No refunds or exchanges. I purchased a card holder and then the lady said no refunds. I asked where the sign was and she pointed to a sign that legit blended in with the other posters. My partner was disapointed and sad and so was I.

1 star Solely on price… way too expensive $$$. Selection wise I guess it’s ok considering store size. Won’t be going back, also don’t recommend to anyone looking to buy anime related stuff.

I like this store, but despite the prices, it's a pretty decent sized store with anime merch and collectibles. It definitely competes with Toon Planet.

Love how many Gundam model kits they have as opposed to toon planet which has very little and is in the same mall
