Me and my partner ordered the heart shaped, thick crust pizza with mushrooms, bell pepper, pepperoni and Italian sausage it was quite delicious although it took 30-40 minutes to arrive through uber eats it was still very flavorful and the cheese pull was excellent.

Usually I have good experience with pizza here but getting this type of service with Boneless Chicken Wings were outrageous. It was small and definitely not as advertised compared to their website pictures. Do not buy Boneless Chicken Wings from here.

Worst dine In experience I’ve ever had hands down. I arrived and the place didn’t look too busy so my family decided to dine in (huge mistake with a toddler) the cashier took our order at 5:30PM and we seated then waited. 20 minutes pass by and my son is starting to get antsy asking “where is the pizza?” Then i start looking around seeing the other guests looking confused too. I then check the front and see the lobby is full of guests too standing confused with receipts in hand, weird but okay. Another twenty minutes pass by and the table in front of me finally gets their order of wings and potato wedges then they asked what took so long and where is the pizza they ordered as well. The server said this exactly “you guys are lucky to get your food, we have so many door dash and pick up orders that they’re making that a priority right now.” SUPER weird statement to begin with saying their lucky they got their food as is they didn’t pay for it and very dumb of them to not manage their orders properly and stopping the doordash orders cause they were obviously overwhelmed. 6:30pm and they are still waiting for their pizza and i still haven’t received any type of food either. My son won’t stay still cause he’s hungry and getting impatient with the pizza we promised him so I begin walking around with him till we get the order while my wife is taking care of our new born at the table. We finally got our mediocre food around 6:40pm then ate and left around 7:00pm. Worst part about it is that they knew from the beginning that it was gonna be more than an hour for any dine in order but didn’t bring that information to anyone till after an order is placed. I will never be returning again and I highly suggest you don’t dine in if you do decide to try this mediocre pizza unless you love waiting around and wasting time.

Best pizza in socal by far! The crust was perfect, the flavors were on point and it’s what pizza suppose to taste like!

Overall great spot and I can’t wait to come back. I recommend their vegetarian pizza and honey bbq chicken wings. Petey Pete!!!

Not the same service as before. Sevice is slow and they dont know how to handle orders during rush hours....the workers seem lost and easly get frustrated. No customer service. They seem to talk over eachother when dealing with one customer. Online and phone orders get lost and food is getting done last minute to make up time, but in reality it backs up everyones elses order. They are not apologetic at all. They make it seem like its the customers fault. Really poor service.

Horrible experience. Ordered them for the first time though their website. They sent the wrong order I tried calling and they said there was no manager on site and they couldn t refund my order. I saw a review on here with the same exact thing that happened to me. Spent over $50 for a pizza and some potatoes wedges, way overpriced if you ask me. Placed an online order so we could pick up the pizza and enjoy at home. Worst mistake ever!! It took over an hour an half! Look Im going to be honest, the food here is good. I love their pizza. The service is terrible, be ready to wait over an hour for a simple order, you will see others coming in getting their food and you will be ignored. The place gets crowded and a lot of people get upset that they have waiting for ages. It is really hard to get parking and leave the parking lot. Also their manager refuses to speak to people and pretends to not be around when she is. Parking: Small parking lot that gets crowded due to the amount of people going for food. People will block you by parking behind you in a non existent spot.

So we ordered Online two large pizzas and when we got our order all we got was a large box of potatos. Clearly some type of mix up. We tell driver that this is the wrong order. He says not his problem. So we drive to business location hoping our pizza will be there or thinking as a business that they would care to make it right after having spent over $80.00 something on pizza. No I was wrong, they said it was their problem, the driver took the order. All they can say is maybe the driver took the pizza. The best they did was give a small pizza not the two large pizza i had paid for. That didnt fix the problem. I paid for two large n would only be given a small pizza as compensation. In what world does that make sense??? I enjoy the pizza but the customer service really truly needs some work.

I had not been here for a while because they replaced their mojo potatoes for potato wedges which I can get anywhere, but we still went because we were hungry and pizza used to be good. What a bad experience: when people that got there after started getting their orders first, I ask and they said sorry, we dropped the pizza and had to make another one. Waited another 15 minutes, asked again, they said it was almost ready. Then it turns out they lost the order, needless to say after 45 minutes I asked for my money back and me and my family left, hungry to say the least.

Best pizza I ve had in a long time. I had Pepperoni, Sausage and mushroom with extra cheese. I was pleasantly surprised that the bread wasn t soggy. All tops were fresh. I also had wings and they were good but not as good as the pizza.

Terrible experience!!!! I ordered a speciality pizza through their online website, and made a special instruction request to make it half pepperoni. My request was never granted! Not only did I receive the wrong order, but the pizza wasnt even cut. When I reached out for assistance, to make my order to what I requested. They refused to fix there mistake and claimed the special feature doesn t present itself to there receipt. And I m very understandable, no one is perfect especially if there s a glitch in the system. But the effort to fix the customer order should be a priority. And they refuse to fix it. He claimed I wanted a free pizza to his staff and I when over heard him, I stated to him No one is asking for a free pizza, I just want what I ordered . I requested my money back as I was not getting what I paid for and to speak to a manager, and they said there was no one on site. End of story, they did not want to fix the problem or be accountable to return my money to what I ordered knowing there is a glitch in there system.

We had a really bad experience, we did an online order thru their website as they were not answering the phone with special instruction s, as we have kids that don t like certain items. The wait time states 25 min when we got there it took them 40min to hand me my pizza (it s fine I still waited) when I finally got the pizza it was not what I had ordered my husband advised them they order was incorrect and they stated well, this is what came out in the receipt. My husband asked them if there was any way they could fix it or just return him the money they gave him a hard time telling him they were not going to give him any free items which my husband was not asking all he was asking was if they were able to fix the pizza because our kids were not going to eat or if they could refund him the money. At the end, they left my husband standing there with the box of pizza. He took the pizza as they weren t going to refund him the money, but their customer service needs to improve.

I did a walk in about 30/40 before they closed for a BBQ chicken pizza. Got home and the pizza wasn t much better than papa joes, or a 7/11 pizza. Chicken was really not good. By the time I got home and tried to eat this, call back they were closed. Called today to get a refund and cause I didn t call the same day( which wouldn t have been possible since they were closed) the person on the phone said there was nothing that could be done, without checking with a manager like I asked them too. 0/10 won t recommend/ go somewhere else.

This Place has awful customer service. Placed an order vía app 2 hours before picking up order. Went to pick up order and was told it would take 2 to 3 hours and to wait outside. And my order was only for the potatoes. When I asked baby bros for a refund they said I had to contact the app. Called app and asked for a refund. Got my refund immediately and app service are going to review this places customer service. This has happened more than once to me at this place.

And the staffs attitude is horrible they messed up my order and she screamed at me saying can I come back because they don t have a manager or drivers to do delivery when I was home already? The pizzas are okay, the fries and wings are really good. Customer experience not so great this time. We ordered a Chicken bbq pizza but ours had very little bbq sauce which made the pizza a little dried, and my young daughter asked if they could redo the pizza blonde lady responded and I quote That s not our problem Fortunately the other young girl took care of the situation in a professional manner and given that the pizza was more than 80% she replaced it. Younger and better with customer service.

The older blonde lady at the counter is beyond rude, and please be careful with the packaged parmesan cheese they provide. It s already been twice that they give expired cheese. 1st time coming here to have pizza and wings and we did. The mojos were really good the wings were tasty but very small and the pizza was pretty decent although theyre special only offers a one topping pizza...it was pretty decent on a thin crust. Staff was friendly and service was quick.

Only got pizza from here because of a coupon. Also ordered the wings and mojos. The pizza and wings were mediocre, you get better quality and way way way cheaper at Little Cesars. The mojos were really good and totally worth the price.

That pizza was some of the worst ive ever had. Definitely would not recommend to anyone and would not eat there again.

The service is usually pretty good. But the girls that work at the front are pretty rude and I tried to correct an issue on my last order. And they said that I need to call them that night or the next day. To be honest life gets busy and I dont run on their schedule. The pizza we received last time was completely unsatisfactory. Im currently waiting for my pizza right now approximately 45 minutes since I called. And they just told me that it just got put in the oven. I understand a rush of orders, but when you call and they say it will be ready in 30, and they really 90 they should say that. Unfortunately my family prefers this pizza. If it were up to me Id stop coming.

Got a mailer today for a free large pizza and decided to try it. This pizza is awesome .a little hidden gem. Sorry photo isn t of the whole pizza, we all grabbed some and everyone loved it, so I felt compelled to leave this review. This spot in Downey is about 15 min away from me, but definitely worth the drive. Deliciousness overload!!! Lots of cheese, toppings and does not have any greasy aftertaste. A+

I ordered online at 3pm to pick up at 6.30. when I arrive to pick up my order was not ready, wait for 30 minutes, I was on hurry so I just pick up as soon they finish. When I was at home, I saw that they gave me the wrong pizza(chipper one) . Terrible service, the cashier wants to cancel my order because was not ready!!!. Please avoid this place!!!!!!!

Didnt even eat there but I liked the environment had a laid back ambience but only use the bathroom in which I think the toilet stall was very uncomfortable being that there isnt even a door just a 3/4 separation wall LOL! For real no door so when someone comes in first thing they see before anything is you sitting there looking at them I mean I dont get embarrassed but it is awkward
