Its not always when things go perfectly that matters...
We paid for a double toppings pizza. Rather expensive but they do it so well here. Due to some human err, we didn't receive the extra paid for toppings. Made a call and they took care of us immediately. So very kind and incredibly giving. We love this team and have for years. Today was Superior in Customer Service! Above and Beyond!!
So glad they are in our neighborhood!! They do so much better than most overpriced pizza restaurants near us.

I went there yesterday to order some pizzas. Despite the store was dirty and messy as all of pizzas shop, a disprepared attendant didn't know to proceed my order and I guess a manager who was preparing a crust came over the cash register. Conclusion: zero hygiene. At least the oven killed all of possible bacterias.

I bought Shaqaroni pizza for 1399 which is a dollar more than the advertise price and got the pizza with the thinnest layer of cheese I've ever seen I could actually see the sauce through the cheese and they say it supposed to come with extra pepperoni I say bullshit.

I met the new owner Andy and Tony the manager helped me out with my order. They were both very kind and professional! I ordered over the phone about 15 minutes prior to arrival and it was ready right when I walked in! It was so good and the crust had the perfect crunch to it!

I was greeted right away upon entering the store with a warm smile. My pizzas were already done, just waiting to be picked up. I orded the Shaq special and The Works with extra garlic dipping cups and we enjoyed every bite of cheesy deliciousness!!

Take outs are great to do to enjoy pizzas from Papa Johns. You cannot beat the time of baking from my time of order to time of pickup and enjoy the real cooked pizzas! Plus enjoy meeting those friendly guys that preps their products for us to enjoy during the great ballgames with friends!

They had closed, or stopped taking orders, they were swamped, it was christmas-day night and they took us in for one more order for the night. We were pleasantly surprised as we had already started walking back to the car, then ran back inside after hearing the good news from they very kind and courteous employees! The personnel at this place are nice and friendly, very respectful. The pizza although not what it was some time ago still beats the other chains. Personally I still prefer papa Johns over their competitors.

I thought I was the only one who thought the pizza had a funky flavor, The sauce was a bit bitter, and the bread/crust had no taste. I didn t even finish my slice. Other people who took some leftover pizza had the same opinion.

Pizza has been really good in the past, other times really bad, I asked for a well done pizza, was told 10mins, seemee weird since a normal pizza takes about 25, got home, my pizza dough was uncooked and literally still moving, that pizza was thrown out, would not go back because they allow customers to pack in there with no social distancing or mask, keep your pizza, ill try to keep my health.

So i called in today to order a large pizza,a cookie, and a 2lt pepsi totaled 25.39 they said it was about an hour wait i was ok with it so i walked out side an hour later and the pizza and the cookie was on the ground pizza was cold i called to see what the issue was why did they do a service like that the manger stated that they used door dash because they didnt have any drivers in manager offered a 50% off next time this is not the first time they mess up on my order so i declined the offer never buying from this location ever agin i would like to be contacted about this situation iff theres a way the franchise can help me out thanks

The best American pizza, You can order special orders online and pick them up at the store. Highly recommend the original tomato red sauce. You can also use more sauce~~~ Flyers often have discounts, Two large 5-topping pizzas are only 20 yuan, which is a great deal! Also, the garlic special dipping is super delicious. Be sure to eat it with extra food~~~

Im a regular customer at this location and the customer service is what keeps me coming back.. and the pizza is excellant.. and cant get enough of the peperonni pizza thank you papa john. only had 1 issue with a delivery but management took care of the problem and now im a life time customer gotta love that crust..

I ordered here many times and pizza was always very tasty and satisfactory. i found good discounted coupons at papa johns website. Never had to complain. Pizza was always made just like I ordered it and it was not greasy. Recommend the chicken strips as well. The wait time for delivery here is very reasonable as well. i am papa johns life time customer

Worst service ever!! Ordered my pizza and an hour and 12 minutes later it never came! Then they said they coukdnt give me a discount on my order and that I would get my next order for free. But I will not be ordering again from here they said they only had 2drivers that work there and hung up on me. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
