cheddar soups, grill cheese, and chipotle sandwich. In the bag came everything but my sides of chips and bread bowls for the soups. I brought it up to a team member and she replied “ We’ve been out of bread bowls since the morning” and didn’t offer to refund the extra money I spent for the bread bowls nor any solution to replace the bread bowls. I went home ate and starting to eat dinner with my husband as I take my first bite a long hair at least 9 inches long….! I pull out of my sandwich… come on Panera! That’s ridiculous,much needed on improvement! Horrible experience

Horrible location. Product is very inconsistent and when you call them they wouldn't admit their mistake. Ordered cinnamon crunch and had no cinnamon crunch on top. I called the store just wanted to let them know about the item, and inquired if the recipe changed. But the store insisted that the recipe is same and my cinnamon crunch may have just fell off during baking. I ordered 10 and my friend ordered 6. So all 16 fell off? Contacted the corporate but didn't get any response yet.
