The place was so clean and cute! The displays were all neat and you could see how much each item was for.
The cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Ended up but a Kola Doll and LOVE her. Now I’m hooked on blind boxes

I usually shop here for my blind boxes but this one instance with them is just outragious. I have been going to this location asking about the new sonny angel hippers and everytime I would ask if they had a shipment coming in today they would always direct me to their social media handle. One day I came into the store and once again was told that they did not have them and to look forward for updates on their social media.... not even 2 hours later they post that they had them in stock. No communication was done with their customer about this shipment and it was infuriating to believe they lied only to restock it at a later time. When I come to purchase them the next day I noticed that the lady in the front pulls them out from their bottom drawer and I asked politely if I am able to pick them out myself. The whole fun of a blind box is to select and pick which box appeals to YOU. The lady proceeds to not comment and give me a side eye. She made the whole experience so akward. When it came to ringing me up they were selling them for almost 3x the amount in the official sonny angel store!!!!! I would be contempt with buying them if they were a little bit expensive but $30 for the same product to cost $12 online was shocking.
This staff is so unorganized and I did not feel like they were being transparent enough with their products, everytime I would ask for help it would be a simple answer with no sense of engagement.
Save your money and just buy from the official site! This place is a SCAM.

Cute things! But I’m giving 4/5 stars because I feel like I can’t shop in peace. I feel like the cashier stares too much and I can never look at anything peacefully, makes me feel like a criminal! I leave immediately.

This was my first experience in here and I thought the store was really cute not many people were inside, and which was great For me, especially because I have bad anxiety I was seeing if they had Sonny angles So I asked this lady with shirt hair if there was any, she said yeah I was super excited I was trying to pick one I was talking to my sister, her thinking I was going to steal she screamed at me saying that I can’t leave the register and she has to hold it for me I Didn’t wanted to say anything so I handed it to her and just left I didn’t want her to think that I was Stealing or anything so I told her to hold it for me and just left I was too scared to say anything.
