This was my first time at panera. And.
The restaurant itself was okay. The restaurant could have used a little bit of cleaning.
Maybe a little less A/C it was a bit cool in there, We ordered a cup of chicken noodle soup, a cup of chicken wild rice soup and and a half turkey avocado BLT sandwich cut in half and 2 drinks a small sprite was not good tasted like seltzer water. My mom got a Pepsi instead, and I had a small half and half tea/lemonade. All that for $38, the staff was pleasant and helpful, it's a good place for a quick bite and the music wasn't bad.

I ordered soup and salad. I was surprised by the small portions. I paid extra for avocado but it wasn’t even fresh or an acceptable portion for the price of the add on. That was very disappointing. This was my first time visiting Panera and I would only return for the dining room and hot water spout. Lol. They have plenty of space and outlets with comfortable seating to study/work. My soup was good but I didn’t find any pumpkin seeds like the pictures from the menu. Honestly, the seating areas were the best thing about the experience lol.

I will never return here. I can't believe I was charged 10 dollars for this "bowl" of soup. I'm taking my business to tender greens. A quart of delicious soup there is 14 dollars. For a quart! Ridiculously overpriced here at panera. Holy cow.

This particular restaurant has gotten worse over time. I don't know if it's new management but the employees have gotten sloppy & lazy. I've received great food in the past but this one just broke the camels back. I waited over 40 minutes for a souffle just to receive one with a yellow gooey substance that isn't egg nor cheese. Terrible!

I enjoy eating Panera Bread Sausage and Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza, Toasted Frontega Chicken, and today I enjoy eating the Turkey Sandwich which is really good and healthy. So this is a good place for Lunch. They also have Salads and Soups. You can do In Person to place an order or you can place an order online. You can choose
which side order you want like Chips or Apple. And if you download the Panera Bread App you can get points for a free meal.

Home sick and regrettably ordered delivery this location is 2 miles further than my location so it took an hour, only for them to allegedly make a delivery I didn t receive. It was $30, but the resolution was a $16 credit to the location that had subpar service to begin with.

Sorry but Ive been to different Panera locations but here the girls in the front counter can be a bit rude. Then they end up giving the wrong order. At this point my husband went to let them know and they did corrected. Ive been Managing for 15 years and my main focus is to pay attention to my customers and not rush them. I got my favorite Pecan braid pastry and it didnt have any pecans.

I typically get great service at the Jefferson Panera. I went there today and most of the staff was in front having a meeting. I was first in line with 2 customers behind me. We waited 15 minutes before an employee in the back saw us and said, I ll be right back . I said ok and she never returned. 12 minutes later, an older black female employee came from the meeting area, walked past us and put her plate in the sink. She was facing me and had no choice but to ask if I had been helped yet? I said no. She looked annoyed, came to the register and said what can I get you ? No hi, thanks for waiting, just what can I get you ? I said HI and smiled, she didn t respond. I said I ll have a small Madagascar vanilla Almond Cold Brew . She typed it into the register then asked another employee to help her. He said oh, we don t have any vanilla and suggested something else for me that has almond milk. I said, oh, I thought the almond in Madagascar was a syrup ? He suggested a caramel latte. I said ok. He walked away and the female employee said under her breath, now I gotta change the order to almond milk! I said ma am , I never asked for almond milk, do you have Oat milk ? She was annoyed again and I said what is your problem ? She said I don t have a problem ! I said it s on your face every time I ask a question ! She raised her voice and said this is just my face ! When I got louder the manager came out and told her to go in the back. He apologized for her behavior and said he couldn t believe she was talking to a customer like that?! I thanked him and said he doesn t have to apologize for her nasty behavior! He gave me the latte on the house and I told him he s a great manager and thanked him again! I m annoyed that I had to write this review but it s about principle because I never disrespected her! In my opinion, Panera shouldn t allow easily agitated employees to deal with customers. Thank You

Drink machines in this location look dirty and run down. I wonder when the last time the insides were cleaned out. Drinks were passable but did not taste very fresh. Small portions for food and were average taste.

DAMMMM I forgot to take a picture! Actually VERY 1st time eating at Panera Bread. My son had the pepperoni flatbread; he said it was Whatever & Bland! He also said he could ve made a better one w/store bought ingredients!( HE HAS) I on the other hand Had the TURKEY chilli . DIS CUSS TING! It had carrots, garbanzo beans some other type of beans as well, an a TEASPOON of turkey! WTH! The bread was coo; But dang Thirty freakin bucks! It used to be good for a quick meal! This time, my chicken avocado chipotle melt sandwich was over baked, hard, and had no chicken in it was dry. Ill try it again by eating in rather than taking dinner out. The problem may be that you dont know what you have until you get home. If you eat there and its jot right, you can give it right back to them. It is very disappointing and not fair to take out customers.

This is the worst, poorly managed, and dirty Panera I ve ever been to. The first time I was here they got my order wrong, and I had to go back. The second time my name disappeared from the screen and they didn t know why. After waiting 30 minutes, they had to start from scratch. It ended up taking about 40 minutes to get my food. Bathrooms like a bad bus station (yes, I ve been in a bus station bathroom ). Avoid.

Stopped here for lunch on the way home from lax, and shortly after our credit card info was stolen and used for 2 large purchases near by. Mind you we did not loose the actual card, which means someone who works at the restaurant skimmed our card information. Would not go back or reccomend

Busy location, with a moderate size. A bit messy at times and sometimes you meet a worker who is a bit abrupt, dismissive or forgetful. Otherwise, they seem not to hassle customers (no managers patrolling) who could be profiled as low-income or homeless. Saw quite a few of customers who stayed for extended periods, they would also use their sip-club subscription and buy food as they got hungry. Limited power outlets here, but they are available. No microwave available to customers to use directly, to heat up their food or coffee after adding cold creamer.

I went to Panera Bread in Culver City. I ordered the Chicken almond salad sandwich. I was very disappointed. I might as well ordered a tomato and lettuce sandwich. The tomatoes were cut in large slices top on with lots of lettuce. If you ever order this sandwich I guess you have to ask for extra chicken salad in the sandwich. This was my first time and last time ordering from Panera Bread in Culver City. I ordered two steak sandwiches to be delivered. When I received them they barely had any meat. I wanted to rave about one of your employees, Deisy. I called your store on Tuesday when I realized that my catering order for 41 was noted in an email for the incorrect time. It said 5:45pm delivery instead of 11:45am delivery! (I am sure this was due to the time zone difference when I placed the order). I called your store at about 10:30am that same day in a panic and Deisy helped me solve the problem and drove the sandwiches to me personally. She really saved the day for our conference attendees. In today s world of customer service issues, I wanted to be sure and praise Panera and Deisy. Thanks for making our first day of the conference start with a success!

1st time visiting Panera. Cashier was very friendly and the organization of the restaurant makes sense, I was very impressed by the layout. That is where the good ends :(. Food portions and the taste was terrible and definitely over priced. Hey look if you are going to charge that much provide good quality food or at minimum a good portion size. The seasonal soup autumn squash soup was wayyyyyy too sweet. Avocado chipotle chicken sandwich was dry and was bread with a sample size portion of chicken and avocado. Got a hot chocolate and the whipped cream tasted like it was spoiled.... man I thought this was going to be a new go to place for me again the service staff was amazing, food was such a let down. Come on Panera there is potential here!!!!

I have never eaten at Panera, and I very rarely do fast food. But it was 4:30pm and I had not eaten since 9am. This Panera did not feel welcoming as I quickly checked around. Being famished I went ahead to order half a chipotle avocado melt, since the young guy at the counter (Dustin) was very sweet trying hard to help with my clueless questions. Three golden stars for him. Good thing that I ordered half a sandwich and I was starved. The serving was skimpy anyway, with its small avocado slice and some tasteless cheese. Very poor value for $12.57. No more Pandera for me and probably no more fast food!!

I went to this location last night 8/9/23 I went up to the counter and greeted the person behind the register, and they just looked at me And that s it Ummm okay So I started to tell them my order, and then I realized why should I spend my money here if they can t even tell me hi it would ve been nice for them to even say what do you want I wouldn t have been angry. Honestly every time I go Im like yes the food is so tasty cant wait. Then I feel like an idiot for how much I paid for very little food. A quarter of a sandwich and a cup of soup for 13 bucks.... Just doesnt feel good to me anymore. Ive been going here for years. But now theyre so many options out there with great quality and more for the money. Greendoor in BH is a great example. Update... Gave them another try and the portions are even smaller... I bet the employees arent getting paid with all that profit.... Even the chip bags are smaller. The only consistent thing is bagel n coffee. Otherwise, dont bother.

Unfortunately I had issues eating here. Its too bad its in a nice area and the layout of the place is great. Unfortunately they use outdated products especially vegetables and give you extremely small portions. Complaints are not handled correctly and messages to corporate go unanswered. Check out some other review services and youll see some shocking stories. I mean the business no ill will but they need to clean it up and have a little more friendly staff. They also should be taught that the customer doesnt necessarily have to be always right but make it usually right. Vegetarian options: Forget it. My vegetable was over ripe.

Went on 4/23 to Culver City and used a credit card. On 4/30 my credit card was used at another Panera in northern Ca. several times . The food was excellent, the trainee was awesome smiling and greeting the trainer was very rude all she did was stare at me and when I asked her questions she didnt know the answers. And did not tell me till like 15-20 minutes later that I had to pick up my sandwich on the other side of the restaurant. Never been there before told her that but she just continued to stare at me. So dont go to this location unless you know about Panera if you do not know I wouldnt go. Also did not smile once just a continuous stare. But the food we got was excellent!

This Panera location was currently the most convenient one. There was previously one we could walk up the street to on Melrose. Orders are placed near the front with the cashier, who provides a pager to let you know when the order is ready at the pickup window. The coffee station is self service. We ordered two soups and a Greek Salad: a seasonal Squash Soup and an Onion Soup. The order was prepared quite fast. We found a nice booth for us to sit in. It took a few minutes for the crew to come around and clean off the table for us. The soups were very tasty and the salad was delicious...as well the accompanying bread of course... This location seemed to have a lot of homeless people nearby.

I came in for breakfast and ordered a coffee and a sandwich and my wife got oatmeal. The staff was friendly but the coffee I wanted was out, it took 40 mins to get the food, and the sandwich was missing the egg on it. My wife enjoyed the oatmeal and the cooking staff was very kind and remade my sandwich quickly! Also the inside had a nice moody dim-lights with a calm atmosphere

I ordered online for pickup, got to the location, and waited 23mins. I finally went to the window to ask what happened to my boss s order and they said they ran out of soup. I understand that but why didn t they tel me? The rest of the order was cold by the time they added a replacement and I had to reheat it in a microwave once I got back to the office. After reheating and opening the food, we realize that every soup bowl was only half full! My boss was pretty annoyed about this because I recommended the restaurant.

RUINED $300 ORDER AND WONT REFUND!!! I called them 16 times over the course of 4 hours nd still to this day cannot get someone to answer the phone. They FORGOT 7 SANDWHICHES AND 4 COOKIES then to add insulT to inJUry the salad dressing was spilled all over the sandwhiches!! Its not been 12 days and no refund, no contact from customer care. I like the place, I usually buy breakfast and I like it, although sometimes they dont have everything on the menu because it ends early, it is a spacious place if you want to eat your food there. Parking: Parking is ample because other businesses are nearby, bank, dry cleaners, pet store, pharmacy Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it has a ramp and tables marked for people with wheelchairs.

I bought their Tuesday package. Should have 13 bagels but only gave me 12 bagels. Moreover, I ordered pick-up at 7am but it was not ready when I arrived at 7:10am.

2nd time ordering the strawberry poppyseed with chicken salad and received the salad with NO chicken!!!!! Check your orders people!!!!! @$12.99 a salad im gon need my chicken on my salad.

The place gets a bit dirty, although people who work there are cool. When I order online some of the products are not available online but when I get to the location I see them on the shelf. Also summer drinks are a bit too sugary compare to other locations.

I found a long hair in the cream cheese and cherry pastry wheel I bought with my card right before going out of town. I called the restaurant and told them. They said they wont do anything unless I come back with the receipt.

i usually love panera and i m a part of the sip club. when i went in to get my drink, employees refused give me and my friend cups for our lemonade. service has been poor and employees have been rude every time i ve been in this location. so go to panera, but not this one

What a great cafe, specifically for Panera. This location is really spacious, and they always get it right. I love sitting at the bar stools that face out to the big windows. Tons of power outlets. Clean bathroom. Also the sip club is a great deal especially if you get the 6 month free promo like me. Ill keep coming here for sure.

I enjoy eating Panera Bread Sausage and Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza, Toasted Frontega Chicken, and today I enjoy eating the Turkey Sandwich which is really good and healthy. So this is a good place for Lunch. They also have Salads and Soups. You can do In Person to place an order or you can place an order online. You can choose which side order you want like Chips or Apple. And if you download the Panera Bread App you can get points for a free meal.

I love this place especially the coffee membership. Its only $8.99 for a coffee a day and it works at any Panera location. Also the staff and management at this location go above and beyond to help their customers. My favorite foods to order here are the pecan braid, oatmeal cookie, breakfast sandwiches, and the chicken margarita pizza. So

Horrible. Panini Gone. No Bread Art. Wonder if Rice (with bread side) is a good thing to put on the menu. Unlimited Drink Subscription not even worth it for a 3 month free, pay later either 8.99 or, to try to keep ya as a subscriber, 1.99...because they cant even get their system right on a 5 visit, next recipe shouldnt say 1 visit for a free item/gift to a next visit reciept to say 1. To Top it Off, Have an Accuracy Matters Note on Top of The Receipt, to say that if anything is wrong with the order...theyll be sure to correct it with a free treat...bummer, they cant even get the proper customer service to retain a Subscription customer, to give a returning customer a free treat and to ensure that their systems were actually working right instead of going on an incorrect numerical value even on the reciept and I have no idea why they even sent me an Alerting Notification to say that I was going to get my Free Gift. I Unsubscribed. Really Disgusting Bathrooms, too.

They DO NOT cancel your orders when asked to. I placed an order a couple days ago with my credit card and I called to cancel it. I was told that it was cancelled, so when I picked up my order, I only had one bag which I expected. However, now that I checked my account, the cancelled order is posted. I called Panera and a male employee told me, We cant help you, you have to call your bank and hung up. I always buy from this Panera, but how disrespectful and rude!
