We came during CPK's happy hour from 3 to 6 pm. (weekdays) for late lunch. Lettuce wrap with chicken appetizer was quite delicious, and they are 1/2 the price during happy hours. Beer and 7" pizza (pepperoni) is a good deal at $9, and pizza is delicious and filling. Kung Pao Spaghetti was
wonderfully flavorful and savory with that extra spicy kick to it. The service was great, and prices are affordable during the happy hours.

Really good food with a nice seating area and service. I got the lunch pasta for $12 which came with a pasta and a soup or salad. The meal was filling and cheap. We also got their artichoke and spinach dip as an appetizer.

Nice chain to get a pizza. Getting a bit pricey though. I like their thin crust pizzas, I think they could use a little more crunch though on the crust. Pizzas are personal sized or maybe I'm just a fatty lol. Inside is clean and modern. They also have a nice, covered side patio. Service is good. Friendly staff. The parking in the shoppes is always crowded on the weekends but you find a spot eventually.

The spaghetti was bland, pizza was okay,but the tortilla soup was really good! The servers were too busy and took a long time attending to us, and the place was just to loud for a normal conversation (we were competing with a lot of diners talking plus the music being played). The place is nice and clean though.

The food, staff and atmosphere were all good, but the food is expensive. Our bill was around $125 for 3 pizzas with cauliflower crusts, a garlic & cream pasta entree with no protein, and a salmon entree

For a party of 5, that comes out to $25 per person. The salmon was adequately priced, but $25 for a pizza or a simple pasta dish is a bit high. The bill would have been higher if added more options to each dish or if we had ordered any other drinks besides water.

Again, the food was good, but if it's pizza or pasta that your after, there are plenty of other establishments that offer the same thing for less.

My favorite place ever. The bread to start is so light and delicious and quality. The mango passion iced tea is so delightful and refreshing. The buffalo cauliflower, street corn, and guacamole never fail to satisfy. The salads are just amazing in every way. The ranch is so fresh. Salmon bites are so flavorful and crispy. Absolutely love this food. The service here is just wonderful. So many friendly welcoming faces and pleasant interactions. 10/10 place, definitely recommend.

The best place as everyone says to eat food of your love! Best pizza and pastas to eat! The chipotle pizza replacing chicken with avocado was the best combination for vegetarians! Pizzas are the best in nature! The new fresh strawberry - mango cooler juice is highly recommended! The breads with the oil was a good to start with!

As per this visit, it had been well over 5 + years since eating at a CPK. The opportunity arose 2 days ago, and I was certainly pleased to have made the decision to eat here after such a duration of time. I ordered the Spaghetti with Kung Pao Chicken and my goodness was this the most delectable dish. Absolutely delicious. The taste was just incredible, the noodles boiled to perfection, the chicken was tender, tasteful, and most plentiful. It's just the perfect lunch or dinner plate. In addition, my waiter, food server, Aaron, was most pleasant, attentive, and professional.
In conclusion, I will certainly return for this superb plate of food.

Last Sunday, I visited this place with my family, and unfortunately, I don't plan to return. The food was decent, but the service was terrible. Our server, Mona, was BAD. She brought bread to everyone in our section but never checked in on us, and she kept ignoring our table. We had to ask the host for silverware and other servers for refills because our server consistently disappeared into the back and took a long time to return.

Came here and it smelled like a sewer so we left. Came back a few months later to give it another shot and it was not worth it. Service was slow and horrible. The waitress was too busy talking and chatting. Had to ask the manager where our food was after multiple tables received their food before us even tho we sat way after us.

It was busy yesterday Monday 07/29/2024 so I decided to sit at the bar, which was the best thing I could have done because I met Bartender & server Elise! Sometimes I am overlooked my bartenders and servers because I'm 82 years old but Elise made my first visit to CPK a very enjoyable experience because she had time to listen to me as she worked and made some good suggestions for me to try on the menu! Now I can't wait to go back to try something else on the menu! This is my first visit ever and it was due to receiving a $7 coupon from T-Mobile Tuesday! It was well worth the 20-minute drive for an enjoyable dinner and conversation all thanks to Elise being attentive!
Be sure to pass on my comments to Elise and give me a recommendation on what to try for food next time! Thank you for the reply!

Dined here today and the food was okay. Our noodles were over cooked and hard. Our waitress seemed occupied with other tasks and wasn’t very attentive. Took over 10 minutes for our waitress to greet us. The hostess brought our drinks and bread after noticing no one checked on us.

I had the lunch “duo” special of spaghetti and Ceasar salad. It was delicious and a great deal! ($11) The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, and the bolognese sauce had a savory flavor with a hint of red wine. The Ceasar dressing was flavorful, but could’ve been tossed better on the salad. Bright cherry atmosphere and the service was very attentive. Highly recommend.

This place would not even deserve 1 star too. Their service is really bad. Server is continuously sitting on your head. Ask for something and that takes more than 30 minutes that even you have to go to counter and ask for it. Ordered pizzas and pizzas size is smaller than another pizza chain. Even pizza doesn’t have any toppings & cheese. Rather I would only eat complementary bread. I would ask their chef as well as manager to go to Brea mall to learn about how to provide service & as well as how to cook pizza.

Don’t don’t don’t visit this location. Always painful. I live in Chino Hills but I would prefer to go to Brea mall as this place is pathetic & I don’t want to ruin my evening & money.

I have been wanting to visit the shopps California pizza kitchen for years even though they are minutes away from home. Their pizza is absolutely 💯 amazing. Their salads are huge, and the dynamite shrimp appetizer is super fantastic and is the best in town. My teenage daughters loved it, and the wife approved it. I think it will be one of our family Friday night dinner favorite spots.
The service was awesome and earns a full 5 star rating.

As someone who dines out often, this California pizza location alongside the Riverside location have the most terrible food. Might as well go to Chuck E. Cheese for a better pizza. We ordered the wild mushroom pizza and it came soggy, drenched in oil and water. The chipotle chicken pizza looked expired, not to mention they didn’t have the sauces to go with the pizza, which they didn’t mention until after we ordered it. The service was fine but the food is not worth the money.

We sat outside in the patio because we had a dog with us. Overall, food was just OK -- quality has gone down a bit over the years.

What made our experience was Samantha C. She was so nice and warm and checked up on us constantly even though we were the only ones sitting outside in the patio. My mom has a garlic/onion dietary restriction and ordered a veggie pizza without any red onions. When the food came out, Samantha noticed the pizza had red onions and asked the kitchen to remake it then offered my mom a soup of her choice. My mom opted for the tomato soup. Samantha came back letting us know she checked the ingredient list and noticed there was garlic in it which shows how detail-oriented she is. She's honestly the best and is the reason why I'd come back.

Modern Italian fusion restaurant. Small menu offering a small variety of Italian dishes so don't come here looking for a traditional menu.
Known for their handmade unique pizza combinations.

Pricing is very expensive for the meals you get, so unless you're there for their specialty pizzas I'd suggest going to a traditional Italian restaurant.

Best alternative place for pizza if you’d like something a little different. My favorite is the Thai chicken pizza made with pepperoni 🍕 instead. I’m not a fan of bean sprouts so I eliminate those and add pineapple 🍍…

Start with a bleu cheese wedge and finish your meal with the DELECTABLE RED VELVET CAKE. You’ll be glad you did…

My partner eats gluten free and I eat keto. We both love pizza and nothing quite comes close to the cauliflower crust at CPK. As such, this is one of our go to restaurants for dine in and delivery.

The manager and staff at this location are exceptional, but we have had so many problems with our bill the last few times that we dined in or got delivery that we have changed exclusively to takeaway.

Things to know: the location gets busy and is not always staffed for the volume of diners that happen at meal times. Waiting 30 minutes isn't uncommon at popular times.

We have had a lot of issues with rewards and using the app, leading to meals not appearing on our rewards balance and rewards not being applied to our bill. The pay by app feature has never worked for us and is frustrating when waiting for 15 minutes for a server to take your check.

We are happy to pay a premium for what we like, but CPK now charges the same price for soda and carbonate water. $3.99 for water and carbonation is outrageous.

We also get the take and bake every time we dine in. We regularly get charged the wrong price for the take and bake.

Again, the staff is amazing and has handled every issue we have ever had, but the last time we dined in we waited an hour after our meal to pay and have the errors in the bill corrected. Even though we were compensated for our time, we haven't dined in since.

Server was kind & attentive. Food was lacking. Cold hard pizza for the adults & kids pizza was just ok. Shrimp in my Ceasar salad was super salty 😬 Margaritas were super sweet and nothing tasty about them but I honestly didn't expect a great margarita just a decent one and even then I was disappointed. Busy restaurants with plenty of servers and staff. Expected better food. Won't be returning.

Server ended up taking off the cold pizza & a drink which was the right thing to do so that IMO was great customer service.

On this visit, I really enjoyed the food. The lunch special, which they have several of, was delicious. I'd highly recommend the Smashed Pea and Barley Soup, and the personal pizza was very good as well. Our server was friendly and attentive.

I also noticed she was very observant to make sure the folks at her tables got each of their meals prepared with their special requests. Seemed put out at simple requests.
Said she was going to bring something for my daughter's 17th Bday but never did.
Took longer than normal to take our order and our salad came out with our pizza rather than before the meal.

I love coming here! Always been greeted with a smile, food is absolutely amazing. I love their Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Thai Chicken Pizza and the Chicken Dumplings. I love our usual server, she’s always giving us the best service. Always making sure if we’re doing good, constantly refilling my fiancés drink without us having to ask. She’s absolutely amazing, such a sweet girl! This place has instantly become my fiancé’s and I to go place for any occasion.

all guests arrived 30min before our reservation and the host said our reservation was at 530. I mentioned that since we all arrived could we atleast be seated? And, with a smug smile replied, "give me a min". After talking to other staff, managment as well they all took time to make us wait out the 30 min standing! I was so upset since seeing the place only had 2 tables filled with guest. Seating us with bread and water would have atleast been nice especially since each of our groupshad 3 kids under 6.
