The restaurant offers a menu influenced by the owners’ roots – Italian, Argentinean, and French. Open for lunch Tuesday - Sunday, dinner Thursday - Saturday, and breakfast Friday - Sunday. Please check the website for service hours.
The bakery, open from 8am - 4pm, is dedicated to a wide selection of organic bread and decadent pastries baked daily.
La Finestra is open every Wednesday with a rotating menu of seasonal sandwiches.
Bianca is a restaurant with a bakery brought to you by Gianni and Nicola Vietina of Madeo Ristorante in partner with Four Seasons Hotel executive pastry chef Federico Fernandez.
Bianca beautifully blends Argentine and French culinary traditions, offering a dining experience that transports you to the best of both worlds. The setting is stunning, making you feel as though you’re on vacation. As someone from Argentina, the milanesa al cabello took me right back to Buenos Aires. My husband ordered the entraña sandwich, and we shared the onion soup—honestly better than any I’ve had in Paris. The attentive wait staff added to the wonderful experience, and despite it being a quiet Saturday afternoon, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The pastries looked incredible, with freshly baked goods tempting at every glance, and the aesthetic bar added to the charm. Highly recommend!

Delicious cafe and restaurant. There are not a lot of gluten free options for those who are. Had a lovely, very large basket of freshly baked bread with butter. I was drooling looking at it. The service was good, could have been better. It was fairly empty, but kind of felt rushed to make a decision while catching up with an old friend. The salmon salad was lovely, salmon was cooked to perfection. I would have loved a little more flavor with the dressing, but it was a refreshing meal for a hot summer day. My mom and friend got sandwiches and both said were fantastic. My friend rated the crispy chicken sandwich 8/10. Said “Perfectly cooked chicken and very flavorful coleslaw that had a sesame oil dressing.” The Entraña sandwich was “fabulous…best sandwich i’ve had in a long time.” Once again i’m gluten free, so I cannot eat these yummy glutenous creations.

The regular coffee I ordered was really bad. It was like water. The avacado toast came in the middle of a tomato soup. 🫤 But what really pissed me off was the extra $4 for the pie! I ordered a slice of pecan pie, which was $10, but they charged me $14 because I dined in. $10 was the to-go price! I have never heard anything in my life!
I sat at the bar. The waiter constantly walked back and forth with no reason. It made me very uncomfortable, as if he were watching me.
I will not come back here again.

I visited during breakfast hours and chose the outdoor seating, but unfortunately, I ended up with 9 mosquito bites. As for the food, it's delicious but on the pricier side. The decorations are pleasing, creating a good ambiance for dates.
However, if you're primarily focused on the food and value for money, there are better options in LA with more affordable prices. So, while it's a nice place for a date, keep in mind that there are places offering tastier food at a lower cost.
Maybe give their dinner menu a shot next time and see if it offers a different experience!

Tried their lunch menu on a rainy day and was not disappointed. The waitstaff are very kind and attentive and made sure we were well taken care of even as the restaurant got pretty busy. The restaurant interior is very cozy and inviting. I ordered the cacciucco as my main; the rich broth was so comforting I was in seafood heaven! Cocktails and coffee were the icing on top. I’ll be back soon for some pasta, so many options that looked delicious.

We found this place on Yelp when searching for a good brunch spot in the area. We ordered a few chef recommendations including the spicy southern fried chicken burger, peach salad (my friend), spaghetti and a few others. The burger is great and the bun is slightly crispy which is exactly I am looking for in a gourmet burger. The sauce is well balanced with a slight tanginess. I wish the side fried potatoes could be a little more though.
I also ordered an Americano. Interestingly they served you a shot of espresso and let yourself add hot water to your like. Appreciate the touch.
The place can get busy on a weekend. We only called 15 mins prior to our arrival without reservation, and were pleasantly surprised we had a seat once we checked in.

The empanadas are juicy and full of flavors. The sandwich was yummy. Great professional quick service. We sat in the beautiful patio on a sunny day, and it was perfect. The coffee was spot on like in Italy. Coming back for sure

Our second & last time here for dinner. Friday 9/13/24 . Not sure what was going on but the place was 1/2 empty at 8 pm - out of branzino , out of monk fish our female server was just okay but nothing worth mentioning . They just wanted to clear the table , not sure what the rush was!!! Everything was way off tonight :( We ended up having steaks , different pasta dishes food was good but honestly for the price we paid I would not go there again . Absolutely no ambiance tonight . Bianca you really disappointed us !!

This restaurant sold me a $100 gift card and then proceeded to allow their staff to use it. I called and purchased a $100 gift certificate for my sister and her husband for Christmas in 2022. The restaurant said they hold the gift certificate there and when my sister came in to eat she would get it. Well, my sister and her husband are very busy professionals and never got around to using the gift card. But California Law states that gift cards/certificates to restaurants dont ever expire, so I wasnt too concerned when my sister explained that she hadnt found the time to go yet and it had been over a year. I had a planned trip to visit LA so I called the restaurant to make a reservation and let them know we would be using the gift card I had purchased. Someone who claimed to be of authority there got on the phone and said that they did in fact still have the gift card but there was only $9 left on it. I found that to be interesting as my sister had never even once set foot in their restaurant. And I live in Hawaii. I explained that regardless of what he told me was supposedly left on a gift certificate weve never seen we will expect the $100 valued gift certificate I purchased and never used when we come in to eat. Then this guy proceeded to argue with me that we had used it. Why would my sister go there, use only $92 of a $100 valued gift card, and then leave said gift card at the restaurant? As someone with close to 20yrs in the restaurant business myself, its pretty obvious what happened here. Our gift card sat in their drawer for over a year and an employee took it and used it. And then put it back. Im absolutely blown away, not because someone used our gift card, but because whoever this person of authority was argued with me that we had used it and didnt just own up to the fact that someone there used it. He should have simply apologized for that, and assured me our gift card would be there waiting for us with a full $100 balance on it. Absolutely horrendous customer service I will be in LA and Culver City very soon and they can expect me to stop in for a bite. And you better believe Ill be using my $100 gift card to pay with

The food was good, the bread was also something to note. However, we wanted the mussels with french fries and when we ordered, the server said it was sold out. We then asked if we could order a side of the fries and he said they were also sold out. But there was another dish with fries and I don t see why we couldn t get them! In all, cute place, good food, small portions. Three of us got the bread basket (you ll need more butter), peach and burrata salad, pizza (the one without red sauce), the ragu and the chicken parm. I never order the chx parm and it was delish! Pizza was yummy, light and with onions. The matcha lemonade was also very refreshing.

We have gone to Biancas since it opened years ago, and have loved it ever since. I highly recommend the Gnocchi Madeo, which is the same as it is at the real Madeo...just for less. Also love the Chicken Parm, which is so big it could feed a family. Oddly for an Italian place, they also serve Empanadas sometimes, and when they do we always get the chicken ones. Overall, a great spot for a date, a group, or an event!

This restaurant rejected my wifes service animal inside the restaurant. She has acute high frequency hearing loss and a hearing disability and the Owner, inappropriately demanded her to show paperwork proof when she wears hearing aids. This is NOT a disability friendly restaurant! This was our 3rd time going there and the overall costumer service is bad.

The decor is cute and the patio is surprisingly quiet for being street side. Came for early lunch right after their breakfast menu ended. The service wasn t great, hit or miss depending on the waitstaff, had to ask for things repeatedly. The food was alright, overall bland with nothing really standing out. For the price and ambiance I d pick others in the area over this one.

I went for breakfast and it was the best pastry I had in Los Angeles. I recommend that you order the croissants/croissants in any of their versions: classic, stuffed with apple (it was warm), with ham and cheese gratin. The coffee is also one of the best. The attention of the staff is outstanding. Every time Im in the area I plan to return!

Waited almost 10 minutes to buy one pastry to go. Asked for a plate so that I might enjoy it outside (not on restaurant property, but at the comfort of my apartment down the street), and was told by 3 people who were suddenly available that I had to speak to the host. Absolutely unprofessional service and I wish I had taken my business somewhere else. Please learn how to properly staff your FOH and talk to paying customers. Never returning again and will caution others to do the same.

Bianca has great reviews so I was excited to eat there after researching a lot of brunch spots in the area. Sadly I had a below average experience. I ordered the egg white frittata which was okay but nothing special. It didn t come with anything and was watery, although I know frittatas can be watery depending on ingredients and that it s normal so I won t hold that against them. I ordered sides of bread and avocado - the avocado came out but the bread didn t. I asked for the bread after waiting ten minutes and was told it was coming. I thought it was odd to bring the bread out last instead of first still waiting and no bread so we had to ask a second time, then a waiter got it and it didn t have any butter with it or anything. Much like the frittata there s no garnish or sides or anything, just very basic. We were served by multiple waiters, so I think communication was bad, and honestly some of the waiters seemed distracted and out of it. I hate leaving bad reviews but I was disappointed and had even canceled reservations at a different spot because I thought Bianca would be better, and was meeting a friend I hadn t seen in a long time so I wanted it to be a good dining experience. It must ve just been an off day for them. There was a marathon on outside so maybe the staff were flustered. The atmosphere is great though it s quite lovely and the maître des were very nice and warm. My friend wasn t impressed either and we don t plan on coming back because there s a lot of other spots in culver that I wouldn t risk doing Bianca a second time.

We only went to the bakery but it had such a great vibe. Its reminiscent of some French or Italian bakeries youd find. The pastries were all amazing and they had a wide variety. They even serve it up in a beautiful gold cardboard tray and box. Definitely cant wait to go back and try more of the food Edit: Bianca is still amazing and the honey croissants here are divine. Very unique but so flavorful, airy, and buttery. All of which you want in a croissant. There are so many options and they also have a pear fig crostata which is also amazing. Probably one of our favorite bakeries in LA.

I had high hopes based on other reviews and photos but reality didnt match that. The atmosphere is nice and blue plates are beautiful but bread basket was cold and old, food portions were small and nothing stood out which is a big negative considering the prices. Even the bakery didnt have anything special and again with 9$ for a small piece of bread pudding you think some effort was put into it or it was special in at least some ways but disappointment followed us after lunch to bakery. Parking is available nearby which is not bad.

$7 before taxes for a ham and cheese croissant has to be the most gentrified thing I ve ever seen on the block. (For reference, research shows that notable already hated in local communities, Tartine, sells their for ham & cheese for a whopping $6.75.) That being said, I love the staff and everyone s really friendly. Guaranteed if there wasn t so many Apple HQ buildings on the block the croissants would be $3.75- $4 - A 6 year tenure veteran of protecting Culver City finest city.

On 11/17 someone from the restaurant called me to confirm again the order. Upon pickup today they had no clue about the order. It took them 15 minutes and 2 employees to find it. We re locals and have been meaning to try Bianca for awhile. The food was fine. We each had an empanada which was good. My husband had the fried chicken sandwich which he liked but the potatoes were pretty lackluster. I love mussels soo was thrilled they were on the menu. At over $30 they weren t worth it. The broth was taste less and the bowl wasn t even full of mussels. The fries were decent. The service was good. We had a stroller and they gave us options on where to sit. Although we did tell them it was our wedding anniversary when we made the resi and only the hostesses acknowledged it. Our server didn t do our offer us anything special. We decided to order the chocolate cake to go and that was the best thing we ate. I would stop by and get a slice of that again. Otherwise I think there are better restaurants in the area.

Food is great, service is good, but they trick you on the wine menu. The first column on wine menu is wine taste ($7) instead of wine glass ($16), so you automatically order the taste thinking its glass. Then they tell you that after bill arrives. Are you a vineyard? Why do you even charge for taste or is this a trick strategy? Sounded like the waiter was used to this question so I guess so.

As we were leaving, the busboy yelled to my friend, Happy Cinco de May! He was rude throughout the whole experience. Watching us with a scowl on his face. The wait staff were horrible with their service. They would come up to our table, then 2qlk away and laugh. They even charged me for my birthday dessert. Which is fine. We are at your establishment paying for a service paying for your employees. Dinner was not free. I called to speak to the manager. He apologized and told me he would call me back yesterday. He never did. Ive never been treated that way. I usually go to Michelen Star restaurants for my birthday. They would never have treated me or my friends in the manner that the restaurant did.

Amazing food, super friendly service. They don t validate parking, but the parking structure behind the restaurant is only $2 an hour. Parking is limited outside of the lot. It s expensive, but worth it. Spanish tortilla is my go to. Vegetarian options: There are some pretty fantastic vegetarian options. No vegan though. At least to my knowledge.

You can taste the freshness and quality of each ingredient in every bite. I was welcomed with excellent service from the moment I walked into the bakery and then introduced to Jacob for seating; the entire staff was exceptionally polite and sophisticated. The ambiance is energizing and flatware is beautiful Ordered the Octopus and Chicken Empanadas, loved both but preferred Octopus, Spanish Tortillas, and then Creme Brulee and Cheesecake for dessert. Tried really hard to order lunch after appetizers but they were filling, so moved straight to dessert. Did not feel heavy at all after this meal. Must go back and try everything. Convenient valet parking is available near Juliet for $20. Highly recommend this bakery and restaurant!

Beautiful place. Lovely staff. Bread is too die for! At $10-15 a loaf its expensive but you will make all kinds of self rationalizations when you take that first bite!! They also make fougasse, pastries, alfajoras, croissants and have terrific coffee. The restaurant side is very fresh and breezy and the food is delicious! Empanadas, Croque madame, pastas, and secondi. Italian-Argentine flavors. Simone is a very attentive manager. Worth the drive and the $$. Molto bene. Per la vita quotidiana, raccomando il cornetto con giandiuia o pistaccio per colazione!

Pastries, lunch, coffee, dessert. Its all amazing. Recommend the croque madame, the ahi tuna, and the skirt steak. Also, get the basque cake for a nice not-too-sweet dessert.

Delicious carbs. Wonderful baked goods and oils. The pasta was homemade and really good. The focaccia with chimichurri was more like a baked bread with some oil and spices on top - see the photo- not what I would think of as focaccia. My husband said the broccoli and green beans that came with his fish were especially good. Tables are small and a bit crowded. A group of 4 were seated at a 2-top next to us. They complained and were told nothing can be done. Our server was very attentive. Very few vegetarian options. No main vegan options. But it tasted good. Vegetarian options: A few dairy vegetarian options. 1 vegan soup. Mainly for omnivores. Parking: $2/hour in the attached garage

One of the best bakeries I ve been to, all the pastries are to die for. Everyone is super kind and attentive, if you re in the area this is a must! I ve tried the pasta and the Spanish tortilla, super yummy, for coffee recommendations the Spanish latte is delicious, hot and cold. AND the fresh baguettes 1000/10 (also the place is super nice)

We went for brunch and food was barely ok and overpriced despite the friendly service and atmosphere. The pastries were yummy especially the brownie but the branzino was super disappointing (bland and terrible steamed veggies) the pizza average and the hot chocolate where you had to melt a few chocolate sticks sounded more exciting than the bland result. The salad was ok. Croque madame was ok too. Honestly stop by for the bakery but skip the sit down restaurant. Dietary restrictions: Minimal gluten free options but they were good!

Plenty of options for vegetarians. Ordered the pesto penne, which turned out to be creamy and zesty! The server was friendly and prompt. The indoor setting is too noisy.

Bianca has the most fantastic food that is served by a friendly & professional staff. The bakery has an amazing assortment of freshly baked goods. I highly recommend Bianca for a wonderful salad, sandwich, pizza, pasta or daily lunch special. Stopping by this lovely bistro is always a priority when I travel to LA Vegetarian options: Although I am not vegetarian, I noticed quite a few really tasty items that quality as such. Parking: Ask about validating your parking ticket for the paid parking garage.

Bianca offers an exceptional breakfast experience that combines excellent service and mouthwatering cuisine. The crispy chicken sandwich is an absolute delight, with its perfectly cooked chicken and flavorful toppings.

Came in with my family to celebrate my wifes birthday. We did not have reservations at 630 pm on a Friday and they were booked. The hostes and maitre d went out of their way to accommodate us and was able to seat us. Wow! That was so considerate. The food was spectacular. Im a regular ribeye eater and I can say one of the best I ever had. Our waiter was awesome too. Best restaurant experience in a very long time. Cant wait to go back.

Gracious hostess, we lost our reservation trying to find the place, but they were able to sit us by the window where it looks like its the bakery during the day. Dinner was good, I would ask the chef next time not to serve my pasta bolognese too dry, but good flavor and al dente, just the way I like it. Waiter was a bit off, keep making mistakes but I guess it was just his night, we specified our dinner will be share but he just shoveled the two main courses and disappeared we wait and wait until he finally came back with eating plates and utensils. BUT We will try again

Everything you can buy here tastes amazing. Whether you re in the mood for a nice indoor/outdoor dine-in or takeout experience, they ve got it all. Their pancakes on the weekend taste amazing, but my usual go-to is a vanilla latte and a chocolate croissant and sometimes their very rich chocolate chip cookie. Of course, you also have to try to freshly baked bread.

No reservations but got seated at the bar. Food was excellent, portions were just right. Had the eggplant Parm, penne Bolognese, caprese, tiramisu and apple crepe (a mini-show, trust me). Pasta was al dente and chewy and the sauce tasted home made. This family run restaurant has a friendly feel and attention to detail. Will be back again soon.

I bought the lemon tart that was excellent. My friend brought a baguette and although its wider than the ones you buy at the markets (which are thin) This baguette is the most authentic since I was in Paris! The hard crust and super soft dough with butter is irresistible to pass up. You must try!

Overpriced atmosphere... we couldnt even walk around the bakery without the server, making us feel weird about it. Pizza wasnt on the menu, nor were the sandwiches. The waiter was aggressive and wanted both of us to order and entree, even tho there wasnt anything that I liked on the menu. Will not return. Mediocre experience.... the other server just doused our plates with Parmigiano when I wanted it on the side. The expected tip was the cherry on top.

I was very disappointed in the kale minestrone. Small serving for the price, bland, miniscule veggies. Olive Garden has a better soup and they serve it in under 30 minutes hot not lukewarm!

I fell in love with their honey croissants. Once per month I am around the area and get couple of them because they are so delicious. Today to my surprise I called to order like usually, I was advised they were closed and usually open back at 5pm, I did not want to order at that time because I was not sure to be able to pick them up. My appointment finished late and I was so excited to pick up my fav croissants, I called gain and a lady told me I needed to order something from the restaurant menu just to buy some croissants, too ridiculous for me, but I decided to try something else from the menu, I wanted to order some empanadas and I was told they needed the manager s approval to sell the croissants with empanadas. I mean the pastries are good but not to the point for this madness. Not worth it to spend my time or $$. I will give it a try to other places.

I went for the Valentine s Day set menu. The staff was wonderful, but the food was abhorrent. Most of the dishes had flair but just not at all good. We had the Filet, which was undercooked, the ravioli tasted almost canned, and the soufflé was just cooked wrong. Some of the dishes even tasted entirely of alcohol. I paid more here than at a Michelin star restaurant and found myself wishing I had gone to in-n-out instead.

The food here doesn t meet the expectations of the perceived value of the space. Ended up becoming a regular at their bakery because the bread is great! However they stopped serving customers at their bakery for orders on the go. Take your money somewhere else.

Brunch at Bianca This French bakery in Culver City is the perfect place for a nice and relaxing brunch. I love the ambiance because it feels rly inviting and slow paced inside. Ordered: 1. Croque Madame 2. Focaccia with ahi tuna 3. Rigatoni alla bolognese The sandwiches here are delicious as they bake fresh bread daily in their bakery. However my only complaint is that it does seem expensive for a sandwich since after tip/tax a sandwich is over $30 Price: ~$30+ per person

This bakery is around the corner from a supercharger, so I came here to kill time while the Tesla was charging. Very pleasant and friendly waitstaff, the mocha was $7 but definitely made with high quality rich chocolate. Beautiful atmosphere.

We had a delightful lunch here. Fantastic service, everything was served timely and prepared well. Sitting outdoors made for a beautiful meal. Pricey, but on par with other restaurants and here you can tell that you TRULY get high quality food and service for the price. Next time we will return for dessert!
