CAVA

I had a great first experience at this CAVA. I didn’t know a “chipotle” like experience with Mediterranean Food Exists. In a way I feel like there is more value at this place, and more choices in general. You can order pre selected menu items or you can build your own bowl. It can be a bit overwhelming and to be honest still overwhelming each time. Once you have tried the different sauces, sides, etc. it will all be a lot easier. Plus they have a great selection of drinks as well.

This place was clean and the food was really good. I tried the Steak Salad, but I realized that I would like the build your own better. For just a bit cheaper you can load it with how you want it. The Sapphire rice was really good, and the red hummus was good as well. I like that you can add all of the toppings, as well as additional dressings. They also have a kids meal, where you can order a few sides which I think is a pretty good deal. This place was nice enough to make sure they give or place certain food or sauces a certain way, without just slapping everything on like another location did.

Cava would be best described as a "build your own" bowl of Mediterranean style food.

Lots of greens, grains, legumes and veggies to select from, as well as proteins like chicken or beef. All are piled up into a bowl, along with a squirt of a few sauces and you're sent off to enjoy your creation.

The food is good, but regardless of which items I select, it always seems to taste the same. Again, not bad, but kinda boring after a few visits. Also, the tables were a bit sticky and were in need of a good scrubbing.

I had such high hopes and the 30 minute queue added to that but I was let down. The concept is great and the menu is quite limited in terms of veg options. The biggest issue here is the inefficiency of the service. The line is really slow hence the long queue and then when you are being served it’s slow. As a result, by the time you sit down and eat, your food is cold and for a wrap, it becomes chewy and not all that pleasant to eat.

Literally a better version of Chipotle. Healthier, food tastes better, and these days, a bigger quantity. All of their sauces are delicious, and the pickled onions have the right amount of pickle. I come back every time I come into town and eat the leftovers for 2 days. The lentils are packed with flavor and not overcooked. They have so many vegetable options which a lot of other bowl places lack.

We love coming to Cava. The concept is basically like a Chipotle but Mediterranean if you’ve never been before. It’s fast service, but quality food. The first time we went, we craved it so much that we went 2 more times that same week, lol. The service here is really great! The most recent time, our cashier, Hayden, was very nice and efficient. I asked them for some pita chips at the same time they was going to ask me if I wanted some. I’m glad they asked if I wanted chips or a drink, because I often forget after paying. It seemed as though there was also a newer employee on the line who was still getting familiar with the menu, and Hayden was both attentive to the customers but also multitasking being able to assist their team member as needed. I didn’t get the names of that newer employee or the first person on the line that greeted me, but they were both great too. Overall, if you’re looking for good, healthy food and some great service, Cava is a place to go!

Cava is my go to spot when I’m working in Chino Hills! It’s healthy, refreshing and fulfilling. This specific location always has everything in stock, great customer service and fast service even during peak times. False advertising this was my first time trying this place and I only went because of the yellow saffron rice that is advertised I went a extra step and called before to make sure they actually had the rice because I live 20 minutes away and I wasn't going to drive 10 miles for something they didn't have I could just go to the Mediterranean place in the shopping center by my house for white rice I was told yes on the phone I get there and there is no yellow saffron rice the guy helping me tried to convince me that the white Jasmine rice was the rice I was inquiring about I explain that it wasn't and I know its not because I'm a actual chef but I drove 20 minutes so I tried the food anyway the spicy hummus had no heat at all the spicy Broccoli wasn't even mild in heat the mixed vegetables were good the falafel was seasoned extremely well the pita chips were A-1 not fried too hard crunchy and soft at the same time over all the experience was disappointing don't advertise something you don't actually have and train your employees to be honest I spent around $40 on a bulid your own bowl, kids meal, and side of pita chips the portions are small big disappointment at this price point I won't be returning to this place I'll just continue going to the establishment my my house you get way more food and it's less expensive

Portion sizes on takeout orders are small. Both bowls that I had ordered for my girlfriend and I were halfway filled. A full- grown man would need to eat 2 of these bowls to feel satisfied. Coming from someone who is In shape. 6'4/ 220lbs

Finally made it back out to Cava and the staff was super helpful with helping me make a yummy bowl. Also, they were informative about what proteins would cost extra which I appreciated. Definitely have to get a side of pita chips every time I go.

I went this past Sunday, and the food was delicious. But I asked for no olives in my greek salad and they still put olives, uuggh! They were busy and rushing so I get it, but dang, I said no olives 2 times. The food is delicious. I just had to pick out the olives. I was mostly very disappointed with the cleanliness of this place. The restroom was nasty. Paper all over the floor, paper towels, and toilet paper. There was water all over floor and sink and mirror. They didn't have paper towels to dry my hands. There was no toilet paper, thank goodness I always carry wipes with me. Also, the tables where you sit down to eat, they were gross. They were sticky and had dirty greasy dark stains and that is even after they wiped the tables down. I don't know what the sticky stuff on the tables was but it was on all the tables I tried to sit at, they were sticky and stained even after the employee had wiped them down, i saw him clean sone tables he even used a spray, but still nasty. The drink station was dirty, wet, and messy. The fountain drink machine had a bunch of ice that was just mounted on. The establishment was not clean. The way things were in there makes me question how clean they are in the kitchen. Cava, please do better, your food is good but the cleanliness of your establishment is questionable. Please do something about your tables that really grossed me out. And you should really have the restroom checked on every few hours to make sure it is stocked and tidy.

First time here, and was impressed! Location is clean and service was good. The food was filling and delicious. My wife had a chicken wrap and I had a steak bowl. We were satisfied and will definitely come back and share it with others.

The food is excellent, and the service is great, but there’s one issue: order pick-up times take longer than stated in the app. Based on my personal experience, I placed an order through the app, arrived at the scheduled time, and had to wait an additional 20 minutes. There doesn’t seem to be much difference between walk-in orders and app orders—either way, you’ll end up waiting longer than expected.

Cava has the best chicken and steak, way better than chipotle and this store goes over and beyond with service. They cleaned my table for me without even having to ask, the food was hot and fresh and the bathrooms were clean and stocked for my kids! I absolutely love Cava!

I love CAVAs options. Been there a few times. Food is tasty but a few things to improve. 1) The tables inside need to be cleaned more often. 2) The romaine needs to not be frozen. 3)The proteins need to be hot or at least warm. Hopefully you can improve these things soon.
