I placed an online order and it was ready in 5 minutes, the store was packed with people around 5:20 p.m. and the team were very efficient. I waited at the pickup area and the cashier was busy, when he finish his current customer he asked me if I'm here for the online order. I show him the text that my food is ready and he located my foot and handed me to my food right away. I was so hungry I sit in the car finish my food while watching people waited in store lineup forever. The portion was great they are not stingy food were fresh and hot.

I gotta give it to them! The ladies that worked tonight did an absolutely great job with getting the long line down efficiently. The line was literally wrapped around to the exit door but the wait was not long at all. The food was fresh and good! They give a good portion of food! It is most definitely worth the price!

I just picked up an order from Panda Express Downey branch (corner of Firestone and Brookshire), eager to try the new hot orange chicken. However, when I got home, I realized it was missing from my order. This was particularly disappointing as it was the item I was most excited about.

On the bright side, when I called the store to report the issue, they handled it well by refunding me the entire amount promptly. While I appreciate the excellent customer service, I hope they improve their order accuracy in the future to avoid such inconveniences.

I had a great experience with the Panda Express Downey staff this evening on 08/05/2024. The late night shift staff were so wonderful and a pleasant bunch of young men and women. They have good customer service. Thanks! 🙏😊

I ordered a meal for pickup. Orange chicken, of course, plus Kung Pao chicken. When I picked it up I asked for a cup of water but was refused because their water wasn't working in their soda fountain. So I had to eat the spicy food with nothing to drink. Apparently the manager here isn't interested in customer service or they at least would've offered a soda.

Very clean dine in. Very fast service. Very good food. I love the hot vegetable selections here. I loved seeing the flames jump high as the wok cooked. Loved it here.

I paid extra for the steak and got so less in quantity. This is not worth $10 for the amount I have paid. Never going back to this location. If you are charging $10 for the food, provide the quantity for the money we paid. This is ridiculous. This is the first time I ordered here. Other panda express stores are far more better and provide more for the same cost. The food is tasteless as well comparing to other stores.

Approaching to order I have a 3 year old very excited to eat and the employee was just frustrated and completely unhappy, like I made her life choices for her. My son is still all over the place while I m ordering and she still asks while I m trying to calm him down what are your sides. My plate contained rice and chow mein, orange chicken, and string beans. We waited for fresh food and once we got our food, the orange chicken was cold and the rice was hard. Besides that I found a hair in my egg roll, not on top inside. The hair was pretty long also. Very disappointed! Plus it was really dirty. Should ve gotten chipotle.

It is not my favorite place to eat Chinese food but I must be honest the place is really clean and the food is good (not the best but it is edible)the prices are about right you dont get much food like any other Chinese restaurants like the WOK at Lakewood and Stewart &Gray but in general if there is not other options available the restaurant is ok

noticed random people were leaving this location at 740; a guy walked away from the door as we were walking towards the door saying its closed. When we decided to double check because we noticed online hours to 8pm, they hesitated to let us in you could see she was unpleased at us choosing to see our options, which were rice and orange chicken. The server and person who opened the door for us and the cashier were all displayed no customer service skills.

Certainly not welcoming. The female workers didnt want to work there or serve customers, which wasnt an issue until they were stingy with the food. This one is definitely not my 1st choice but I was in the area & it was late. I only come once every 2 or 3 years cause of it. Food tasted better than usual this time though.

Great food at a good price. I was able to make 2 meals out of it. Love the honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken. They give you enough food for an extra meal. Parking: Good parking only because there are many other businesses in the same area. Kid-friendliness: Has kids meals Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and easily accessible

Service was not good, trying to get my order right. Several items needed to be made while I waited. At checkout, in the middle of the process, the person started to hand out online orders and left me standing there in the middle of the transaction. The big problem is the food. The fried rice and chow mien was dry and bland. The broccoli beef was fresh made, but the sauce was very thick on the beef, but the broccoli was dry, no sauce. Weve noticed the change on our last visit, but thought it was a one off. I guess not. The new cardboard containers dry out the leftovers. THE PRICE WENT UP AGAIN!!! This is the first time Im really considering not coming back. Im paying more and not enjoying the food. Somethings wrong at this location or at Panda in general.

This should be zero stars. I ordered a two item plate and a cup for water. The water I got from their fountain drink machine was contaminated with some black flakes. I showed the Panda Express female manager the dirty water and asked if I could get a fountain drink instead since the water was contaminated; the manager said, we are not responsible for the water. The water that I got at Panda was not Pandas, according to the manager. She said she would have to charge me if I wanted a different drink. I couldnt believe that for the dirty water and inconvenience, she didnt allow me to get a different drink. I asked for my money back for the food and left. After reading some real reviews, Im sure this Panda Express owner doesnt care. As for the 4 and 5 star reviews, they are fake, or those people dont know what good food and service are. I will not be returning, and I suggested everyone check the drinks before drinking at this Panda Express location. Go to Kaowok.

Bad servicing, we arrived at around 8:44pm. And the place closes at 10pm. We ordered to eat there for three people, we wanted to use the bathroom and it turns out that they were not allowing us to enter the bathroom... How is it possible, that you consume there, but they do not allow you to enter the bathroom. And they gave us less portion than normal, because they had many orders by phone... and there were many lines of people inside... More or less about 15 people... this happened on Sunday the 16th.

This location serves very small portions of food, every time I go is lesser food on the plates. Employees need customer service training to learn how to interact with customers and put a smile on their face.

I had gone to pick up some food for my family and while I was being served, one employee had put very little amount of food onto the plate and when we asked if they could add a bit more they had responded saying they only give those portions and they increased prices as well

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! Ordered at counter, waited 40 minutes!!! Was told only a 7 minute wait! Not enough cooks to push out multiple online orders, walk in orders and pick up orders. Location was SERIOUSLY under staffed!!!!!!! I felt so sorry for the poor girl busting her back cooking alone and the lazy light haired dude who under cooked the hell out of the chicken and was hardly helping! I suggest a 2nd back counter of bowls of food to serve online orders because the food in the front bowls was not and is not enough food for walk in customers. This would prevent seriously pi$$Ed off people who sat there with us for nearly an HOUR!!!! POOR MANAGEMENT

On Sunday afternoon, the line was very long. A young girl came out with a tablet and a credit card reader to get preorders and prepay to speed the process along. The half dozen or so customers waited near the register for our orders. Pretty soon, customers behind us that didnt preorder were just walking thru and getting their food before us. Finally, the manager came and took our receipts and started to fill our orders. He came back and put the food at the register and said 47. I said Im 47. I asked why people behind us got their food before us? He just said printer broke and walked away. Then the cashier asked, Show me your receipt! I told her that the manager took it and its in her hand! She finally handed me my food and I asked her if they put in dipping sauce for the spring rolls? She snidely responded, You didnt order any! It took me 25 minutes to get a take-out order. No one said Were sorry it took so long, nothing! No free drink or free meal, nothing! Not a word. This was the worst and most frustrating experience Ive had at Panda Express!

So crowded the past 3 times i have visited here. The line usually has at least a minimum of 10 people. Everyone is served as quickly as possible but it is time consuming, so if you plan on coming by between 3-7 PM, know that you will be waiting for at least 10-15 minutes before your order is prepped. I personally love the honey walnut shrimp. But I dont understand why they charge you an additional cost and still only give you a limited amount. Youre paying extra so it would be nice to get a decent amount of shrimp.

The service was excellent esp Nadia she is an asset to your store and goes out of her way to make sure the customer understands added costs etc and are satisfied. The mushroom chicken,blk pepper stk & chow mein was very bland had to add soy sauce. Had orange ckn for 1st time it was tasty no complaints there. Miss the black pepper chicken that was by far one of your best entrees please bring it back

Friendly and nice employees as usual, tonight they did have this customer and her +1 who kept complaining about servings (which where proportional btw) while asking for the servers to PICK out and add more of walnuts, chilis, spices etc. To add to her serving. The employee was extremely professional while letting the unsatisfied customer know those are regular servings, but if she wanted more she can add a side to her order, the customer kept repeating the same question followed by a this is ridiculous but the employee kept her cool and insisted if she was dissatisfied she can always add a side to her order. Awesome response to a couple of customers who wanted more for less while thinking they can get away with it by being rude and calling the establishment things I dont want to post here. Very nice and customer friendly, employees where still upbeat and friendly although given their nasty experience they experienced.
