My wife and I eat here while waiting for our car to get washed and detailed at the Chino Car Wash next door. The food, customer service, and wide menu selection makes this a great place to eat and take a time out from your day to day. Highly recommend this place. Note**** limited hours of operation.

The food was excellent. I personally love a hole in the wall, yet the atmosphere was much different inside than you expected when parking. The service was immaculate. The presentation of the food was mouth watering, and the taste was superb. I plan on taking my sisters back so they can experience it, and I'll get to try new things on the menu.

The host is very slow to seat you. The waiter doesn’t come around often and is rude when ready to order. The dishes are lacking in flavor. My omelette had a slide of melted cheese too lazy to do it right. The fruit was not ripe, OJ was bitter and coffee was not hot like their dishes. You’re better off getting your car wash and eat somewhere else.

If you're exhausted from traveling from the Ontario Airport, this restaurant is rejuvenating. Delicious food feels homemade. Great cocktail menu and excellent service.

Their passion tea is the absolute best. I love their BLT and A sandwich as well. Nice extensive menu. Breakfast and lunch choices you can't go wrong. This restaurant is typically busy, and parking can be a challenge. There is a bank about a block away or less that's easy to park at to walk here. It is well worth the wait, even if it is a busy time when there's quite a way to get a seat. In my updated photo, my husband had the chorizo omelet, and he said it was excellent.

My first time as I am from UK. My cousin and his daughter go in this place frequently and they took me. Very friendly and prompt service. I had turkey and avocado with salad and dressing on toasted rye bread. Absolutely amazing and tasty

Excellent patio dining experience especially while getting oil change next door.
Got the chorizo con huevos and it came out presented beautifully and tasted delicious. Perfect portion size, I was very hungry when I came in and the plate perfectly satisfied my hunger without exploding my stomach. Everything tasted fresh especially the guacamole. Will be back for sure

I brought this to the server’s attention, but instead of addressing the issue professionally, he returned 10 minutes later with another pancake and tossed it on the table, insisting that the butter isn’t supposed to melt.

I tried to speak with the owner about the poor service and the cold food, but he seemed completely indifferent to my concerns. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I left feeling neglected and unsatisfied. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I do always enjoy coming here, but one thing I do have to say is when you get there. There usually is no staff waiting in the front to greet or sit you. Today I went to pick up an order that I called in and no one was there to help me. There was a staff member helping other customers and he just walked by me even after I called out to him. And when I finally was assisted by another man, I told him I was here for a pick up and all he said was "yes, I know, I'll bring it" as he was helping and getting the other customers that walked in. I'm sorry but I thought was pretty rude and unprofessional. I noticed they only treat regulars with respect.

Definitely need better service. Sat there for like 10 minutes and nobody came to take not even the drink order. I had to ask the host who our waitress was because it was 98 degrees and we were all thirsty! Definitely not recommended and not coming back!

As most hole in the walls are great places to eat I don't recommend this one. The food was decent, the service was missing the mark. The waiter came took our order and that was the last time we saw if him until the check finally came. A different waiter brought some of our plates that waiter was asked to bring ranch and never did. The waiter who brought my luke warm steak brought the Salas I asked for. Then we saw no one after that. I guess no one cared if the food was ok of if we needed refills. Then we played when will we get the check. We could have left and I don't think anyone would have noticed. We got the check then they almost forgot to give back our card. 2 out 10 would recommend.

My family and I moved to chino back in 2001. It’s been delicious ever since! Our favorites are the blues brothers burger, turkey excelente, Cobb salad, and fries. We love coming here and the service is great! The owners are very sweet and each time the food never disappoints.

First time there and it was really good. From the moment we put our names on the list to when we paid it was a great experience. There was about 6 people in front of us before being seated but we only waited like 10 min on a holiday weekend. So if you see a big line don't worry it will go by fast. I got the chilaquiles and they were awesome. We say at the bar (best seat in the place) indoors with ac and tv and next to the bartender. We got refills from our drinks as soon as we needed them. The hostess, manager on duty and bartender all provided outstanding customer service. I will be definitely coming back. Tip** parking was a little confusing. They kinda share the same entrance with the car wash. SI keep an eye out for the entrance.

Parking is terrible. Service was worst. They took forever to take our order. Then they were rude when they brought our food. Our plates were put in the wrong order which wouldn't have been a big deal but when we simply mentioned it to the server, he said "Well it's good you have hands to fix it yourself!" Like what did he just say? Then it took then forever to get our drinks refilled and even longer for the bill. Which made the food just okay. I had the chilaquiles. I did like that they were crunchy still but they were cut so tiny. Making them fall off the fork often. The others had eggs and pancakes or steak and eggs. The scrambled eggs looked orange and not appetizing. So the kids didn't even eat them. The steak was requested medium rare but it was more medium well done. Won't be back.

The Riverside Grill has always been a family favorite. There is something for everyone, and they have great bloody marys.

The first time coming and we were very satisfied with the food we ordered, there wasn't any service provided to us, not once were we asked how was everything, did we need anything, no refills. It was troublesome to see the "regulars" that go there being treated as guests and we were treated as foreigners out of place. Sadly we won't be back.

Highly recommend the tasty chilquiles with just the right crunch. Make sure to pour the salsa on top. Big servings. The veggie sandwich was also very fresh.

Went in this morning for breakfast for 2 and got sat right away. Someone took our drink order and it came it out within a few minutes. We noticed another party got sat next to us. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to take our order we noticed the other party who got here 10 minutes after us got their food and finished before they even took our order. I finally flagged someone down. The waiter had glasses and a red shirt on, we told him no one had taken our order. He said okay then what would you like to order, we told him our order and he rolled his eyes as he walked away. After we got our food no one checked up on us once. Terrible service, do not recommend.

To long of a wait line to get a table, parking limited, cramped eating space, not enough waiters. It's not worth the cost of paying to eat their food and being uncomfortable and waiting in long lines outside to be seated in a cramped space.

This place used to be so much better years ago. I don't know what's changed, but they don't even have a sign outside anymore telling you where you are.
The service is horrible, and the food is so blah... the outdoor seating is nice because inside is a little cramped, especially at the bar. Drive a little further and go some place else.

Let me start by saying I was really looking forward to this place. I've heard how good it is. Maybe I was just expecting more..
First, there aren't aot of tables or parking. So you'll be waiting a while to sit. Especially if you have a larger group like we did. 8.
Second, we were sat in what can only be described as an outdoor greenhouse. The heat was so bad several people in our party stayed upset stomach through the afternoon.
Third, the service was not very attentive. I had to finally ask for more water.
Fourth. The food was a mixed bag. Several of us got the breakfast burritos. You couldn't get dryer. Had to drown it in catsup and salsa.
The chilaquilas were ok. Nothing to rave about. But my dad enjoyed his breakfast sandwich
The highlight was meeting this older gentleman that had served 9 years into the navy on supply ships. My brother bought their table breakfast and he reached out and stopped me at the end.
He thanked us I thanked him for doing what he did during the Vietnam Era.

The food was okay but do not go on an empty stomach. First of all parking is terrible due to the fact that there is a car wash right next door and there are barely any parking spaces for the restruant. The wait to get seated wasn't too bad this time. Service was good waitress was friendly and tentive.

Sometimes there's a wait but this morning we arrived at a good time. 10am and we were seated right away. Food was good like usual. We ordered the two egg breakfast any style, biscuits and gravy and banana nut pancake. The orange juice was fresh and delicious.

This was my second time ordering from here. First experience was pleasant, enjoyed the food. This time I decided to try the chilaquiles and literally all I could taste was burnt chips. It was extremely off putting, I could not eat it.

You have to be patient and wait in line to be seated. Even when there are empty tables. That's why I took one star away. Otherwise, I loved the food and the ambiance. Parking is a challenge but it's so worth the battle when your food comes. Best part about the place is the tasty food and nice variety.

Im giving one star because the food was good! Unfortunately our server sucked! Non attentive whatsoever.....had to beg for everything and then wait at least 10 mins for simple things.....water, napkins.....anyways. The place was infested with flies! Worse than sitting in a barn!!!!! Had to swat them off the whole time!!!! Very disturbing!!!!! Also sat in a booth with spider webs😣 horrible lunch date! Never again!!!!!!!

I've been coming to this restaurant for more than 15 years, still does not disappoints. Very good and tasty food. Definitely recommend it without hesitation......try the cowboy sandwich and add mushrooms and avocado, with pasta salad.....

This place is a hidden gem. Any time me and my wife set foot in chino we always have to stop by and eat breakfast. There Nopales plate is delicious, and there avocado toast is great (comes with cherry tomatoes and crapes and spinach). Fresh food, great ingredients and great atmosphere. Gotta go, my plate just arrived 😋
