My oldest daughter and I was looking for a new place to eat. I found this place. We both really enjoyed it from beginning to end. They were very nice, very pleasant, very welcoming. The food was delicious. Everything was great! We would definitely come back here again!

The food was outstanding! I was really craving some good pasta, heard about Eddies and figured today was the day to try it.

The Lasagna was so delicious, it was just a great balance of flavors and seasoning. The sauce was great. Nice size portion as well.

The Spaghetti with marina sauce and meatballs was great! Again, great balance of flavors and seasoning, the sauce was on point!

Meatballs were seasoned well and were moist, good size, as well.

Spaghetti with meat sauce and Italian sausage was on point! Very delicious and seasoned just right.

Staff were very friendly and polite, this is definitely our new favorite Italian restaurant. If you haven't tried, you have to stop by.

*We love extra sauce, so I asked for extra sauce for each.

Fantastic Italian food! We started w/ the garlic puffs that were crispy on the out and soft n warm inside , and the garlic oil🤤 and then we shared the" three course for two" Cesar salad ,Roma penne pasta and a Detroit style Eddies specialty pizza. Highly recommended Italian place. Very cute and warm atmosphere.

Just got back from another wonderful lunch at Eddie's but I need some clarification if someone can help.. I've been here about six times. Half the time bread is served, half the times we have to ask . Is the bread complimentary? Is it only with lunch, only with dinner,only with certain meals?

Had a wonderful Father's Day meal. Started it off with a fried mozzarella, then their signature fish dish. Absolutely amazing highly recommended

I tried the stuffed shells, and I'm obsessed now! With a salad and side of garlic bread. I usually end up with leftovers. I'm not a leftovers person, but these actually reheat nicely. 10/10 recommend! It's our new date night dinner.

Food is always amazing here! Our server was the best. We had a table of 5 and spent $200 on food but we'll be worth it! Gave the sever a $20 tip. The only complaint is there was a tall guy who looked like he was the assistant manager or manager. He was very rude. We wouldn't let his mood and manner towards us ruin the good food and atmosphere!

Went there on a Sunday around noon. The place is clean. We were greeted right away and seated soon after. For starters, we ordered the fried calamari. For our main dish, my husband ordered the lasagna, and I ordered the chicken marsala with capellini pasta. We also ordered one of their March specials, which is a large pastrami pizza to go, for the kiddos. The fried calamari was great. Crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside. Came with marinara sauce and a slice of lemon. My husband said his lasagna was pretty good. When I tasted it, the sauce tasted like old sauce, maybe mixed in with fresh sauce. My chicken marsala was good. It had a lot of tender chicken, and the sauce was awesome. Now, let's get to the pastrami pizza. At $28.95 for a large, I would expect a little bit more pastrami. I felt like I was paying $28.95 for mustard and pickles. Very disappointing. I understand everything is expensive nowadays, but for a tab of over $100, we didn't even get any bread. There were no refills on the ice tea, and I had to wait for a long time for a very expensive pizza even though we ordered it when we ordered the rest of our food.

It s our first time to eat here. I would have given it 5 stars but a few of the food we wanted to order were not available. We changed our order to the chicken marsala. Vodka rigatoni, stuffed shells, caramel apple cannoli and tiramisu. Everything was delicious. The service was amazing.

Delicious food and great service! Dishes we loved: Chicken Picatta, Chicken Marsala, Pesce Bianco, Chicken Primavera, Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms, Bruscetta and Calamari are all hands down some of the best Italian weve had. Ive been many times before and the food is consistently amazing. This was the first time I brought my family and they loved it. We noticed our server Cristobal was the only one taking care of all the tables. He really was on top of things and with a great attitude. I really appreciated how he took the time to speak to my mom in spanish to explain and/or ask questions. Thank you Cristobal!

I always come here with my family for my birthday. Its become our tradition. Everything from the bruschetta, bread with olive oil, to the main dishes are excellent. They carry the Jacaranda IPA from Claremont and have a decent selection of wine. I love going to Eddies for the food and atmosphere. Love this place and would recommend it to anyone.

So the family and I went for dinner and it was delicious we had , calamari ,clam chowder , calzone and a pizza ... Let me tell you if you like calzones like I do its top tier in taste it comes with dipping sauce that was fire .. they made a mistake with the pizza but it wasnt a big deal they just added pineapple but I was my fault I told them pineapple at first but then the kids just wanted pepperoni it was delicious and they even gave us a free dessert. You wont regret eating here!!!!

We had a large gathering for my daughters grad school ceremony. The entire experience at Eddies was outstanding. Food was fantastic, service top notch and making reservations and the logistics around it was a breeze. Eddies made our special day a bit more special with a experience to remember. Went there for the first time sometime this past week. Loved it so much had to go back a couple days later. Wedding soup was really good and the Detroit style Motor city pizza was really food also. Cant wait to being the whole family by.

We were a group of 5. We were sat quickly, appetizers came quickly. The puffs were to die for. Pizza & a variety of pastas were very good, filling, large portions, even from the lunch menu. Definitely a good family meal. Try it and enjoy.

Had a small gathering for a family event. I reserved the banquet room for a party of 17 people. I went in prior to my event to pick out banquet package and pay deposit, spoke with Eric, one of the managers of restaurant. He was very courteous and touched base with me prior to my event. Day of Event, our server Frank ensured we were all taken care of. As soon as we got there, drinks came out and with in minutes our appetizers, salads and entrees were on our tables. My guests were happy and loved the food. There was another family in our banquet room, but the room was big enough for each family to eat and celebrate! I would definitely recommend!

I usually love this place for the ambiance and great food. However, the last two times, the food has made me or the person I take sick. I ordered pizza this time, and it was pretty mediocre at best. Plus, to add insult to injury, the side salads we ordered were 9 to 10 bucks each. Unfortunately, we will not be back here.

Ordered carryout from here on 4-12-24 food was tasty service and quality was subpar. We called ahead to see when our carryout order would be ready, and when we arrived not only was our food not close to being ready we were told three different wait times by three different staff members. When we got our pizza I was disappointed in the actual quality of the pizza. The employee who made it apparently did not even bother to cut the pizza with a pizza slicer as it was only cut around half way through. We had to cut each individual slice out with a knife. Not only that there was an odd separation in the crust where the crust fell right off of the pizza like two different dough were just stuck together instead of one solid pizza dough. Overall these are not major issues but when you want to pay more for a pizza you would hope the build quality is better than dominos. Parking: parking in an area with many other stores / grocery market so can be difficult to find parking during busy times

An absolute must if youre looking for authentic Italian food. I highly recommend the Detroit style pizza. The lasagna is really good. All the sauces taste amazing. Service is excellent in the dining area is comfortable.

The food was actually terrible. It looked like a pre-cooked food that was heated. I asked for some bread, and I was given quite a large amount of bread, But it was store-bought not the bread that was actually baked inside the restaurant. That was a strangest thing for me and Italian restaurant that does not make their own bread.

The food here is very delicious! I love that its more on the low key side. (So dont tell anyone) it is very popular with locals, so dont be afraid of the wait. Im gonna be honest. The bread used to be better. I dont know what happened but they do need to work on that. If you go too late they might be out of their six beers. But still a good place. If youre reading this and you want the off menu item, ask for the chef nasty, Im hoping the head chef or owner will reach out to me and we can collaborate.

Truly as good as it gets. Manager (Oscar?) was warm friendly and welcoming, Skyler, our waitress was outstanding! Super friendly and attentive and helpful. The food was absolutely off the hook delicious. We will never go to Spaghetti Eddies again after visiting Eddies Italian Eatery. Looking forward to returning!!!

Mediocre food and just terrible service. Wasnt even busy and we had to wait forever after being sat in the back. Feel like they forgot about us, which should have been my cue to get out of there but we like Italian food. Even then the food was not worth the wait, price, or frustration. Do better.

Great family Italian restaurant. Large selection of entrees, including some for the health conscious. A little under staffed for our mid-afternoon occasion, but our server did a great job keeping up. The food was awesome, and the servings were generous. Vegetarian options: Not all items are labeled as such, but the descriptions should suffice. Parking: Ample Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly atmosphere.

Eddies has basically guaranteed themselves a monthly visit from me and my family with their monthly special offerings. The menu items are always great, but the peach, prosciutto pizza with honey balsamic drizzle, had me coming back for more. The monthly offerings include a pizza, pasta dish, and dessert. Im not a big dessert guy, but my wife says the tiramisu is really good as well Vegetarian options: Not just vegetarian, but mediterranean. Wheelchair accessibility: Standard wheelchair access.

Six of us went to this restaurant on a Saturday night, and it was pretty crowded. We were seated by had a wait, the Manager Oscar comped us our table a appetizer plate. The dishes we had and all different were really tasty, however on friend had the November Special was delicious. It should be kept on the menu as one of their regular dishes. Our waitress was exceptional. I recommended a family member that went there on Wednesday with a friend for lunch. They had soup and salad. She said the soup of cold, (I would have let the waitress know at the time) she said salad was good. They asked for bread and was told it was not served unless they had pasta. I would think bread would definitely be an accompaniment and definitely included with Soup and Salad. With restaurants losing customers perhaps they need to be a little more accomodating to customers requests.

I wish I had a photo. I ordered lasagna through doordash and loved it!! Not a sweet sauce or Italian sausage (unless you ask for it, I dont like it). I make a mean lasagna so I really doubt ordering it but I was craving it and had no time to do it myself. I received a 7 (I think) round container. It wasnt completely full because the lasagna is not round but it was delicious!!!!

The food here is great, but the service is exceptional --- especially Chris and Justin, who are very friendly, funny and attuned to your dining needs and requests. The place is compact and has a warm and welcoming vibe (they could use a little bit of brighter lights, though). Price point is also very reasonable. Overall, dining here is a pleasure every single time. Kid-friendliness: This is could be like a family restaurant, too.

Was just scrolling thur Italian food options this place popped up. Let me tell you, this place did not disappoint!!!! The food is amazing. I had the Fettuccine truffle mushroom with crumbled sausage. Had those gralic puffs as well, and yup, that is a must-have!! Really cute place to go for an Italian feel. Will definitely go again if Im ever in town.

My only criticism is Bland food. I ordered the mushroom truffle spaghetti which was absurdly salty and oily. It was so bad it left an unpleasant taste in my mouth. It came with a piece of bread that was tasteless and slightly stale. I also ordered a fried eggplant parmesan sub which was mostly just bread and mozzarella cheese with a tiny amount of fried eggplant. The fried eggplant was nothing to write home about. Italian food can be some of the most explosively flavorful food on the planet this however is a far cry from the real thing.

I was very disappointed that the owner had the opportunity to make it right for another customer and did not. He chose not to listen to a customer, when the customer asked a question, why do you charge for extra bread? The response was, I have too. I will think before I go there again and let my friends know. Very unprofessional, fortunately the employees make the restaurant successful. The owner does not! Learn from your employees, owner!

It is a small Italian restaurant. This restaurant is conveniently located in a strip mall, that is adjacent on the right side to Stater Bros. The ambiance, during my Friday visit of November last year, was quite welcoming. The waitress, if I remember her name was Nina, was quite friendly and helpful. The table, were I was seated was neat, and surrounding area was clean. The meals, too, were delicious. If I remember correctly, I ate some delicious bacon pasta. Definitely, I would recommend a visit to this restaurant, the prices, too, were fair. I have spent, without the deserved tip, around $15-$20. So, if anyone is in Claremont area, I would recommend a visit to this restaurant. It is conveniently located near Foothill Boulevard, on the old Route 66.

Although we usually dine in at Eddies Italian Eatery, last Sunday we ordered dinner for takeout. I spoke with NOAH when I placed the order over the phone. He was beyond helpful, patient, and kind - it was so refreshing! When I went in to pick up the food, MARLENE helped me and was equally helpful and kind as was the Manager, MATT, who overheard me telling Marlene how great Noah was over the phone. The overall experience with Eddies staff was much appreciated! Vegetarian options: Alfredo pasta & Caesar salad are very good. I asked if they would go light on the Alfredo sauce & it was perfect!

Our server Sky was super sweet really attentive. Was not bothered with all the question and her suggestion for pesto ravioli great pick. The food was fresh and so flavorful. Definitely come back

I ordered an eggplant Parmesan over spaghetti. When it arrived I could not cut through the eggplant. It was not cooked and was not soft enough to eat. The sauce was tasteless, the spaghetti cold.The only thing done right was that the cheese was melted on top of this basically raw dish This was not an inexpensive meal. The whole mess is in the trash.

Call ahead for a pick up order received a text confirmation pizza will be ready at 5:33 waited for 30 minutes that s 30 minutes of my life wasted just sitting. System needs some work otherwise people bring some pillows the seating area is comfy enough to take a nap!

Everything we tried here was delicious. Down to the calamari, pizza, bread rolls, cheese raviolis and especially the Pesca Bianco. Totally coming again to try different dishes.

Italian flaire cuisine with some twist. Great combinations with new york style and chicago type pizza. Pasta are well cooked and authentic balance of herbs. Wonderful and helpfull servers, the price is very reasonable to the food that you chooses. Try a different style and you be the judge. Try the family combo, excellent place to bring your family or a date.

Very nice cozy restaurant. A lil dark where we were seated, but not too bad. Brooke was our server. She was awesome. Knew the menu so well. Had answers for all our questions. The food was great. Highly recommended.

The food is delicious and they also have family packages that have good portions and variety. My only comment (and others the day we visited) is that we had to wait a long time for everything, to get a table, to get service and to get your food, other than that the servers were super nice.

This Italian food is so delicious and I would recommend getting the garlic knots cause they are exploding with flavor of garlic and Parmesan. The staff here is very accommodating if there is any food allergies.

Best Detroit style pizza!!! Wide variety of pasta dishes & very accommodating for keto/low carb as they have dishes with veggies in place of the noodles. We went a bit wild when we ordered & left with plenty of leftovers so beware its easy to get carried away haha Ask for Piper, shes a lot of fun & a great server!!

This place has gone downhill. Either because of COVID or new ownership, but we were totally disappointed. Couldnt wait to go here everytime we went down the hill, but now we will be looking elsewhere. One waiter to Do ALL THE WORK while the Manager watched him struggle. But also the waiter had an attitude. He paid more attention to his own age people then us older people. (Discrimination). Food went up in price while the quality and quantity went down. To bad. We really did use to like this place. Good bye Eddies.

From the old school, rustic interior, to the quick knowledgeable and friendly staff, and the amazing food I love this place. Ive had something different every time I go and have been impressed every time. Its a little pricey but well worth it, go and go now!

I used to think that Eddies was the best place to eat in town and now sometimes I feel like they dont do the best job they have to because they dont have that much competition I was so disappointed in my pizza but I sometimes dont think its their fault I dont know but I dont buy their piece of very often because I cant afford it and I really really look forward to getting it when I do and the crust was soggy and I was just really just appointed I buy thin crust because Im not supposed to eat gluten so when I do its a real treat and to have the crusty soggy is so disappointing other than that the flavor was there because theyre awesome I think theyre one of the best pizzerias around and as far as that goes one of the best Italian restaurants around so I love it is eatery I think theyre great I just was really disappointed the last time I was there

First time in today and it was amazing. I was lucky to try the birthday canollis, Im so happy i found a place that does my favorite dessert justice. We also tried several appetizers and a pizza. I will definitely be coming back.

First off, the food was great. We walked in and didnt get a proper greeting and just asked if we were eating in, we said yes, they said it would be 10-15 minutes to be seated. We sat down in front and waited and were seated with who I believed was the manager and took our drink and appetizer order. Food order was taken and came out quickly and looked great, tasted great and the portion was appropriate. The soda was flat, the soup was on the cold side. I was a little annoyed at the server who told us it was a long wait when we arrived, they came back to the table for the check 3 minutes after setting it down and just stood there to rush us out. Would come back for the food but didnt appreciate this rude individual.

I wanted to like Eddie s but the manager is not very smart. We felt very unwelcome. I walked 3 blocks in the heat with a baby in a stroller and a 10 year old and the manager literally said You can t eat in here. I had ordered pick up but when I arrived I wanted to eat there while the weather cooled and I was very hungry. He said that eating in cost more, but never offered that option, he just sent us out with our food. I would have tipped too. I had to walk the whole family back home in the heat with a stroller. A smart manager would have offered to eat in the restaurant for the difference or a one time exception. Never had that kind of service. Not going back. Next time it s warehouse pizza.

I enjoyed Eddies Italian Eatery, the atmosphere was great, the service was also great, and their warm bread is delicious. I had the meat lasagna which was tasty. I would go back to Eddies.
