Taco Bell

I decided to dine in. There was nobody in the dining area or in line waiting to order. The cashier left me standing there approximately 8-10 minutes before taking my order. When she finally approached me, she did not look like she wanted to be there. My food took 15 minutes to prepare. I asked for 10 mild hot sauce packets and only recieved 6 for 4 tacos, burrito and Nachos. The dining area was a mess. I asked for my table to be cleaned and sanitized. She wiped it with a wet rag. I sanitized it myself.
They need to follow all safety measures!
Disappointed with this location. They all need training.

Don’t go to this Taco Bell unless you want to be majorly skimped on food. They used to give actual portion amounts. I ordered black bean chalupa supremes with potatoes added, and what I got was about 5% beans, 5% potatoes and the rest open space and lettuce. Waste of $15 AVOID

When you walk up to the counter, nobody will come to help you for at least 5 to 10 minutes even if they notice you, they will just tell you be there in a minute and then wait five. when you get your burritos, they will be dry, but at least the Pepsi is OK

Food quality and cashiers are always nice. However, every single time (not exaggerating) I order at this location, they ask me to park at the front of the restaurant to wait for my order. I wait up to 5-10 minutes and I don't even order many items. This rarely happens at any other Taco Bell I visit, so they must have a slow cook or are understaffed. Please work on this. It's called 'fast food' for a reason, guys!

I’ve never experienced such terrible terrible customer service. The young girl there needs to be fired. I’ve never gotten my order correct, and even when yiu are the only there, you have to wait & wait then when you get your food it’s not even warm much let hot.

My food looks like it was made ro rush tried the new beefy crunch burrito in another Taco Bell and loved it. But this Taco Bell just ruined it... Very poorly made only 3 chips inside burrito. Went through the drive thru, few cars ahead of me. If you are ordering for the whole office why don't you get down and order. I saw the order for the car ahead of me. When I got to the window the cashier apologized for the wait.

What kind of place doesn't send sauce with their tacos ordered.. place an order for 24 tacos and they didnt even put one sauce packet in my order so mad right now... it state on receipt 30 hot sauce packets. Had a difficult cashier who got my order wrong, couldn't produce a receipt after multiple requests, and was argumentative when I tried to correct my order, and was literally spouting off insults as I was driving away.

This was a work meal, I just wanted a receipt for reimbursement. Please have someone else work the cashier position.

Don't know how to take orders or less assist on drive-thru. That caused drive-thru line a 15-20 min delay. Need to focus. I was given someone else order. I was honest and said that's not mine. Please train your employees

I've had a lot of taco bell, and like many fast food it can be very good or very bad. This trip it was bad the chalupa was like leather even the burritos were pretty tough on the ends I don't know if they didn't steam them or whatever they do but i've had much better. This is not to say is always going to be bad, as I said it's hit or miss depends on the employees and doing things by the numbers.

Nice place poor service though. I asked the lady at the window for sauces while ordering, she gave me the cravings box and I asked a second time, my sauces? She said I put 10 for you...
