We purchased our car seat, stroller, and travel stroller from here, and absolutely loved the experience. The consult with Gina was 1000% worth it alone! She walked us through a few different strollers, and brought up pros and cons that we hadn't even thought of. Her knowledge was so great, and we are so happy we purchased from here. Bryan and Gina also let us know that the following month, our stroller was going to be on sale, so they prepared the invoice with the sale price, which was extremely generous. We also managed to get our travel stroller on sale, as the manufacturer was phasing out that model, but other places online still had it listed with the original price. Super appreciate that Destination Baby doesn't gatekeep information like that, and is truly thinking of the best bang for your buck. We had looked at strollers at a few other places (Nordstrom, PB Kids, etc), but the associates there didn't have nearly as much knowledge, nor were they able to make many recommendations. Gina also let us know that we could reach out at anytime if we had questions about anything, and they helped us install our car seat correctly. 10/10 would absolutely recommend this place :)

Great inventory of everything baby from cribs and clothing, to toys and car seats, they have almost everything you need. Also, Bryan and Gina have excellent customer service skills, they’re experts in what they do and are more than happy to assist their customers! It’s so helpful to be able to see the car seats in person and talk to Gina about all the different options available! Best baby store in the Bay Area, and well worth the drive if you don’t live locally in the East Bay.

This store had an item I couldn’t find anywhere else for our baby’s first Christmas, and I placed an order on 12/19 assuming there was no chance of it arriving before Christmas. They shipped it within just a few hours and it arrived all the way to Oklahoma on 12/21! Great customer service and it made my day!

I had been researching the Nuna Mixx Next Stroller & Pipa Rx Car seat for some time now and I seen they had it in stock here at Destination Baby & Kids . I called to place it on hold for pick up and spoke with Bryan. He was very easy to speak to and informative and made both purchasing and pick up a BREEZE ! Drove an hour and half to get here to check a few items out, got told we couldn't look at strollers without an appointment even though no one else was back there. Now that I read some reviews I understand why they do it, but I don't think that requirement is as obvious as the owners think it is and I still don't like it either way. Sometimes people just look up where an item is sold and go there, without diving into the fine print somewhere on their website. Consider renaming the store "Destination Appointments Only". Big box store 20 miles up the road was insanely helpful and accommodating. Sorry guys, good luck!

Edit: per the owner response, feel free to volunteer appointment availability at the same time you tell us it's appointment only. First impressions go a long way, and it wasn't very good

This place is such a gem!

After the Baby R’Us and Nordstrom closed, it was really difficult to check out many baby gears in person before making such big purchase. This place offers in person consultation appointments so one can ask questions and try out the feel of car seats and strollers. This is rare in today’s market as retail stores are fighting to stay open.

Gina and Bryan are both super nice and knowledgeable. They also have their own YouTube channel, which I also recommend! Gina, the YouTube host made a good point about keeping up with the available products on the market even if they do not sell it themselves. This really helps me feel good about them knowing all the pros and cons of what makes a product worth it’s value. For example, they do not sell Graco car seats, but they discuss the Geaco car seats on their YouTube channel so one came make informed choice on comparing their products to the popular options on the market.

My husband and I have purchased our infant carrier, stroller, high chair, and convertible car seat from them thus far with our first born. I will continue to go back to them for my baby needs and recommend them to anyone I know!!! Thumbs up!

P.s. Gina is a certified car seat technician. She will offer to install your purchased car seat if you can check in with her ahead of time with availability.

I love coming to Destination Baby & Kids, Bryan and Gina are always very helpful when it comes to questions about products, brands, and inventory. We've bought two strollers, two carseats, and many many clothes and accessories from them.

This is the only independent baby store in the tri-valley area and they have an incredible selection of top brands. Strollers and carseats are a big investment so along with your own research, Destination Baby has a Youtube channel where they have demonstration and comparison videos. If you'd like to see them in store they have appointments so you can reserve adequate time to view your choices and ask questions. This is a great time to see how heavy that new stroller is going to be carrying it in and out of your car, how comfortable the carseat fabric is going to be, etc.

At first I was hesitant to book because they require a deposit to reserve an appointment to see any strollers or carseats in the store. Why pay if you can see stuff at a big box store for free? It ensures you get 1-1 attention without other customers interrupting and Bryan and Gina are super informative on the current trends, issues with certain models/brands, and have almost every feature and spec memorized on the products I had asked about. Their time and expertise is worth a $30-50 deposit to find the perfect fit for your family, it's non-refundable but applicable towards your purchase.

I am so happy that I got to visit this store and see the highchair that I was hoping to get in person, instead of just online. The man was very kind working there and gave us lots of information on the highchair. They did not have it in stock, but he ordered it and it was delivered to our house three days later. Highly recommend this place!

We love this store! This is THE place in the east bay to buy your car seat and strollers. They are so helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable on all things baby especially car seat and stroller. Cutest store with great baby products as well. Great for your own baby needs as well as baby shower gifts etc.

I’ve changed this from 3 to 5 Stars, and edited to add:
Brian emailed me to apologize and say that they had talked with staff regarding returns of defective baby gear, and that he was sorry about my experience.
I realized I should’ve called back or asked to speak to someone else, regarding my stroller frame that I purchased. He has always been very polite, and knows how to run a business, as well as understanding customer service.
To recap, I live on the East coast, called with a tight deadline, and in spite of minor glitches, they were on top of everything, prompt and courteous, and made sure I met my baby shower deadline.
You can’t get better than that, especially post Covid. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Original Review: I purchased an Agio Z4 stroller with Bassinet, and the lounge car seat. They were great over the phone, as I live in Virginia, and was buying as a gift for my son and DIL, after purchasing a Graco stroller that was very wobbly and rickety. As it was short notice, I asked if it was possible to get for the baby shower on 11/4, and this was on I believe 10/24th. They said yes, it was Two day delivery and it would ship out that day. I received the Bassinet on Friday, but no stroller or car seat. On Monday I checked the tracking number and found they had never been sent from the Distribution Center. I called the store back and they contacted FEDEX and the distribution center, corrected it and sent me two new tracking numbers. So far, I was very impressed with the store’s responsiveness and attention to my particular situation. I ordered, payed and received, and while there was a snafu, it wasn’t the stores fault and they quickly fixed it.
The reason for the three stars was because when I got the stroller, there was a defective piece that made me unable to lock the arms into place when setting it up, and when I called the store (on the same day it arrived) they told me in no more than 20 seconds that it wasn’t their problem, and I should call the manufacturer. Seriously? I spend 1400$ in your store, receive a defective stroller frame, and you have nothing to do with it? If I lived there, you most certainly would have to exchange it for another. I don’t know who I spoke to, but I found this really annoying.

Thankfully when I called Peg Perego in Indiana, the woman I spoke with advised me to return it to the store. Of COURSE, she was correct. But since I’m 3000 miles away, that’s a little difficult. When I told her they refused and told me to go to them, she was very dismayed and asked for the store information, then told me they would send out a new frame and a label to return the first frame.

In the end, I’m happy with Peg Perego. The store was very helpful up until that last point.

This is an amazing shop with 5 star customer service. I ordered a toy for my 5 year old grandsons birthday and not only did it ship on earlier than I expected and it made it in time for his party.... They also gifted wrapped it!! Thank you Bryan. You guys are amazing.

Bryan and Gina are absolutely exceptional to work with. Incredibly knowledgeable. Kind. Patient. Honest. Funny. We have purchased both our car seats, crib, and many other items from them and they have been so helpful every step of the way. Gina is great about helping get the car seat installed PROPERLY so our kiddos are safe. They’ve been honest with us when we asked about products that we really didn’t need and shared their knowledge and experience to help save us money. Highly recommended!

Walked in to see some Cybex strollers with my wife. We were blacked with the back of a big guy telling us over his shoulder that we cant look at any strollers without an appointment and we have to pay a deposit to look. Not even cars get that kind of restriction. This just put a sour taste in our mouths and we left not looking back.

We are moving to a different state in 2 weeks and I wanted to get a new car seat for my daughter before we move. We didn’t have the time to make the 2 hour drive to Dublin so I called Destination Baby & Kids to see if I ordered the Nuna Rava online if it would be to my house before we moved. The man on the phone was super kind and ensured me if I placed an order he would get it shipped out immediately. I called on Wednesday at noon, placed my order immediately after getting off the phone, and had a notification that my order had shipped by 3 pm! We received our car seat the next day. We were very pleased with the quick action taken to get us this car seat for our move. I will definitely continue shopping online!

I ordered a stroller and car seat from them online as a package deal. The stroller was on backorder so I asked if they would ship the car seat separately and they were happy to do so. Customer service is great!

We had a great experience here choosing car seat and stroller. We made a 50-minute appointment. Gina was very helpful, showed us and let us try out a lot of different models with a doll. What we had in mind before visiting the store was different than what we ended up buying.

To any (would be) parents looking for car seats and strollers: I strongly recommend making an appointment. You can only truly understand which stroller is better this way -- the internet reviews and videos can only give so much idea. And the appointment fee directly goes toward your purchase.

Thanks to Bryan who saved my trip!! My husband and I had an international trip with my 12 month old daughter. Weeks in advance I ordered the bugaboo butterfly stroller with Babylist, however my order did not arrive on time. With the stroller sold out everywhere I did some research and I found that Destination Baby had one available. However the store was close on Tuesdays. I wrote an email to the store anyway, with zero hope that they would get back to me. Bryan reply to my email, and after I explained the situation for him he manage to have someone to open the store so I could go there and get the stroller. I can't even imagine how hard would be to travel with a 1 year old without a stroller. I highly recommend Destination baby!

We were looking for a travel stroller, and I was between two different brands. Destination Baby & Kids not only had them both in stock in the colors I was considering, but also specialized appointments so you can try them out and see how they work. There is a fee, but it goes directly to your purchase so it was definitely worth it for us. Gina was so knowledgeable about all of the strollers (we ended up also looking at a few others), and the pros and cons of each. Needless to say, we are so happy with our choice! It was an investment, so it was helpful to see it in person and test drive it with our little one first. Gina also set up the stroller for us after purchase. After buying so many of our baby items online based off of reviews, it was so nice to go in store and get great customer service from Bryan and Gina.

We went to this store a few times and each time we were a little more disappointed. The first time, Gina was great at showing us different high chair options. We decided to book an appointment with her to look at strollers and car seats. I was told that the $25 booking fee would be store credit so I had no issues with it. I understand their perspective of charging for an appointment and appreciated Gina helping us pick the right stroller. We were told they would do a follow up email with all the information so that we could add it to our baby registry. We had to call a couple times in order to finally get the information. The registry was hard to link and finally my dad ended up ordering it from somewhere else. We went back to look at gliders and they wanted another $25 to secure it and we were told the original $25 deposit that we paid for the stroller/car seat appointment could only be used for a stroller or car seat, not even accessories or an extra base. We were originally told it was a store credit so we were disappointed. When trying to order the glider, they were really not accommodating and made it seem like we were bothering them. We decided to reach out to chair company and found out destination baby is using another name for the chair (im guessing to discourage others from finding it elsewhere). We were able to find it for a lot less somewhere else AND they deliver it to your door!
They have great products but customer service needs some work! Certainly when you're looking at premier baby products.

Traveling for the first time with our 6 month old. Couldn’t find the padded travel bag for our Doona car seat/ Stroller anywhere but managed to find one using a google search. Called Destination Baby & Kids and Bryan gave confirmation of it being in stock and if ordered online, could be shipped out in time for my trip. I just received it today and couldn’t be more happy. Excellent service and follow through.

I ordered a simple crib sheet which was apparently out of stock, but instead of proactively letting me know they waited until I sent two emails requesting information about the status until they finally said the item was unavailable. Poor communication and not worth purchasing from this store

If you are coming here to look at car seats and strollers because they show as in stock online, don’t bother. Drove from an hour away to be immediately told we cannot view anything without an appointment. As in its roped off so you cannot walk to them. 80% of their showroom is full of cribs and they have the car seats/strollers packed into a back corner. It seems pretty obvious that they could have a wall dedicated to car seats and strollers that allows customers to just see it in person. Why this isn’t very clear in their business description is another mystery. Waste of time…

Edit in response to owners reply: We went to 3 other stores the same day (Pottery Barn Kids, Nordstrom, BuyBuyBaby) and all of them, although busy, allowed customers to touch and feel the products with consultants available to help. Yes, your site and listings say to book but it by no means implies/states that it is a requirement to just see the car seats and strollers. Hence my review specifically stating to not bother if you are wanting to just stop in and see the products. The 2 other families that came in when we did were also looking for car seats and strollers and were just as baffled as us.

Having the largest stock in the Bay Area is great but turning people away that are trying to buy it seems quite backwards. Followed by literally telling us to go to Nordstrom is just plain crazy. The solution to this seems quite simple, have the products available to see and sell the customer with great friendly service. But it’s your business and you can turn as many people away as you want.

Judging by the responses to your other negative reviews, you don’t take constructive criticism well. Especially when it comes to the very odd way you “sell” car seats and strollers. I tried to support a local business and buy from you but I will take my business elsewhere, well somewhere that actually likes selling things.

We ordered a crib and then called to cancel. They said they would cancel/refund then never sent any correspondence and send the crib anyway/charged us and now want to charge us to ship back the canceled order. There wasn’t even a shipping confirmation email. terrible customer service and terrible business to work with as they were extremely rude on the phone as well and not communicative.

Very bad experience. This store doesn't have anything on display and you need to have a paid appointment to look at any of them.

We drove over an hour hoping to get an UPABABY Mesa infant car seat and a stroller. The guy was outright rude and said we need to get a paid appointment even to take a look at what we are going to purchase. He said "I can't ask a paid customer to leave so that you can buy a stroller". That was unnecessary and out of line.

So the way it works is you need to pay $50 to get an appointment and if you like the stroller the amount goes towards the stroller else you lose the money. So if you want to purchase anything you have to buy it without looking or with an appointment. So why visit the store I can buy it online without looking.

We ordered a nursing recliner from the store for our daughter that was due in December. There was a backlog and the recliner was supposed to come later in November. However, our daughter was born almost 2 months premature to our surprise. We emailed to ask the store for an update on our recliner and Bryan went above and beyond in making sure that the recliner is shipped to us right away. We got it in time for our newborn and could not thank this store enough for their prompt communications and understanding.

Very disappointed with this Store. I order my Donna from them, I got it shipped to Merced, I opened it and realized that it was super low and since I’m having a C-Section it will be super uncomfortable for me. So I called to exchange it and this rude and unprofessional woman denied my exchange because supposedly is a car seat and they can’t prove that I didn’t use it and they won’t be able to re-sale it (Okay I totally understand that) but they should find out another way to avoid people waste their money and a bad time with them, at least remind customers their purchasing rules. And now that I’m 1day away from my C-Section and I’m completely opening up the box I’m realizing that they gave me an exchange or Returned from someone else, this stroller was sold to someone else before me and they did Not accept my exchange, Super disappointed with this store and personal service.

I was very disappointed with DB&K. I had placed an online order; after more than a week, I received no response about order status. It was hard to get anyone to pick up the phone. Finally when I did, an unkind and curt "woman" was obviously eager to get off the phone and was extremely rude. Do not order from DB&K, you will regret.

I am so happy with my experience with Destination Baby, and would recommend to all of my friends and family ! (I actually called my friends and family to tell them how happy and confident I was with them!)

Due to covid, I had to make an appointment, which honestly at first I was annoyed with , but in the end I was incredibly thankful for making an appointment. They made me feel safe and gave me an amazing one on one attention. Gina was able to answer all my questions and gave me some amazing insights I would have never thought of.

Overall, I am so glad I chose to shop with Destination Baby.

I back ordered a Nuna car seat from them when everyone else was sold out and not accepting back orders. Destination Baby & Kids were so helpful and kept me up to date every step of the way. They were very quick to respond to my emails and gave me every option possible if my car seat didn’t come before my baby arrived. Once Nuna notified them that it was available they reached out to me immediately and were able to get it shipped out that day! This stressed out first time mom was so glad to have found Destination Baby & Kids for such an important baby purchase. Their customer service team is amazing and we’re so easy to work with. I will definitely be buy from them again!

Having the same issues as Vanessa V. in a previous review. Original shipping date was months ago, keep reaching out to the owner and the dates keep getting pushed. We were told we would receive tracking information that we never received. Not only are they telling us it will be shipped by ___ date and that date pass without anything being shipped, there is no communication, or anyone reaching out to let you know anything. It is really stressful to be having a baby in a few weeks and not even have a room set up for them. Or any idea when you will actually receive your furniture. I would have never ordered from here had I known they would not ship the nursery set at the original date they had given us. We obviously cannot move our due date to wait on furniture, so it sure would be nice to have a crib for my baby to sleep in and the dressers and chests so that we can put away his clothes and organize his nursery. So much stress comes with getting ready for a new baby and this has made this experience 1000x more stressful.

Really great store - glad we found it today. Excellent selection of gear, clothing, toys and more, and super friendly service too. Walked out with a new stroller and travel bag in less than 15 minutes! Happy to keep the money in the community, rather than to Amazon!

Such an awesome experience working with this company. Very attentive, professional and knowledgeable. High quality products, non toxic 100% wood furniture and baby accessories. Great price for the product. Would highly recommend them!

UPDATE as of may 2021
Our “baby” is a toddler now and it was time for us to upgrade straight to the big guns...our crib we bought here with bedroom set has held up so amazing it’s in exactly the same condition as when we bought it. We just recently converted to the full sized bed. Bryan and staff AGAIN went above and beyond to make the transition easy and we are so glad we bought such quality furniture from their family owned store. Worth every penny and again just such amazing customer service. I recommend this place to all my clients and anyone I meet expecting a little one. Go here you won’t be disappointed!

I would advise against purchasing from this company online. They forgot to ship my order for over 2 weeks. Extremely unapologetic, rude owner. There are plenty of better companies to give your business to. Stay away!!!

I don't usually write reviews. I don't like repeating things that were said in reviews written before mine. But this time I had to write one. I can't emphasize enough the impressive quality of service I got. I ordered a Stokke high chair for my son, which is not a low priced item. The price in Destination Baby & Kids was the best I could find. The item arrived on time and was well packaged. This is not the impressive part yet. When I unpacked all the parts, I found a small dent on one of the legs and decided to contact the store over email. Customer service responded back in a manner of minutes and the same happened back and forth through the conversation, even during evening hours and weekends. They had Stokke send me a replacement, made sure I got it and arranged a Fedex pick up the from my apartment. When I asked to have a pre-paid label instead (I don't like leaving packages outside). The label landed in my inbox in the same manner. Really easy with little to no effort on my side and to my full satisfaction.

This experience was absolutely amazing! I called to ask a few questions and Bryan was SO helpful. He answered all my questions and even sent pictures of the floor model, so I that I could better reference the color of the set I wanted. The communication via email was excellent and the shipping was super quick! Everything came safely packaged, in perfect condition and the quality of the furniture is above and beyond my expectations!! I couldn’t be happier! Thank you again Destination Baby!!

My wife and I were looking to shop at this store last week. Since we were already in the store, we had asked if we could view the UppaBaby stroller. Brian, the guy who was at the register at the time, rudely exclaimed “we don’t do demonstrations.” My wife and I did not request a demonstration of the stroller, solely to view it. Not only did the owner assume that we wanted a demonstration of the stroller but he also libeled that we wanted to “play” with it as if we were some sort of child (ironic). We did end up purchasing two items that we liked despite the owner’s sarcastic remarks and contrary to his claims that they are here to “do demonstrations for customers looking to purchase with us and support our small business.” As I proceeded to pay, Brian launched a barrage of questions: “which stroller did you buy?” “Why didn’t you buy online versus with us?” “Did they [online retail] have some sort of promo, or what?” Once again, Brian makes a lot of assumptions about our situation. He attributes our reasonable ask and brisk conversation with the “reason why there are so few baby stores left in the Bay Area,” but has probably not once stopped to reflect on his own attitude and horrendous service.

Just bought a double stroller online from a store I've never even been to (I live in WA) and needless to say I was nervous. It was shipped right away and I received it the following week after ordering. After setting it up I already had a couple of questions come up and the response times from them have been phenomenal! I'm extremely pleased with the customer service, will use them again for future purchases, and would recommend them to family/friends!

Don’t come here. Walked in here to look around and look at the strollers. The moment we went in, I said I was looking at the strollers—I was cut off right away and told that it’s by appointment only and that they don’t do demonstrations to just anyone. Both the employees were discriminating and unwelcoming. As an expecting mother, I felt like I was not even allowed to look at their stuff. As we were leaving the store, the guy at the registry pressured us into explaining why we purchased a similar stroller online versus his store. All in all an unwelcoming and discriminating environment. Save yourself sometime and look for another baby store.

Where do I start?!? This shop is FANTASTIC! We stumbled across this place while looking for a crib back in July and didn't end up getting one at the time...basically put it off until we couldn't anymore. We just had a really good vibe the first time around. The staff is super helpful, friendly, patient, answered all of our silly questions, and just incredibly accommodating. All of their products are reputable and overall high end. So of course 3 months later we went back. Even better vibes the second time around! We ended up getting a good deal on a crib, dresser and hutch! Bryan was incredibly helpful and super flexible with delivery. Even answered my silly question about crib assembly and emailed the user manual after everything was all said and done. Look no further and go and see these guys! You will not be disappointed!

The customer service was outstanding! I was notified right away when there was a back order of the product, which caused a slight delivery delay (less than a week). I was updated as soon as the shipment came to the store and one of the employees Bryan delivered the package personally himself as he mentioned that UPS / Fedex had been taking longer delivering packages locally so they were doing contact free drop off to customer’s homes for some of the larger items versus shipping them. He scheduled.a drop off day/time and texted me when he left the store to drop off. It was honestly one of the most personalized and well cared for experiences I've ever had. I definitely will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

We bought everything from this store from a stroller to a crib and more! The whole experience is tailored to what you like/want and the price point. Bryan talked us through all of the furniture and answered our pages and pages of questions! He was very patient and kind dealing with our type a personality. Then when it came time for a stroller and car seat we spoke to Gina. She is the guru of baby stuff. We picked out a travel system that was easy to use and most importantly safe! I would recommend their store to everyone from pre pregnancy to toddler. When our little one is big enough we will be back for a convertible car seat. They also have TONS of toys and swaddles and everything you can think of that your baby needs! A true one stop baby shop without the headache of the b b baby store. I was looking for a specific crib sheet for our mini crib and was unable to find it in Canada. I found multiples of the sheets available at Destination Baby & Kids and emailed right away to see if they would ship to me. Within the hour I received a response and the items were shipped the next day after a quick and easy payment process. Throughout the whole order I received prompt email responses and the customer service was second to none. Highly, highly recommend Destination Baby & Kids and will purchase from them again no doubt!

What a great experience with this company. I was searching for a bookcase to match my grandsons nursery. Even during this trying time customer service was excellent. They have the best customer service. Bryan was fantastic. A glider we wanted was on back order everywhere so we found it at Destination Baby & Kids, More expensive but they had it. It would take awhile for delivery. Then when other places had it comeback in cheaper and faster. Bryan honored the price and got it delivered quicker. Now that is good customer service. From California toMichigan in perfect condition.

I was looking for travel cot/bassinet for my 5 week old. I wanted something lightweight, portable, included a bassinet, had a zip around side, and was attractive enough to set up in the living room for naps. Bryan had the just right product and held it for me as I was coming from an hour away.

The customer service along the way and at pickup was excellent. The lady who was in the store when I picked up the travel cot set it up so I see how it looked and assembled/closed down, and even carried it to my car for me as I was holding my baby!

This is the best place to buy baby gear in the Peninsula! Gina is just SO knowledgeable with no BS. They have an amazing selection of all of the brands at all price points. Shopping here is a MUCH better experience than BBB and they are always willing to help you with any questions you have even after your purchase. Gina even FaceTimed me while I was installing my car seat and taught me a trick to tighten that wasn’t in the manual.

If I could give 10 stars I would!!!! I reached out to Destination Baby and Kids because I was having difficulties with another retailer and getting my order correct and on time. Bryan went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me resolve the issue and receive my beautiful Baby Appleseed 3 piece set within 2 days of me contacting him! I was amazed by his compassion for this hormonal mama to be and he was extremely professional and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Destination to anyone looking for Baby and Children's furniture and all necessities. The communication was prompt and Bryan was updating me of my order status frequently, even when he was out of the store! I also spoke with Gina who was just as kind and accommodating. Went here after two frustrating trips to Buy Buy Baby. Decent selection and way more helpful. They even threw in a car seat adapter for the stroller we got for free!

Be aware they are imminently changing their name to, I think, Discovery...something.

We ordered a crib and dresser from Kids N Cribs, which had a better price than other sellers. It was shipped to us in Texas and delivered by UPS freight.

Through no fault of this fine retailer, the dresser took some damage in shipping that was concealed by the shipper. Left with a large, unsightly gouge in the top of the dresser, we contacted Kids N Cribs.

The response was amazing. They worked with us to find a local furniture repair contractor and arranged for the dresser to be picked up, repaired, and re-delivered at no cost to us. Through the whole process, Kids N Cribs was incredibly gracious and helpful and communicative.

This is truly an A+ company, and we'll be going out of our way to do business again with them in the future.

The best place to get high end baby and kids furniture. We have purchased lifetime cribs and matching dressers for both of our girls here. The staff is very helpful and they have a warehouse with parts for major brand items that are discontinued so they were able to sell me the rail kit for our Munire cribs even though our model of crib had be discontinued.
