Came in here for a caramel macchiato, it tasted as burned coffee with milk, (not even sweet)went back to change it to a London fog, and even that had just cold milk and a bag of tea inside, what the hell? It was a male barista

The whole staff at the Starbucks are fabulous they have an excellent customer service. I'm going to say their customer service is more of that your friend not a customer........ Yeah that's how I felt, I felt kindness just the whole vibe in the store is warm and kind....

Love this Starbucks! Once I ordered during a very busy Saturday, and then got an emergency call and the barista was so sweet / accommodating and made me my drink ASAP so I could run out.

On a few occasions where I’ve studied at this location, one barista gave us samples of a very creative drink! It was delicious :) Staff here is always so kind. Fav Starbucks location.

One of my all time fav starbucks ever!
They are super quick and efficient and most of all they are super friendly. My go to when I'm passing this freeway. The staff is always in a good mood which is awesome 👌. High standards here !

Wow. I love this pit stop in dixon. Walking thru the doors. The nice calm peaceful enviroment. That aroma of coffee. The dimmed lighting. The soothing music playing in the background of people networking and just chillaxing. This is a perfect Starbucks if I ever seen one. What an expierence

This Starbucks is in Dixon, Ca and very convenient for a caffeine pick me up on the way up Hwy 80. Although they get a lot of visitors....the staff is usually very friendly and the place is very clean. Plus I love their cute chalk signs! They make it feel more "homey".

The Pitt School Rd Starbucks is always a pit stop for us coming and going from the Bay Area. The store is clean and the bathrooms are clean. Drive Thru service tends to be a little faster, but in-store isn't too bad.

My husband brought my coffee home and the cup smelled like weed. I get it, it's legal but I don't want my sweet white chocolate to smell like that. Please tell your people to take a smoke break outside.

My experience at the location varies.they have some really great team members, but of course there are always a few ones. This Starbucks is in the middle of a very small town. I am one of may be 10 to 15 African-American in my entire community whenever I place a mobile order and Noel is in charge of running the floor. My coffee is always wrong or if there is a mistake with the computer system I am always questioned about what I ordered and if I actually ordered in their store. except this one employee, today was the day that I had enough, and I spoke up against it, and instead of apologizing, the rest of the team, attacked me and threatening not to give me my coffee. This would be the fifth time that my coffee was either held back or intentionally made wrong. As long as Noel continues to work there. People of color will not be welcome.

I believe in good food combined with great frappuccino; friendly, helpful, positive staff; it's like an internet cafe, with lots of well to do families individuals and the like, trying to relax, talk, chat or study..and eat, of course. Short distance from Safeway.

My pumpkin spice latte tasted like a regular latte. I was there for a meeting so I just let it go.

Great halfway point from the bay to the Sierra off of Hwy 70. I walked in on a Thursday evening... no line, great Sevice. Staff was very helpful. Like always the facility was clean and serviced.

Ordered online, showed up at the time specified. Waited ten minutes while the two baristias screwed up so many orders that they have not even started mine. When I asked another employee to help them as they were falling behind, his response was "we dont want to many chefs in the kitchen" REALLY???? You can squirt the flavors in the cups or scoop some ice or something to help them catch up? You no team player ,should lose your job, sorry excuse for an employee, has no care for the customer which should be your whole entire goal!!!!! Pretty sure it was a manager that I said it in front of too!!

Update: Last few trips to this Starbucks have involved needlessly rude behavior from employees working at the drive thru window.

Previous review: Rude employee at drive up window informed me when I pulled up after placing a mobile order that I had not waited at least 10 minutes between placing my mobile order and coming to the drive thru, and told me to wait longer next time because there were "other people ahead of" me. The drive thru was EMPTY when I arrived. Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't placing a mobile order simply make her job easier, as she doesn't have to manually input my order? And isn't the fact that I used the app to order something Starbucks would want you encouraging their customers to do, rather than discouraging it? The one time I did wait 10-15 minutes to come pick up my order, everything was room temperature and had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long while other people came and went, and I would like to avoid that happening again.
I still gave three stars because service is usually much better than this and employees are usually much friendlier and faster.

I go to this Starbucks almost everyday, It was ok for a while , some how they just been messing up with my order almost every time ,and when u Tell them to please make it right they get upset like I’m paying to get something I want not whatever u guys want to make for me, it’s ridiculous very disappointing!!

One of the most frustrating experiences ever @ Starbucks! I asked for " light water" and had to stop the barista when she filled my venti cup half way up with water. This is after waiting for more than 15 minutes after ordering. There were only 2 people who had ordered before me, but only 1 barista for inside store orders. There were 3 for drive thru who did not help her AT ALL. The "inside barista" clearly had no idea what she was doing and spent most of the time walking in circles trying to figure out how to make a drink rather than asking for help. The woman heating up the food was fast, but she has no service skills. She would yell out an unintelligible name and then throw the food across the counter. I watched as she literally threw & then slid the food that the woman in front of me ordered right off the end of the counter! NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED OR OFFERED TO REPLACE IT!!!! The floor was dirty, there were no napkins out and no one would look up to help a customer. One gentleman customer searched through the cabinets trying to find napkins when no one would stop to help him in spite of his calling out 3-4 times. Finally a young woman who kept filling up the ice bins grabbed a package of napkins and put them on the counter behind the glass partition, just out of reach. The customer had to loudly proclaim, "What?! Do I need to stand on a chair and grab & open that package if napkins MYSELF??!
By the time I received the drinks I ordered my food was cold. WORST SERVICE EVER AT ANY STARBUCKS I HAVE EVER BEEN IN! ALSO WORST QUALITY CONTROL AND CLEANLINESS IS WAS A JOKE. OVERALL AN EPIC FAIL BY THIS DAVIS, CA STARBUCKS. I recommend finding ANY OTHER coffee shop in the UC Davis/Dixon area. Tjis one is just plain YUCK! 😡🙄🤮😩🤯

This our favorite coffee/ice tea stop on our long rides across the 80. It is large, clean and has beautiful seating areas for families and Davis Students. Good drive thru too.

Good stopping point when driving up to Sac from the Bay Area. You're past all the BS traffic in Fairfield and Vacaville, and you're just about to hit more in Davis and then then inexplicable but always present slowdown on the causeway so best to stop and pee. Oh, and they have coffee here, it's a Starbucks.
