Target shopping is always a delight! From their wide selection of products to their clean and organized stores, it's a go-to destination for all my shopping needs. Whether I'm browsing for household essentials, clothing, or groceries, Target never disappoints with its affordable prices and high-quality items.

However, one area where Target could improve is in the integration of customer service with CVS personnel. On occasion, interactions with CVS staff within Target stores have been less than satisfactory due to their perceived rudeness. It would enhance the overall shopping experience if Target could ensure consistent and friendly customer service standards across all departments.

The team at target was so great. When we checked out, the cashier was so sweet to my 85 year old mom. She took time to talk to her about her day and was patient as my mom struggled with the card reader. We appreciated her thoughtfulness.

Customer service experience is always wonderful here. I’ve already build some relations with some cashiers. They are always sweet and welcoming and I love that. I use to be a Walmart shopper but they lost my business 4 years ago and since then I come to target and honestly it is much better environment than Walmart.

The ease ans simplicity of picking up the order. As well as how fast it went. Gentleman who helped us was terrific, and had a friendly smile. He also brought the tv out to the car for us. All completed in just a few minutes.

Everything was easy to find as always. Everyone was wearing a mask for the most part which was nice. Employees were nice. It's like any Target you've been to before.

I received excellent service from KC employee and night manager, guy with long ponytail. They were awesome! They made each of the customers feel special and important.

I love Target Duarte! the employees are really helpful and patient with me and my mother no matter how busy they are. my mom is always talking about how when she goes in she actually has a specific employee she asks for help and I thought that was so sweet that someone actually takes time out for her and her questions. thank you Duarte! <3

If you order online, use the option where they bring your order to your car, instead of in store pick up!!!! Staffing issues at customer service counter.

Had to return a watch that we purchased. The watch was not working after just 3 weeks of use. Target took itback even though we didn't have original packaging.

The Target here in Duarte, California are very friendly and come on time when called from the app. Unlike Rosemead, California Target seemingly give you attitude.
