Amazing service and good food this location never ceases to live up to the highest standards of quality and service. I went on Saturday the 19 at 1am and was served by a young beautiful lady with glasses. She is top level in service and had no mistakes on my order. Kudos to kitchen for great meal that day. Will keep this ihop in my favorites.

I had breakfast there and none of the servers were saying I'm sorry. It'll take a little extra time, but waited for maybe 40 minutes for the meal to be served very bad during the weekday Don'.
T know if they didn't have chefs but they didn't give any explanation why the food was warm and not hot!..I will not visit store/restaurant in the near future.

For it being 1:30 am, the server is not very attentive. I realize I’m by myself, but that doesn’t make me any less a priority.
After watching her cater to others before finally coming to take my order. By that time, I had less of an appetite. I only got a shake, and this is the first time dining in at ANY restaurant where I wasn’t given the cup used to make the shake with a little bit extra in it. Very disappointing.
Only after others had paid and left did she finally check on me, to which I said I was done. 5-10 minutes go by….no check. I finally had to remind her. Horrible service.

Upon revisiting, I would like to thank Erick Portillo for keeping true to his word. Food & drink came promptly. Fresh napkins came with the food, rather than being left with just the one wrapped around the utensils. The server came back to check on me within a 2-minute window after the food was served. I have no complaints. Bravo.

Waiting 45 mins for my food and it came out cold with hair in it ! There was 3 tables only the waitress was rude as can be when I told her I have blonde hair not black !!!

I went to trade in my 30 points for a for a breakfast and they said I couldnt use it on the big breakfast sampler or whatever it was called but Ive used it on a T-bone steak breakfast which is worth more than what I bought this morning. I dont like when they change the rules when you can use it and then another time you cant use it service for good not happy with the end result

I was passing through and I arrived with my family, the place was almost alone, a Peruvian girl served us (very attentive and very pleasant), lunch was brought quickly and very delicious....the price of the I-HOP always They have been agreed to the customer...whether he would go to this specific place again. Couldnt have been more satisfied. The service was out of this world. Not only was my waitress attentive, but she took the time to talk to me. She genuinely cared about our conversation, and her kindness was abundantly evident. Dont get me started on the food! It was fresh, it was delicious and fueled me up right for another awesome day of living the dream. Thank you IHOP and an even bigger thanks to the waitresses, chefs, and all the staff at the Chinos IHOP for beyond exceptional service!

Well for once I had a horrible breakfast in the area. Ordered the Spicy Poblano Omelette, no spice, no roasted poblano, no shredded beef, no flavor. Egg white pesto omelette was ok. Strawberry Banana pancakes were dry. $70 wasted.

Multiple employees, yet no greeting. Seated within 5 minutes of arriving. Yet passed by 3 times and waited to place order for over 15 minutes. Watched the waiter take dishes and someone else order. Then he was cashing out other people while we waited to get something! Anything? Not even water! Finally walked out! Went to Tom s we were taken care of

This is the saddest IHOP Ive ever been to in 40 years.... Pretty much set to just come in, order something (not what you want), eat it, pay, and leave. Perhaps was the timing. Who knows. The biscuit chicken sandwich was a real flop...looks good, but it is not a sandwich...lol It crumbles as you pick it up and once on your hands, it takes finesse to keep it from just spilling out onto the ...well, hopefully the plate... It also needed a bit more well, I think it was gravy... The sole server did what he could with a smile the whole time. To bad the food just did not cut it. Cheese Blintzes were denied here... I can get them just about any other IHOP, but not here... maybe because of the staffing, maybe they just did not want to make them...oh well. They hot chocolate was really good though.

My husband order a side salad he couldnt eat before his meal because he didnt get it until after his meal was served. The whole point of ordering a side salad, he is diabetic. Well he didnt get his salad until after he received his meal. In all honesty we should if had it off our bill. Especially after he asked the server for a to go box. Besides that my food was cold. Not sure if it was because I order breakfast at lunchtime. I just know server should understand this could be worked on. Especially when the restaurant isnt that busy. Diabetes shouldnt have too be mentioned for better food service.

Went in for Breakfast 10:30am. Place was Packed ! Which is Great because weve been there when it was Empty ! Happy for them. They said the wait was 20 to 25 mins and we waited 20 mins. Service was on Time, Attentive, Friendly, and Great. I forgot her name, but she waited on tables by the kitchen on the Central Ave side.

Nobody makes a better pancake than IHOP does it just seem to have the best batter. The coffee is good they always bring me a big pots I dont have to wait for a waitress to refill my cup reasonably priced considering the fact that inflation has gone through the roof. First time coming here, we usually go to the one in Riverside and Pomona and this IHOP is so disappointing, here in Chino from the service and from the condiments the syrup is literally empty the kids cups are super small and from the adult cups their like the size of the kid cups, never again.

Horrible customer service made my 4 kids wait for 40 min for pancakes and to top it off we order the scary face and they didn t even do it, my kids were looking forward to it. If your overworked then call off. Josephine attitude sucked and looked like she didn t even want to be there. The table next to us got their food in 20 min I timed it and they came with happy face on pancakes.

Esmerelda was an absolutely awful waitress. She seemed like she was stoned out of her mind. Her conduct was disrespectful in every way. My boyfriend and I came in and asked for a table. When we were sat down the first thing we were told is that we look like were brothers, when we mentioned we were dating they laughed. The burger I ordered was cooked wrong, and when I sent it back, I received the same burger with a slice of cheese and bacon thrown on top without any attempt to make it look like they cared about what they were serving. I later noticed my food had hair in it. When I brought up my issues with the service and the food, the server continued on as if I was joking. It was only when I literally told her that this entire experience was absolutely awful that they attempted to make it right. She offered to make me another burger or to send us one to go. I declined and she decided to remove the burger from our bill and said she didnt understand and she thought I was kidding. Do not eat here. Especially if you want burger.

I wouldn t come back here if someone actually paid me or this particular location provided me with free food for the rest of my life. I ve been here since 9:30 PM, it is now 10:50 PM and my food has not arrived. The coffee brought was old and cold. I understand it s graduation season, however, this place is not packed. You would think it s a resource issue, but there is clearly one hostess and a server - the server naa not made a SINGLE move to assist the server in taking orders. The hostess can barely understand English, which isn t a concern for me, usually, but she also does not seem Interested in being helpful at all. This is IHOP food - not FREAKING GOURMET upscale food that needs to take an hour and 20 minutes. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was actually surprised of how fast they brought the food but there was basically nobody in the restaurant I ordered the salmon which was kind of bland didnt have read that much seasoning then the rice was normal and then I ordered the salad. One of my disorder the hamburger which Ill be surprised they look very appetizing so I think that for next time Im going to try the burger.

This place fights for customer service. Oh, I wish I could remember our servers name shes been here for YEARS, speaks English and Spanish strawberry blonde hair oh doggy, forgive me. Food is great she makes it better being attentive. Refilling coffees like a champ makes her job look easy. If you get this tall lady as your sever tip her well. I ordered some Swedish crepes for takeout, and I was surprised to see that the crepes came plain and missing the lingonberries, butter, and powdered sugar. It is not a cheap dish, so I expect all the condiments to be included. I was tempted to go back and return all the food for a refund, but I didnt want to waste my time

Been to this IHOP location once before - service & food was great. While our current visit around 8:50pm - they said they dont accept dine-ins as the Restaurant closes at 10pm & could only do take away. It was very bizarre that they would do that when the staff has more than one hour to service dine-in customers.
