So refreshing the drinks are, I had the shark attack rebel ice and it tastes like monster a little but it’s so good, it’s sweet and refreshing, sometimes the lines are ridiculous and super long but it’s worth the wait a little sugary but it’s great Dinuba knows what they’re doing, thank you Dutchbros.

Honestly I used to love Dutch, but lately I feel like the service and especially the quality has declined. It depends where I go but at this location, there are times I can be greeted by someone very friendly, however, most times I feel rushed and they go back to talking amongst themselves. Not the biggest issue, but Dutch was known for their superb customer service. As for the quality of the drinks; the drinks are either too sweet or extremely bitter, so there is a deprivation of consistency. Overall, I’m disappointed with Dutch’s caliber, as it has declined while the prices have increased.

Its pretty slow, I thought it was just late night but have gone three different times and different days and it always feel like a long wait. I'm used to dutch bros I am from Oregon where they originally came from and yeah slow. The last two times I got a hot drink it wasn't filled to the top they left a gap. I'm assuming it out of habit since a lot of people want soft top which is for the gap but I don't so please fill my drink full.

I'm glad Dutch Bros is teaming up with Muscular Dystrophy. I have two nieces that were born with it and a distant cousin who lost her child, under 6 months of age to MD. Somehow I always get skipped when they’re taking their orders in the drive thru. I never have this issue at other locations and I frequent Dutch bros in a couple nearby towns as well

99% of the time done drive-thru and they are very efficient. At one point the workers were pushing tips but they stopped the practice luckily and is a great spot, would definitely recommend.

I just went and was in line behind a white truck. A green car tried to cut in front of me and the white truck. The green car was rude, and ended up cutting in front of me. I told the person taking my order, and she replied, “ They always do that.” She took my order, and walked away without saying thank you, have a good night, sorry, etc. I think Dutch Bros should close down one lane if they are only going to have one person taking orders to avoid cars cutting in front of others. According to the girl taking my order it always happens, and they don’t care about it.

I went to Dutch Brothers today to get Mango Lemonade and I want to give you a shout out about Yasmin who took our order. She was outstanding. There was a long line of cars that would have made anyone stressed and she was cool, calm and collected. Very polite, took our order efficiently with a smile and asked if there was anything else she could do for us. She is a very valuable addition to your staff. It's hard to find that in employees in todays market.

When I first went to this Dutch Brothers it was a good experience. But this last time I went it was the worst experience of my life. The girls who were taking orders completely ignored me knowing good and well I was next, but her friend pulled up behind me and it was more important to go have a full on conversation with her friend and not take orders. The other girl that was taking orders finally comes up to my window and says "she took your order right. I told her knoww she to busy chatting it up with her friend. Guees the girl didn't like that comment so she started with her attitude. I asked to speak to the manager. She got mad and went running to her friend who by the was was still in full on conversation with her friend in the car. She let her know I wanted to management and then the 3 proceeded to talk about making fun of me and pointing fingers like a bunch of immature little girls. When I finally got to speak with the manager and expressed my concerns she wa quick to apologize. I told her I want a refund and I would not be coming here anymore. She said I'll give you your drink for free and 3 extra drinks so if you change your mind. Welp the manager is also a liar i was charged for the drink and did not receive any free drinks . That being said do better Dutch Brothers Dinuba do better. Hire mature hard working people. Who are good at customer service.

Super great guys! I rolled up and I had forgotten my wallet. I tried uploading my card info to app and wasn't able to. They gave us our hot cocoa. They didn't have to, I was going to go back after I got my wallet. I appreciate their kindness.

The service here is very good. They always attend to you promptly and have a nice attitude towards you. The drink selection is small, but enough to give you good choices. The one flaw here is that at certain times, it does get extremely busy, so there will be a wait.

I ordered a golden eagle. The service was great. They were friendly and fast at getting the orders out. It's cheaper than Starbucks and tastes great. I will definitely be returning to this location. I do suggest using their app to pay. It's a faster checkout and you earn points as well

Horrible experience, I ordered a Hawaiian rebel with mango drizzle double blended and I got a watery drink that was just plane bland and had to throw it out really disappointing. Workers knew the person making it wasn’t preparing it correctly multiple times but still handed me a bad drink I won’t be returning.

First time EVER having Dutch bros and I loved it! The entrance to the building was confusing to find, because I'm not from there and had never been before (plus this maps sent me the wrong way) but anyway...loved that there was two (very long) lines to wait in. There was also a very nice employee taking orders from outside and she answered all my questions about the menu, and the employee at the window was so happy, polite, and friendly. She talked with me and my kids and made the drive threw experience more fun. Overall, all my kids enjoyed their drinks and I really enjoyed my drink as well. It was blended and very refreshing on this hot day, so I know ill definitely be back for more in the near future.

They take pretty long i would've gave it five stars but the workers start coming out and talking to people they know which makes the line get backed up because they won't move forward. Not only that instead of bringing the drinks to people who paid with card they just talk to people they know instead of working on getting you your drink faster the ones in Visalia go a lot faster. Over all it was ok just the workers think they have time to conversate with people they know in the drive thru and that's not ok they should be working on getting you your drink so the line can move faster.

It was my first time at Dutch Bros and I don’t know anything. Alexander was very professional and nice to me. He gave me the best customer service I have ever seen and he made my day. He went above and beyond for me and helped me figure out a great drink for me. Thank you Alexander for the amazing work you do and I will be coming back in the future. It was worth wait!

The location just opened up, but so far, they are awesome. Inhad never been to a Dutch bros before, so I didn't know what to expect. I had my dog with me, and they offered a free "pup cup" for your dogs. It is a small cup with a little whipping cream with a small biscuit in the middle.

Great place for a pick-me-up if you need a caffeine fix or just want something in that vein. Try to go when it's not peak hours to avoid a long wait. It helps if you have their app downloaded because they have a surprisingly large menu and it helps things go smoothly if you know what you want ahead of time.

Lastly the people are great, the bro-istas are super friendly and try to make the wait seem shorter if at all possible
