Dutch Bros Coffee

Me and my sister LOVE Dutch Bros, we live almost an hour away from the closest one, but we still decide to go there anyway once in a while. They have great non-caffinated drinks, but I will say that some of the coffee is extremely bitter.

Dutch Brothers is by far the best company in the US. I will wait in line forever for a cup of coffee from there. This is the nitro Brew with cream and hazelnut and it's only about 120 calories. Delicious. The people are also very sweet there. It's a refreshing experience

I got the pumpkin brûlée freeze this morning and it was disgusting 🤢. I usually get this drink and its always delicious but not today. $7 in the garbage. I also said light caramel and instead of putting light they put more 😠 😡

I was amazed how delicious their coffee is. Makes for a great pit stop either back to the Bay Area or towards Sacramento.

Didn't wait too long from ordering to pulling out and back on the road.

Such a terrific quality drink I've had in such a long time.

Swung by here twice while in the area and I received excellent service. My coffee was made quickly and served with a smile.

My dogs also loved their pup cups!

I was especially impressed by the service I received from Sasha, the shift lead. She was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the products.

Fast, easy service drive through great service all the time

I have been a customer since they opened. I think the crew who works early mornings are great and friendly. I went today to find out there was another increase in price. 30 cents more. I remember when a small was 4.50$ about maybe two years ago, maybe three, 75 cent increase is huge for a small cup of coffee that is usually pretty packed with ice, and doesn’t always taste the same. A small is now 5.25$. It’s been great at Dutch bros, but I think I’ll start making my coffee again. I’m sure it will keep increasing. Just not worth the price in my opinion.

Speedy. When I've driven through and there are more than a couple of cars someone will come out and take orders. The line moves pretty quickly.

Loved it! Drove to Reno in the middle of the night in a storm with my eyes wide open! Was finally able to get some rest a couple days later when I drove back. But it didn't end there, the next morning I drive about 40 miles from home to the same location just to get annihilated again. Woooooh!!!

Today's visit was a complete disappointment! I ordered 4 shots with cream and I was handed a lukewarm drink which totalled about 2 oz. It was gone after 4 sips. An expensive cup of sadness 😢

My uncle and I stopped by for a treat, they were swamped with customers but service was very fast and friendly. My pomegranate tea was sour and sweet and yummy (as a pomegranate should be) and we really like the way their cups are made.

Dutch Brothers is always good with nice happy smiling people serving you you can't beat it! Also they give you a free coffee on your birthday! I love those Brothers! You get points every time you go in and when those points add up, they'll give you a free coffee then too.

This has been my regular late night stop on my way back from concerts in the Bay Area while headed home to Placerville. I usually get here around 10:30-11pm and the staff is always upbeat & friendly. I don't expect great coffee from anywhere at that hour but it's always been good and helped me get home. Thankful that they are open when I need them!

I have never in my life been in a drive through that took over an HOUR. I went to get a cup of coffee for the drive home, with the sun burning my eyes, to watching the sun set, to then be pitch black. I watched several dozen people go up to the walk-in window and get their drinks within several minutes (a normal respectable time) while every single person in a car waited for an HOUR just to have someone come and take their drink order. I understand that there are sometimes issues, HOWEVER, the people in the cars should have been made aware, then ushered out of the drive-thru to either go home, or to park and order at the walk-in window. I cannot imagine how horrible it would be if someone wanted a quick cup of coffee before a meeting, only to be stuck in a dead stop. There needed to be a much better way of dealing with a situation like that instead of leaving more than a dozen cars in a dead stop in drive-thru with no way to leave and no information on what is taking so long.
