H Mart Diamond Bar

It's one of my favorite place to go when I want to find Korean or other Asian groceries. There's a huge selection of fresh food, fruit, vegetables, cakes and even kimchi. The items are very neatly laid out, well organized and clean, even in the fresh meat or fish area there is no smell. The staff are friendly and professional. It's a real pleasure to shop here.

Great selection of freshly prepared food and snacks to choose from. They have the original Deli Manjoo, although a little sparse on their custard filling- could use a little more. They also have spam sushi- prepared just as it’s made back on Guam. 😍

Great place ….. if u looking to eat healthy this is the place … vegetables are fresh lot variety of produce … i never see so many varieties of mushrooms 🍄…. Lot lot of healthy food …

Clean, Organized, Asian Market. Price is OK. The indomie was on sale for $2.99 per 5 packs. I grabbed 30 packs for $18 without hesitation. Miss the days when indomie was $9 on sale for 30 packs at pretty much every asian grocery stores.

Parking is super easy even on the weekends. This H mart is a little bigger than some h marts. There is a section that sells a lot of home and kitchen products. There is also a Tous Les Jours bakery and various food court as you walk in. There are some tables and chairs for dining. You can also purchase HMart ready to eat bento,kimchi,grilled mackerel, food items to eat on site as well. Overall, this HMart is clean, big and well organized. There is a small wine and alcohol section near one of the check out areas.

Usually the goods are good, but the price is a little expensive.Compared with Japanese products, the price and quality are still out of proportion.

The orange I bought yesterday was bad and moldy, so I returned it. The staff in the return area is nice.

The whole four stars.

We have been going to this mart since it first opened. We live so nearby and it does have a good selection of Asians goods and produce. However, the CUSTOMER SERVICE is getting worse and worse especially in the seafood department. Always CHECK your receipts. I often find overcharges afterwards. Please don’t overcharge the customers.

I've been going to this supermarket brand for 8 years, and I've noticed their quality has been declining year by year. It seems like the management is prioritizing profits. Shockingly, I even found hair in this kimchi!

H-Mart used to be much better but it has gone steadily down in quality over the years. This is most evident in the meat and seafood department. I no longer buy meat here because I keep getting old meat sold to me. It looks good in the package but once I open it up, I can smell that they aren't disposing of their old meat. Instead they treat it with a bleach solution to wash away the smell and discoloration and resell it. This old meat will spoil quickly again. I've bought chicken, pork, and beef that have all been treated in this manner. Also the seafood department tends to be overpriced compared to other Asian markets in the area. I still go here due to convenience but the slide in quality has been staggering.

Love this place. I've been coming here for years and will say it's got everything. They are a much bigger store than say 99 ranch, with a huge selection for whatever your heart desires. Seafood is fresh, and I love the sashimi grade salmon for poke at home. Great selection of meat with snake river Farms wagyu leading the pack. Highly recommend if you love asian markets.

한국식자재를 전문으로 파는 한국 마트입니다. 중국 일본 베트남등 아시안들에 익숙한 상품이 많이 있습니다. 다이아몬드 바 지점은 다른 지점보다 크고 관리가 잘 되어있는 편 입니다. 저는 리버사이드에 거주(차로 40분)하고 있는데 요즘은 인스타카트 앱으로 배달 주문도 가능합니다. 한국 과자, 라면 종류도 많이 있습니다. 김치나 한국 반찬 종류도 다양하게 있습니다. 월마트나 타겟등 미국식 마트에 익숙한 비 아시안인들도 한번쯤 쇼핑 해보면 좋은 경험이 될것입니다. 주차장이 약간 경사가 있어서 카트로 옮길때 좀 조심하셔야 합니다

I've been to this HMart location many times. They have everything there. Besides the groceries, there's a bakery and other eat-in food options (like a mini food court style where you can order your food from I think 3-4 vendors, then you can sit and wait for your order, pick it up and eat or take out), plus other areas surrounding the main grocery where there are other shops to buy Beauty, & household items, etc. It's convenient to have all these options but be prepared to spend some time there because it's always crowded, just walking around getting all your necessities then waiting in line to check out may take some time. They always have enough cashiers, but because there are so many people that shop here, expect to wait to get out. That's the only reason I put 4 stars.

마트안에 푸드코트 가 있습니다.
야채들도 신선합니다.
세일폭이 크지 않지만 필요한 상품을 구매할수 있을정도로 다양합니다.
근처 한남체인 보다 상품 진열이 많고 재고처리가 빠른듯 합니다.

결제 후 물건을 담아주는 것은 h mart 계산대 앞에 명시되어 있는 마지막 직원 행동 지침으로 알고 있습니다. 오늘 저녁 7시쯤 한국 여성분에게 결제를 받은 후 물건을 안 담아 주시나요 라고 묻자 물건을 담는 것은 직접 담으라 말하시더라구요. 기분이 좋지 않은 경험이었습니다. 물건을 담아주라고 계산대 앞에 써있지 않나요 라고 다시 묻자 물건은 손님이 담으셔야죠 라고 쳐다도 보지 않으며 퉁명스럽게 대답하시더군요. 제가 할 수 있는 일이지만 불쾌하다 싶을 정도로 정말 기분 나쁜 서비스 였습니다.

After making a payment, it’s my understanding that the last staff instruction at the H Mart checkout is to assist with bagging items. When I asked a Korean woman around 7 p.m. if she would bag the items after taking payment, she insisted that I should bag them myself. When I asked again why the items weren’t being bagged, as it’s stated at the checkout, she bluntly replied, “Customers should bag their own items,” without even looking at me. It was a really unpleasant experience, despite being something I could do myself.

Thankful to have Hmart in this location. Pretty safe plaza, clean, lots of stores to visit. Big plus is this Hmart location has great selection of restaurants inside the food court area. My favorite would be Awoolim with their kimbab and fish cake soup
