This flower shop is beyond amazing. I live out of state and was delivering flowers to Kaiser Downey hospital (they have a very interesting delivery policy). The kind person who answered the phone was beyond helpful, explained the delivery process and helped me pick out an arrangement. I was given a discount when I let the gentleman know that the person receiving the flowers was alone in the hospital with no family or friends, without zero hesitation. The kindness shown was beyond amazing. The arrangement was beyond beautiful.

I ordered the "expression of love" bouquet of flowers, a teddy bear, and a balloon in celebration of my longtime friend's birthday. When the florist sent me a picture of the flower bouquet, I was amazed. Overall, my friend was extremely happy as a recipient for these gorgeous flowers, and I would give Downey Chapel Florist ten stars if I could.

I placed an online order for a same day delivery at 7am it was delivered before 12:30pm. The arrangement was beautiful and they have great customer service too! I asked them to send me a picture of the arrangement that they would be delivering and they actually did it!!! I highly recommend them :)

I ordered flowers for my daughter who is a librarian in LA County. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for her. It was delivered the same day and LOOKED JUST LIKE THE PICTURE!! The gentlemen who took my order was not aware that there is such a thing as Library Week and National Librarian's Day. It is typically the first week of April and National Librarian Day was April 16 this year. I was happy to pass that info along to him :-) Thank you for your efficient, excellent service!

I live in Utah and wanted to send something to my cousin in Downey. I looked at a few local florists in her area. Downey Chapel Florists had great reviews and their website was the easiest to use. They also had a great selection of flowers and plants to choose from. It was easy to find what I wanted at a reasonable price. It was delivered as expected and they even sent a picture of it on the porch. My cousin loved it. I loved that they made it so easy for me to order from out of state.

I ordered online to send to a friend since I don’t live close by I am so so embarrassed what was sent it was missing flowers they didn’t put the pink roses or the small white baby breathe so embarrassed. It was mostly leaves ! And the flowers were not fresh at all some of them were droopy! And on top of all that I can’t reach customer service to complain.

Ordered some same day a dozen of yellow rose they were made so beautiful and they were really fresh. Also loved that they offer same day delivery. The lady told me she had been ther over 30 years and i honestly see why amazing place i will only becoming here for now on highly recommend this place.

I called all over to get an arrangement of yellow roses for my Aunts funeral they were her favorite, every place told me they couldn't do it that their arrangements came as is. I said I'd try 1 more place it was Downey chapel florist not only were they able to make the arrangement but they delivered it on time, thank you Chuck for making a sad day less stressful

They did my wedding flowers and I loved how they turned out. Our guests also loved the flower arrangements. When it was time for our baby shower, I knew exactly where to get them from.
