Dutch Bros Coffee

For the past ten years, I've been stopping by this place on the weekends for my morning coffee. Generally, it's a quick stop and everyone that I've ever come across has been great. If I see that the line is too long, I'll just pass it by and go to the Starbucks across the street that seems to have quicker service.

Heading east on I-80, this is a quick hop off the freeway and then one traffic light to get back on.

The team here is always friendly and helpful. Whether I'm just grabbing my morning coffee, or making a run for the whole office, service is always fast and nice.

We will NOT be coming here again. Today (Sunday, February 18) me and MY boyfriend came to get coffee. As we arrived to the window and were handed our drinks, I was baffled by what i saw next. This girl drew hearts and smiley faces and a big damn bow all over my mans cup. There was no writing on my cup. Why did you write on his? He doesnt want you

Drinks were great- the MD size was more like a LG to me (not mad). There was a little wait but it wasn’t too bad, staff was friendly.

Paid extra for a float and it wasn’t on my drink l and when I asked about the mistake the worker had attitude, didn’t apologize for the mistake put it on and handed it back without saying anything. :/

My wife really loves the coffee much better than SB. This location really needs an awning over the walkup window. The morning sun is unbearable for the employees taking orders.....

Omg....only one person handling the entire stand after midnight. Messed up our drink order and I had to go back to get my order redone. No happy with my service. I love Woodland and will only go there for now on. Dixon needs help. Not the first time either. Drive thru is busy too!

Haven’t been here in awhile since the pay increase. Like everything else, everything is over priced service really went down from this location. Customer service has gone down. Used to be so friendly and chat with you, now that don’t even say thanks. Care more about what they’re doing that night with each other and can’t even look at you. Maybe under new management that cares more about profit than customer service. They make $20 an hr now to make a drink and expect you to leave a tip. Ends up costing you $10 for an iced rebel that’s so so at best. Go to a gas station to buy energy drinks get more bang for you buck.

I absolutely love this location. We stop by every Saturday as a family on our grocery run and my kids love one of the employees there who chats with them while we wait. She had my daughter talking about her unicorn name for months and my daughter picks her out everytime she is working when we go. Our drinks are always right and delicious. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I do not have this same experience at other locations nearby. Kudos to this Dixon location. You guys rock!

Perfect coffee all the time...staff is wonderfully friendly. I just wish there was a closer location. When you need the perfect cup...after a 90min drive and $7 bridge toll...its still worth it!

I tried to get a different beverage every time I go and they are always having something new and delicious to try cold, hot or blended. It doesn't matter if you go there. You're not going to be this. Pleased everything is fresh, delicious and I can't tell you that the staff is great on telling you what you need to know what's in the drink and if you want any extras.

First I love Dutch Bros and so do a lot of other people, the lines are always long but the atmosphere makes everything better. If you are looking for that Starbucks alternative this is the place!

The girls who work at this location are always in a cheerful mood and are very helpful. The drive-through is usually packed all day but the crew at this location get you in and out in no time at all.

The crew that works here are like family. They make sure your drink is perfect or they'll remake it for you right there. Love their "Dirty Girl" drink, so yummy!

I like this place. Every time I've been here the experience was good and the service was great!

My favorite is order is a mocha-chocolate-frosty... thing that I can never remember the name of :-/

They just make it and tell me the name so I can know if I go somewhere else! :-) LOL

Was really disappointed with their costumer service, had a coupon for a free drink ( buy 10 and get your 11th one free) . Was waiting till my birthday to use it , thought will be a really special day but thanks to those employees my day was ruined there. Will never buy from them again and that’s what I have to tell to all my friends and family about that stingy business that can’t even provide what they promised on their coupons. Shame on you guys :(

Great place was open till 11, drive thru, was on our way from Sacramento to Oakland, the staff is beautiful, helpful, friendly and gave great customer service, meaning made drinks properly.
