Does Barnes & Noble really need a review? If I could, I'd give this location a 10/5. The moment you walk in, you're hit with that fresh book smell that's just always so incredibly nostalgic and calming.

I will say I was approached by a staff member who noticed me doing some serious browsing, and her help was greatly appreciated. Of course, her name escapes me now, but next visit, I'll seek her out - she was an absolute gem. I was pleasantly surprised by how invested she was in my book search. She spent at least 20+ minutes helping me find this dang book. Once she did find my book, she then proceeded to recommend me other similar books, which I did buy and did read! I'm an easy sell, but she knew what was up. Her recommendations did NOT disappoint (FYI for my dark romance/fantasy girlies~~).

My favorite Barnes and Noble since I’ve become disabled, easly accessible from curb to inside, and employees are way beyond helpful, even the bristas.

Always a pleasure! I love the new book smell! The associates are always friendly! I wish associates would be assigned a department they are passionate about, so if I come in looking for, say, a children's book rec or question, they can point to Sally Bookseller and say "Sally knows the most about children's books, let me get her"... Instead I always get Jo, who has no clue who any of the authors are, and just google... And I jave two thumbs, I can Google stuff myself.

This place was amazing. I thoroughness enjoyed my time walking around everywhere in the store. I love the collections that they have. They never miss anything that is interesting. If you want some peace just browsing without being bothered. This is the place to go.

I visited this café for the first time today, and I was really shocked by the unhygenic behavior of one of the staff members. I was sitting on the bench with my drink, along with other customers, when the staff member started sweeping the floor. He swept right between my legs, over my foot, and even onto my pant several times. I was in total shock but didn’t say anything.

What was worse is that he then used the same broom he’d just used to sweep the floor to sweep the bench I was sitting on. No attempt to be more considerate or careful with people’s personal space. And to top it off, he went straight back to the counter without washing his hands.

Honestly, this was really unprofessional and unsanitary. I get that cleaning is important, but it should be done in a way that doesn’t make customers uncomfortable or compromise hygiene. Definitely room for improvement here.

Other than that, my experience in the book sections here were fine. I love coming to bookstores, but the lack of hygienic care in a food setting and violations of personal space (with no acknowledgement nor apology) definitely altered my experience.

We should not have to teach folks basic etiquette now.

Great Amazing Place. Other than a cashier who was arguing to me about a membership card I never got. She kept trying to talk about it even as I was walking out door. I don’t have the card for a reason, how are you going to tell me I have one. Smh

I visited this location almost a month ago. It was actually my first time in a Barnes & Noble, my friend & I came in on a whim after a movie and to both my surprise and delight, they had Criterion movies and Uzumaki by Junji Ito.
Beautiful and unique collection of items and friendly staff.

Yes it's a bookstore, but bookstore are nothing without sellers able to provide you personal recommendations, in fact not sellers, I want to say sailors who are helping you going through the sea of books until the perfect island for your mind.

I love the experience of walking around a bookstore and finding the next great book. Their children's department was very good, lots of variety for all age groups. The books are well set up to facilitate the book hunt. I was disappointed that there was no one to help in the children's department. I didfindsome great 📚 books.

Good visit, but I had trouble looking at the plushies. They are scattered in wire baskets around the store and I had to dig to look at them individually. I wish they were categorized in the baskets or displayed nicely.

Great place to get your hands on the latest books. For the readers, it's an amazing place to hang out and get lost in exploring all those interesting reads. The staff is very friendly and helpful too. Kids have a large collection of books and toys to explore, and the reading corner for them is fun where there are story times arranged. My kids have a great time coming in here.
Different genres, toys, collectibles, stationery, and more. There's also a Starbucks inside with really good baristas.

After shopping at Barnes and noble, the joint out has a lot of eating spots and the movie theaters too. A fun place to hang out. Definitely recommend!!

I remember coming here when I was younger and spending hours browsing books and making a day of it. Now half the store is over priced toys. I don't like to take my kids here because they don't want to look for books but just play with the toys or beg for Legos.

I could spend hours and $1k’s. Love this store! The cafe also has some yummy savory & sweet treats. I was disappointed by the planner selection, but I’m extremely picky about my planners. Not thier fault 😊🙈
