I wanted to give so this place a chance. I went at 11 when they opened. And it was a few minutes past 11 and the doors were still closed. The girl inside saw me and just stood there on her phone. When she finally let me in, she stood at the register and stared at me. No "hi how are you", "hi can I help you". Nothing. Just went back on her phone. I finally ordered, went to the restroom and it was disgusting. I was the fist customer of the day and everything was dirty. The floors had crumbs and trash, the tables were filthy and sticky with crumbs too.The soda area was dirty and sticky too. With half the sodas in the machine out of order. The chairs are disgusting with dirty hand prints. I knew I was going to regret ordering food. When I got them, the wings still had feathers on them. Big fried feathers. You guys can't clean the wings? It just shows how much you care. The wings were dry and chewy. And were bland. No flavor. Not worth the price at all. The only decent thing were the fries, even then it seemed like the oil was dirty. Stay away. Not coming back. The pictures is what I saw. Like I said I was the first customer of the day.

They gave us some recommendations, which we tried, and they did not disappoint—the wings were great. It's a great place to eat and have a beer while listening to a rock and metal playlist with good bands taste.

I've been traveling on the road for over 45 days, and this is the second fire wings I have been to. Forgot where the other location was, but this location is great, like the last location. Friendly staff and delicious mango habenro wings. 10 pieces with fries and a drink was $21.00. Fresh food. Don't know if that is a lot of money for awesome wings in this town. I'm from Indiana, and the wing places there sucks. The flavor wasn't over powered with heat. Taste great. Keep up the good work fire wings.🔥

First words we heard was, welcome back! I really liked that! We did have the same server as our first time and I had been wanting to go back. Great customer service, later I found out it was Brian (I may be mistaken), the manager that was assisting us again.

He was great the first time and this time too. It will definitely be our go to when we are at the movies! Food is always served hot and tasty! The flavors are so good too!! It's filling!! Music is my genre and they have more than wings. It's a nice place.

Hot dayum WINGS!!! The most delicious spicy wings I've tried in awhile! I stumbled into this wings joint when I saw how busy it was inside so I decided to check it out. Sorry to leave this review but this restaurant is getting neglected. The manager does not know entren the food is come out not. Obviously the food was not edible and he saw the food saying it was. It obvious he s looking out for he s cooks but in this case the mistake was in front of him denying it was good. Poorly managed. The owner needs to get strict and be there more for the employees. Soon this restaurant will go out of business for lack of quality and management. Good luck if you do eat here here is the manager drinking with here buddy instead of watching the food leave the kitchen door quality inspection

I hate to even admit that I drove an hour to get here and an hour back home but that doesnt have any bearing on my rating for this restaurant. Fire Wings was the best wing place I have found since I moved to LA about a year ago. The location in Chatsworth specifically. During the first six months in LA, The Siagon Street wings had me visiting frequently. However I moved from my initial place to my permanent location in DTLA. Well, last week I was craving wings and drove an hour to Downey, to pick up the smallest, driest wings I have ever purchased. I know I didnt pay to have them extra wet but that doesnt mean the wings should only have a sprinkling of the sauce on them. I will be looking for a new wing spot but I will miss the Saigon street flavor because I dont believe anyone else has a comparable flavor. I guess it isnt much of a loss however seeing as though they dont actually put the flavor on the wings anyway. And just in case anyone is wondering, No I did not order the sauce on the side.

We came in hungry out of town ,the pizza was gross, it was burnt, the chicken wings not tasty asked for no tomato sauce and it came with it. The pizza and wing were given to us cold. The chicken wings were hard as a rock.. Their was a line I was first in line it still took me ten minutes to just order. She wanted to help other people and not me.. My children who love to eat pizza they refused to eat the food. Big disappointment for my family.

So this is great franchise the problem with particular location is the workers. The place is a mess . I don t know if there isn t any owner management supervision but The workers are always on their phones , or just standing around. Plenty of opportunities to clean an area . Second the food , it s never consistent and it s always wrong . Either it s to salty or to dry, never have I ever experienced the quality that I know fire wings can give at this location. I think if this place had some supervision and training on cleanliness and customer service it s could be what it should be an awesome place to enjoy great consistent food in a clean environment with good employees .

Went there yesterday and honestly I was so disappointed. First off I was made to wait to order because the workers were so busy talking away with, Im going to assume here, their friends. Secondly my order was not sent out complete, they brought out my wings but not my pizza...when I noticed they forgotten my pizza I went to ask and by the look of the guys face, they must have burned my pizza. It was getting late and I just asked for a refund for the pizza and instead they said they could only give me a gift card. Im not planning on going there any more so I ended up giving the gift card to a family member...worse First time experience and service

I walked in yesterday for a beer and some wings. There were plenty of seats available so I pulled up to the bar closest to the register. Two servers were nearby. They did hand a few orders through the take out window but mostly just giggled and chatted a bit. Thats cool, whatever, I just wanted a beer. After 10 minutes of being absolutely ignored I just left. I dont want to dissuade people going, the prices are great and the cooks are fast, just hopefully someone will ask the servers to step up!

First time at a so. cal location! Discovered this place in Sacramento years ago and excited to see they are in L.A. as well! This location is more.like a mini sports bar with a generous amount of bar to sit at with large screen TVs likely playing sports. Now for the chicken... deliciously crispy and fresh wings with a million flavors to choose from. We got garlic Parmesan, Cali rub, Korean and Peanut butter. Two 10 piece combos. One with seasoned fries and paid a little extra to substitute cole slaw for the other combo. I even had some leftovers to take home. They have a to-go station where you can just grab whatever container and bag you need for any leftovers. Its right by the gigantic Snoop Dogg statue check em out if you want to level up from Wing Stop.

The food was good, but the service is lacking. The cooks in the back are really fast at making your food, but the servers are slow at bringing it to you. By the time my food got to me, it was already cold. Personally, I think it would be better to order takeout rather than dine in if you want a good experience here.

Staff was very rude and the cook was very rude and unprofessional I ordered three garlic noodles they were cold and had no flavor I called and informed them that my garlic noodles were cold and had no flavor she asked me to bring them in once inside the cook approached me and was very rude so I m my defense I explained the situation with the noodles he said since I was yelling at him he was not replacing my noodles mind you I came from Palmdale service is horrible food was nasty service is very unprofessional I will be calling corporate and never ordering are eating here again.

Really great wings especially with those weekday deal and $5 beers. Definitely would recommend this for a solid wild spot. Also love the self service to go set up. Tried the hot wed rub with buffalo sauce and it was a hit. Also plently of dry rub choices and ifnu like fusion they had options but i disnt try it. Parking can be bruta after 5pm but can always find a spot behind the movie theatre also if you are iffy on thenfusion sauce ask for a sample of it before commiting to the wings.

I dont care for wings usually, but these at Fire Wings are great. They have a nice assortment of wings for you to try. I like the Thai wings. They also have a great selection of other menu items. We really like their chicken sandwiches and their fries. The peanut butter wings are also amazing. You can get your fries loaded with cheese and all sorts of toppings and dressings. It is really great. And try their pizza. This place is always super clean and the service is fast and nice. You can have take away, dine there (we do) or have it delivered. You will really like this place.

First time here. Stopped in because the game was on TV. The place isnt very large on the inside, but they also have outdoor seating. I sat at the bar because they had ample space there. The counters were nice, and I just liked the look of the establishment and atmosphere of the place. The prices were reasonable and the food looked good. I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza. It was so fresh out of the oven that the cheese was falling off until it cooled more, but that still didnt stop me from eating it. The pizza came with breaded chicken, which I thought was odd at first, but now, I cant stop thinking of that pizza, and its the only pizza I want. They dont have plates, but they do have some cartins and take out plates you can eat out of, but aside from the good food; the $5 beers on tap! The staff was great and friendly and welcomed me back after my first visit. I will return.

Second time here and wings are delicious. Front staff appears to not care to work there. On 4/8, we approached the counter to order, we noticed the young staff member was handling supplies she needed to unpack. We stood there (no problem, we waited), and she looked at us. We said Hello and she just stared. We didnt know whether to order or not. I said Hello again and asked, may we order? She said Ya, but her tone was as if SHE was waiting on us. We finally ordered, and I asked about their beers. She told me they had one on tap and can beer. I didnt care for can beers, or the one (she claimed) was their only on tap, so I ordered water. We sat down and saw that they had 6 other beers on tap around the corner. I was like WTH?! This girl SERIOUSLY doesnt want to work there! Once again, food is good, but staff needs to be replaced.

Large wings, tasty flavor. We liked the Korean kick and Parmesan flavors. Not a big fan of the bbq it was very thick. Fries were just ok. A family size order of 20 is a good portion for a couple. We ordered an extra 10 wings and had lots leftover. Pepsi soft drinks available. Looking forward to trying some of the other flavors. Cashier on Friday evening was very friendly and attentive.

Came to try out this location because a friend told me about it. I feel like every city should have a great wing location thats got wet and dry wings! Ive tried quite a few locations near my home so I can say this place is comparable with great crunch texture on the outside of the wing and juicy delicious meat on the inside. The thai street flavor is my favorite from this first tasting. Definitely recommend coming for their monday and tuesday wing promotions and if you have a preference on flats or drums you can always request it when you order with a small surcharge. My only comment on change is chili had too much beans, but thats personal opinion. Someone else may love that amount, but ratio of ground meat to bean was slightly off for me. But bean lovers out there, theres your bean heavy chili! lol

I went here for their grand opening where they were having a BOGO deal. My favorite wings has to be the dry rub lemon pepper and Jamaican jerk. I also like the Korean flavored wings. Not a fan of their fries it was soggy. They have 85 cent wings on Monday Tuesday all day with $5 limit. While it has a great atmosphere for sports watching one observation and concern I have was why the line cooks in the back didn t wear hair nets because all food handlers are required to do so seeing it first hand is bittersweet.

And she waved in my face and snapped her fingers at me all rude! I understand I was facing away from her and I had my headphones on so I couldn t hear her, but no reason to be so rude! Wings were cooked perfectly, nice and juicy with no baby or skimped wings like wingstop, tried multiple wings as well as the fries and everything was perfectly seasoned and with the perfect amount of sauce. The original Buffalo was perfect , not too spicy not too bland but just right. Will definitely be coming back to try the whole wing menu. 5/5

Love their chickens! Very fresh and delicious PLUS over 20 sauces to pick from. They re in a large plaza with countless parking spaces, fitness, Walmart etc. Restrooms inside too. Both indoor and outdoor seatings are very nice. The boneless deal is worth a try!

I believe this place just opened but its a great place. The wings are amazing and so is the service. On this visit we got the $.85 wing special and it was worth it. Dont skip out on this place!

Great experience with a birthday here. Staff were really friendly and accommodating even with our bigger party. The food was delicious. The TVs had the games on. Whats not to like?

Ok, so I like my wings hot. I tried their 2 flame (out of 3) and it didnt taste like it should be a second to the top hot. But, the flavors are distinct and the selection is decently good. I wish they made their Jamaican Jerk spicy but its mild. The Thai Chili Fusion is must get. Im coming back, maybe not every week. The location is good, the area is clean, the staff is ok-good. Seems faster than wing stop. Only prob, they had their big tub of sauce out in the dining area without a covering, while people were walking near it for their table. The guy was filling their small containers from it but in between taking orders. I think that should be done out of the way for someone to cough over it. Sure it was one time

Really good wings and etc the is environment is nice to be in just maybe add a desert and we re good will be back agian for sure
