Nothing Bundt Cakes

Got a red velvet cake today with a bunch of other cakes and IT HAD A LONG PIECE OF HAIR IN IT. I'm disgusted!!! The lady said "oh I will refund you for red velvet but I don't know where the hair came from. Our bakers wear hairnets" nooo it's so nasty. It was in the batter and it clearly was a long strand of hair. Please be careful when eating!! 👎😞🤮

I love their cakes, and their stores are always really decorative, and nice inside! I love their lemon cakes, and carrot cakes, as those are my favorite! This is just a local location that I love going to get birthday cakes, or mini cakes as a snack!

I ordered White Chocolate Raspberry Bundt cake, in the box it says White Chocolate Raspberry and when I cut, it is just a butter cake. I ordered the same flavor many times before but this is disappointing.

Gluten free cupcakes and gluten free Bundt cakes are available. Friendly service and not very crowded. Plenty of parking available.

Can't go wrong with bundt cake. One of my fav dessert place. Strawberry and Cream is my fav. For sweet cravings, highly recommend this place.

Ordered a white chocolate raspberry cake for my birthday. When I got home and cut into it there was very little raspberry and it was all condensed at the bottom leading to a very bland cake that tasted nothing like raspberry. For $35 I would not recommend anyone order their cake unless it’s just plain. This is the second time this has happened ordering the same cake, I guess that’s my fault for thinking it would be better.

Me and my family have been ordering birthday cakes from them for YEARS I hate eating cake anywhere else because of the texture but this is the only exception, the lemon and red velvet are my favorite here and the cream cheese frosting is the perfect amount of sweet and bitter. They also have perfect size mini bundtinis so there’s many options for your price range.

Picked up my online order for Valentine’s Day. Didn’t have to wait long. I’d never been to this location but they were as helpful as the people in my usual store in San Leandro.

I had an order online today on thanksgiving called them and said I would be there 25 minutes before closing. When I got there they were closed and I did not get my order. I understand that workers want to go home on thanksgiving, but this is not a family run company it is a franchise. You choose to work there and you should follow the guidelines and schedule. I used to run restaurants - no matter how badly employees wanted me to close the store early because of holidays I didn’t. We have hours and operations listed so customers know when they can come by. So did this company have their hours and operations listed on thanksgiving but, they chose not follow it.

It is a running tradition that I bring bundtinis to every family gathering, because they are always a hit.

The staff at this location are always helpful, and there is always a great selection to choose fun.

Gluten free option was super tasty, and the gluten filled ones also disappeared very quickly so I assume they tasted good as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the line was moving quickly. We'll definitely be back!

I usually don’t write reviews, unless I’m overly impressed by the services! This is my second review and I’m really happy to share it for this place as my experience was really great!

I was simply trying to surprise a friend with birthday treats who went to visit family in states after COVID. It was special as I was trying to place the order from Canada and my credit card was not being accepted online or at any other store. After being frustrated from calling 6 different places and no one could help me with my order. It’s when Mikaela the supervisor from this place went above and beyond, explained it all, placed the order and told me about all different flavours of the delicious treats. She made it sound so simple and was very patients with all my questions and trust me I had many.

What made the experience even better is the fact my friend was exceptionally surprised as this place is her all time favourite and I didn’t even know that!!! Thank you Mikaela!!!

Had the most unfriendly service by a young lady supervisor. We spend so much money in this Dublin store to be treated that way is a very unfortunate experience. We are local residents, but we'll never return. We rather drive to Fremont.

Their cakes are amazing, but the staff here is so rude and hostile.. I had couple of coupons with me but they refused to apply and honor them. So disappointing, after all whats the point of being the regular customer if you are not even welcomed properly.

When I cancelled my order in october , I was told that I would not get a refund but a store credit for the full amount of cost. Few months later I try to use my store credit, but was told that my credit is 1/2 of cost of my order not the full amount. If I was told that I would only get 1/2 of what I paid as credit, I would not cancel my order, I would have picked it up . But the employee I talked to when I wanted to cancel my order never mentioned about that, but only said I can't get a refund but only a store credit. I find that very dishonest.

Came in ordered a couple small cakes too many for a bag with no handles the cashier was upset just for simply asking if they had bags with handles and a bit larger to fit the cakes. She literally rolled her eyes like wow how inconvenienced is she from now on I will go to a different store. I don’t care much to spend my money and get treated disrespectfully or get made to feel like I did something wrong for kindly asking for a bag.

Went to pick up a cake my daughter ordered for Mother’s Day. I had a 3:00 pickup time. 45 minutes later I got my order. Long line with no apparent organization from the store. These were all prepaid curbside pick ups. Should have gone very fast. Get organized.

Cakes are always great! But today, I left with a sour taste in my mouth. I came in to purchase a cake for my brothers birthday. Well I asked if they can do light icing for the cake. The girl up at the front rolled her eyes at me once I asked about the icing. Her name is Shelby. She did not acknowledge my question but instead rolled her eyes. There was another girl (seems to be manager) politely responded and showed me what a cake with lighter icing would look like. As I wait her for 10-15 mins for my cake to be iced, I did notice that Shelby wasn’t very pleasant with other customers. I won’t be coming back to this location.

The staff was inconsistent with what they told me as far as ordering and pick up. As a result they did not have the items I requested which lead me to have to search for alternative desserts for a party which is 2 days away. The staff were passive aggressive and almost condescending. It’s disappointing as the product is very good. But having to deal with zero customer service will cause me to go other places.

High reputation but ok cakes!

Expectation set was too high for these cakes but felt nothing was extra ordinary. I felt Way too much sugar is added to the cake and even for frosting its butter and cream..Felt pukish after tasting the extreme sugary portion of the cake and I am know to be a sweet tooth. Avoid if you are a health conscious. Once in a year option only.the staff was ok, I went almost at the closing time and the staff was blunt to state that we can pick only the ones which were on display. Bought cupcakes which were big size and yet again high sugar. If you want to feel some high sugar cakes, this is the shop. Would have given more stars if the staff had gone beyond to help as I mentioned that it was my twin boys birthday but then I felt it's the choice which was made not to extent the service.

....I've tried the first time yesterday and it was absolutely delicious!! Gluten free chocolate chip cookie flavor.....definitely not the last time I'll be ordering from here. People were nice and friendly. Very happy with product and service. 😁

I had the marble cake, my daughter had the red velvet. This cake is moist and delicious. They're bigger than a typical cupcake. All you need is a hot cup of coffee and you'll be set. Two thumbs up!

The cakes are moist, flavorful and fresh but can be a little dense. Paired with the heavy cream cheese frosting, one bite is enough to completely satisfy me. My favorite cake here is the double chocolate chip!

For our Father's Day event we got some boxes of the minis and everyone loved them!

The owner and staff was great and we can't wait to go back for more!

Very good bundt cakes. I like the free samples:). Tried the chocolate and the red velvet. Both were very good. Prices are a litte on the high side though.
