Walmart Supercenter

I am very grateful that this store has wonderful management; today I met a store manager named Paul. Or at least I think he's a manager?.... 🤔🧐 Nevertheless, Paul took time to help me research this product called, FitRx Electrode Wireless Massager.

I've noticed a major shift and difference in this store. Most of the staff here are happier, and the store is very organized, up kept, and all the employees are always doing their job.

Very impressive management skills in this location!

A manager named Kahleel went above and beyond to help my child at Walmart. My son needed a bandaid and Kahleel raced to locate a couple bandaids. He was patient and empathetic well also showing concern.

Jay from the beauty/spa/nails aisle is always good to me and my son. She is always quick to open the glass doors and help us with a welcoming smile. I know i can trust my trip to the aisle with her goodness!

Pros: This location is the cleanest I've ever been to. They put a lot into their stocking and organizing. And their grocery pick-up service is very convenient. Employees are always very friendly as well. This McDonalds location is also the best in the area in terms of freshness.

Cons: There's never anyone available to open the security cabinets in the makeup and paint sections. So don't bother unless you have plenty of time to wait.

This place really doesn’t deserve one star, the floors clean, the McDonald’s in that area, DELICIOUS, kinda disappointed they got rid of their arcade if anyone remembers that, but it’s good the food isle, gaming isle, sports isle, and most importantly the service nice, even had huge expensive Lego sets I could own, I don’t play with legos anymore but if did I’d probably buy one myself great place Walmart keep up the hard work, Never give up.

Was very clean and organized. However I wandered the store for 20 minutes looking for a garden hose. I passed at least 6 employees and wasn't even greeted. No one offered to ask me if I needed help. Check out was simple and fast. Parking was available and easy.

Went to Walmart today and was looking at the mes graphic shirts since I love them and love getting the corvette shirts or fast and furious ones they didn’t have my size so I asked the kind girl who was folding the shirts in that section and she went above and beyond to look for it in her little tote I didn’t get her name but thank you Walmart give her a raise 🙏🏻

Awful customer service when it comes to locked items. They have a bunch of press for customer service buttons but they don't give it use they never come. And when you see a worker and ask for help they just say that's not my department but I'll send someone over and no one ever comes.

They need less checkout lines and more in person ones. It takes a minimum of 30 minutes. To get processed out by the register. And 20 minutes to get to the vehicle

I try to avoid this place as much as possible, its always over crowded, the carts are always broken or never any carts. Only if i absolutely need something from there will i go
Edit: the carts are all new now and it's a lot easier to check out with all the self checkout registers but they moved everything around so regulars need to relearn all the isles. Seems like a cheap tactic to make people spend more time in the store to hopefully spend more money

I really like this Walmart over probably every Walmart I’ve ever visited. I’ve never had a negative experience with workers or products. I think it’s kind of silly that a multibillion dollar company needs to keep deodorant behind locked glass, but that’s not the worker’s faults. I’ve never gone to get something and it wasn’t available.

I usually don't have bad experiences at Walmart, but today was different. Although the store (and bathroom) was clean, the shelves were stocked, and everything was nicely decorated... the employees just seemed in their own world.
My personal opinion is that if you choose a job where you're working with the public, then you better be polite and smile...even if you're having a bad day cuz it effects the customers if you don't.
That's how it seemed today. The lady in electronics wasn't smiling or polite and the check out clerks seem like they're just trying to rush you out of there instead of making you feel comfortable & happy.
I hope they work on that. Other than that, everything was good!

Update: went to the auto dept to get a new battery for my car. The employee named Julie working in automotive was so rude. I didn’t even know the transaction was over because she completely ignored me.

The reason I gave Walmart a 4 and not a 5 is because they have plenty of self checkout stations but they're for 15 items or less!? I'm at a loss as to why they're dissin their customers this way? They didn't get a 3 because of the efforts they've made to stock organic products including great value black beans in a can and coconut oil and 1/2 gallon 2% great value mil
k with DHA!! And their milk is like $2 less than the name brand per 1/2 gallon! Excellent job Walmart! Now drop the ridiculous 15 item or less at the self serve checkouts please!?

This Walmart is terrible I bought a comforter set and the box said it was a king size didn’t think I was gonna need the receipt so I just tossed it when I got home noticed it was smaller than my bed noticed that it was actually queen, but the box said king so they miss package so I went back to the store to ask just to swap it out and the Dyke that was at the customer counter was extremly rude and so was the other so called manager rolling her eyes at me telling. Me to call the company of the comforter set and them not being able to just swap it out this place is terrible

I went in for certain advertised items and neither were available but I did find two other items I was very happy with. I realize each store can have different stock.. All in all, I will still ok with my visit.

Most useless employees. Everything is locked up and the employees would rather be antisocial or mingle with each other instead. I couldn't find what I was looking for and asked an employee and they eventually found it while remarking "Did you even look?" Just buy it online instead of dealing with young clowns. That being said there are seldom good employees but unfortunately the experience is brought down by the too many bad workers.

The new layout makes no sense. Some isles are way too small and only allow one person to travel. In between isles are blocked with a pallet of product so you can't see what's on the other side, forcing you to go out and around to the other isle instead of just looking so you don't waste your time.

They do not honor the price discrepancy policy that they have! I took a picture of the item so that they could put it in my cart since it was oversized. Price on sign shows 135.00 it rang up at 153.00 then got home and their website showed it as 148.00!

They stock items that look like they were dropped off a cliff, literally they’ll put cans and bottles that are leaking all over their stock. They have stacks of merchandise during the busiest times of the day with trash all over every aisle. 75% of their grocery carts need wheel repairs and they don’t clean them up either. They’re often full of trash and god knows what fluids.

But the major issue is that they have one, maybe two cashiers. Then they’ll have lines wrapped around the store with 50 plus carts in the self checkout lane on top of that. It literally took us 45 minutes to get to the front of the self checkout line. I’m top of that, they will have all kinds of checkout lanes that are closed off for no reason. You can’t expect to run a large store with one cashier and a handful of self checkouts when you have hundreds of shopping carts checking out at the same time.

This is the worst Walmart I’ve ever been to in my life. The employees are slow, lazy, and they’re always talking to each other rather than doing their jobs. And whoever is managing this place can’t figure out the fact that in order to sell product, people have to be able to pay someone for their products. It’s frankly embarrassing. Every time I come here there’s always major issues that aren’t hard to fix if they would put in some effort

Absolutely hate the new layout. It feels so claustrophobic inside and you can't see 10 feet in front of you. So much stuff, yet it doesn't look like they have that much more than they did before. Walkways are for walking, not for stacking stuff. I used to dread going there, but now it will only be when I absolutely have to.

Dinuba walmart consistently forgets items from online orders. I used to be able to get on chat and have it refunded, but now the app prompts me to call, after giving me the run around with questions. Additionally, my last pick up gave me produce that was literally rotting. Dinuba Walmart also will not pick any items (that show in stock online) that are outside of grocery. Ie. Alcohol, makeup, clothing. I will no longer online pickup from dinuba & I don't shop at walmart anymore much if I have to go in. I would rather drive to Sanger, where the pickup is SO so much better. More parking spots, more professional employees, & they haven't messed up anything with my orders (including picking the more "complicated" items, like makeup).
