Employee helped us with our order to remove allergens, which we appreciated. The multi grain bowl had very little grain in it. Last time it was a more generous portion, which is what we were expecting. Love the citrus green tea mixed with unsweetened black tea. Can't get enough of the baguettes! We like the staff here, they're consistently helpful & polite.

Update: 01.29.24 We would like to see vegan options for the Value Duet! There are currently no vegan soups on the menu. Surely Panera's chefs could come up with a potato/lentil or garden veggie soup? Side Salad without cheese, eggs, or meat would be so easy to add to the menu! Greek Salad without cheese works for a Duet, but it's not offered currently. For Pick 2, ordering a Mediterranean bowl without cheese and half a Mediterranean salad or Greek salad is just way too expensive. Panera caters to healthy, fresh foods, but we would think that vegan recipes would be more in the spotlight than a vegetarian salad or sandwich that guests have to customize as a vegan.

Food quality/freshness. & serving size much improved and appreciated on our weekend visit (01-28-24). Bread was really fresh, lettuce/cucumbers were very crisp, tomatoes were meh as large, tasteless tomatoes were subbed for grape tomatoes which are so much better. Hummus was still very sparse in Mediterranean sandwich. Since we don't get cheese, we don't feel like we should have to pay extra for more hummus. We ordered extra produce in sandwich pictured. Guests can select 5 free customizations from "none" to "extra," but additional charges apply for proteins, cheese, hummus & other spreads. Greek Salad with extra kalamata olives and Panera's Greek Dressing was also very fresh & delicious. Baguette included with sandwich and salad was fresh, other sides available.

Downside was that floor by soda & lemonade counter had puddles from a leak in equipment! A rug was placed in front of soda machine & an air blower, but it wasn't sufficient. Water was everywhere, very dangerous, got my shoes wet. Assuming repair person unavailable over the weekend, so hope they'll get this resolved immediately Monday. Several tables had soiled dishes, napkins, and weren't wiped clean, as they hadn't been cleared. Apparently guests don't always do their part in bringing dishes to the dishpans provided on top of waste containers. We did not want to sit closely by others as some people were coughing, so it made it difficult to eat in when so many tables were not cleared. Went outside, but it was too windy, so we came back indoors. For reasons we don't understand, it was extremely cold inside on Sunday, Jan. 28th. We honestly think someone flipped the switch to air conditioning from heat by mistake because fans were running, as cold air was blowing. Many people still had their coats on, like us. Too bad because the meal itself was great, but the ambience was not at all up to par this time. Looks like they were having a bad day with the soda machine leaking and perhaps an issue with HAC system. Hope things are better for them (and therefore for the guests) soon. These things happen, we want to be patient & support local businesses.

This location usually has decaf even in the evenings, but if they don't, then just ask, as they are happy to make some fresh. We love that they have almond milk available on the condiments counter, along with cinnamon, especially on these recent cold days. Love having a microwave available for bread or to reheat coffee or hot tea. Not their fault that arugula has been discontinued from sandwiches & salads, but that was one reason we went to Panera. Wish they had vegan options besides hummous. A company that touts healthy, fresh food ought to have something for everyone. A vegan protein source, even tofu would do, would be welcomed, as well as at least a couple vegan pastry options! Dining room here is spacious, clean, with a calm, relaxed vibe. Free WiFi for those who are working or studying. Cashier was very pleasant, polite, and welcoming.

Our pick-up order was ready within minutes. The toasted Italiano sandwich was skimpy on the ingredients. I definitely recommend the ciabatta cheesesteak; the sweet red peppers are 👌👌👌

The salad was decent but wish they wouldn't put the dressing cups in the take-out salad bowl itself. The drinks are consistent with the other Paneras; I remember they were really chill during the pandemic shutdown and put the drink cups out for anyone to take.

They do have a drive-through, but I didn't try it because I saw the cars moved pretty slowly in line.

Coffee means Panera bread. The everything bagel with butter is the best breakfast. The music is always good here. The staff members are very helpful especially the elderly lady

I had an exceptional dining experience at the Panera Bread in Dublin, California. What was intended to be a casual meal turned out to be a feast that left a lasting impression.

The atmosphere was remarkably calm and soothing. The layout was spacious, with comfortable and clean seating. I appreciated the prompt service from the friendly staff who made the ordering process smooth and enjoyable.

I opted for two Value Duet Deals – an excellent option that provided both variety and value for money. The first combination was Tomato Soup with a BBQ Chicken Sandwich. The soup was creamy, packed with the perfect tangy tomato flavor, and had a velvety texture that was a treat to the palate. The BBQ Chicken Sandwich was a perfect companion – the chicken was tender and smoky, complemented excellently by a mildly sweet BBQ sauce and served in their signature, fresh-baked bread.

The second duet was Wild Rice Soup paired with a Cold Chicken Sandwich. The soup was hearty and wholesome, with a satisfying blend of flavors from the wild rice, chicken, and vegetables. The cold chicken sandwich was fresh and flavorful, with every bite delivering a perfect mix of crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, succulent chicken, and a delicious spread, all bundled up in their soft bread.

The standout feature of this location, however, was their drive-thru option. While I dined in, I noticed the efficiently run drive-thru service, which could be a game-changer for people seeking a good meal on the go. The speed and convenience of this service, without compromising the quality of food, is indeed impressive.

In conclusion, my visit to Panera Bread in Dublin, California, was filled with delightful surprises. From the top-notch food to the fantastic service and the convenience of the drive-thru, everything exceeded my expectations. Just had the best experience at this Panera! There was a kind cashier working the front (I wish I got her name), when I asked for a particular order that isn’t commonly found she asked a colleague how to get there on the menu. She went out of her way to get me what I wanted and I really appreciated it! Also while waiting another really nice associate made sure I was comfortable and was very sweet to talk to. I frequent Panera’s quite a bit, and this was the best experience I’ve had at once just from the customer service alone.

I like the food but the service at the Dublin location was horrible, the drive thru was not open at the time that it was supposed to be open (this happened twice) and when I called them, the "manager" told me I should have gone inside instead! If I'm going to the drive thru is because I don't want to go inside...hello! Well, I went back and went inside, only to get very bad service, the lady taking my order didn't even know the menu!and the "manager"? Well...she was outside smoking a cigarette...When i finally got my food, what a disappointment...wrong items and old parfait...never going back to that location again...

The drive-through at this location used to be super slow. It's now regular wait times and really great upbeat staff! Dealing with the public can drain you. The young woman who helped me today 1/13/2025 was absolutely above and beyond. If her boss reads this, she has facial piercings around her mouth and dark hair. Please give her an 'atta girl' for great service and human interaction. I think people forget to smile at each other and just say hello.

Just had the best experience at this Panera! Nice sandwich ,& salad. 2nd time here. Went here after being at Kaiser on Dublin Blvd, Dublin. Pick up something to eat last week & stopped to order something to take home. Each item made to order. May try other Panera Bread locations when traveling. Thank You.

Over a 30 minute wait at the drive thru. An additional 10 minutes to get our food after paying with the girl at the drive thru questioning what our order was. When given the order we asked for a receipt to make sure we weren’t over charged. An additional wait to get the receipt which she needed help from the manager for. For some reason my drink wasn’t included as a meal and paid a bit more for having them separate. Sandwich had no lettuce or tomato.

My initial experience like a good few years back was 1 star but over the years Panera Bread cafe has gotten so much better. The staff are amazing and my kiddo only wants to go there and eat like a human. He does my sit down any other place. It’s our go to breakfast spot and sandwiches and soup.

I entered the Panera establishment and was NOT greeted. I was being rushed, by a bulky unkempt gal, sporting a vicious scowl. She and another male employee , also quite stout, were talking about people they work with 😡👎🏼 ,in falsetto voices. I ordered swiftly, as their voices were like nails on a chalkboard 🙉I presented a gift card , Tweedle Dee said it was invalid, and refused to try again. I walked out, went to the parking lot and verified the dollar amount. She claimed to be the manager👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

It used to be my almost second home, I always felt welcomed and had nice experience here. Everything is so delicious and all staff members used to be friendly and helpful. Obviously not anymore. By the way internet connection is not working.

Cole and his staff are wonderful. The restaurant has been going through some new hires training learning curves, like so many since the pandemic. So, if an order might not be completely correct, just call Cole, the manager and he and his staff will make it right. Just remember the words patience and understanding. You will enjoy tour meals. 😁

Chicken green goddess bagette sounded good to me. Instead I got the green goddess sandwich with two thin sliced tomatoes a bit of mayonnaise and wilted salad leaves all for $11.39? Are you kidding me? Basically toasted bread with a bit of salad. What a joke. Tasted as bad as it looks.

I think this is my last time stepping into a Panera Bread. I waited nearly 30 minutes for a half of ham sandwich and a chicken noodle soup. When I finally got my order, the soup was cold.

I wanted to ask for them to reheat it but my appetite grew while waiting for it. I wish I could blame the the wait on this place being busy, but I was one of maybe 4 people here at 5 o’clock so that clearly wasn’t it.

The food is just not worth the hassle. There are local bakeries that offer much better food for less wait time and a much cooler atmosphere than this place.

ETA: it just got really cold in here. I don’t know why anyone would turn on the air conditioning when it’s cold and raining outside. Also, I just hard the staff yelling at each other. You’re oils think they would take that in the back where all three of us patrons can’t hear them.

A long wait between ordering our food and getting the food ready. And once we got the food, chicken was added to the bowl while specifically asked for vegetarian dish. Highly disappointed with the service.

They have the best food there. I get the half and half for lunch. Strawberry poppyseed salad and a half Chicken, chipotle and avocado sandwich. It's always clean and friendly. You will love you lunch

employees were so nice!! it was my first time at panera and i messed up my order when i did it through the app (didn’t apply a coupon i wanted to use) and they were so helpful and kind :)) ordered a broccoli cheddar soup and that was really good too. will definitely be coming back when i can!!

A few of my to-go items were missing, so I came back to pick up the rest and the manager was SO kind! He apologized and let me pick out pastries for the inconvenience. I would definitely go back! The bumps in the road don’t matter. It’s how the situation ends and it was handled perfectly.

I’m regular customer of this location. I usually order food from the app and pick it up, normally food will be ready within 10 minutes after the mobile order as it promised in the app.

However, this Sunday morning,I have to wait 32 minutes for my order. Because of the delay, my morning schedule is screwed.

I understand the traffic in Sunday morning might be busier than usual, could you add a warning in the app order , something like “high volume orders”. If will definitely not to order if I see that

As a regular customer, I’m super disappointed for my experience today. And I hope the franchise and store and improve customer experience in the future.

I've not been to this location in some time but stopped in to grab a quick iced tea. I was greeted by Lisa who could not have been any kinder or more friendly. I actually enjoyed the visit just because of her when I was only there to do a quick take-out tea. Everything was spotless and they had lots of fresh lemon on hand and ready to go. I ordered at the register with zero wait of any kind. I'll definitely go back to this location. It's a big yes for me. And thank, Lisa, for the great service.

What a joke no cashiers available, use kiosk
A lot of people don’t feel comfortable using kiosks how can run a restaurant without any cashiers,
Employees have bad attitude problems

Una de los restaurantes mas sucios que he comido, muy sucias las mesas , no las limpian , la alfombra sucia , no se antojaba comer adentro😞 es que yo creo que debe de haber alguien especial que cheque esa area, porque no es un restaurant que digamos (economico)🤷‍♀️ porque no tratan de estar al pendiente de eso, y seria que me toco a mi ! Pero de casualidad ese dia se taparon los dos baños el agua salia de los dos lados 😥 eso pasa porque no le dan mantenimiento a los baños solo los dejan a la voluntad de tiempo 🤦‍♀️ esos baños estaban muy sucios y descuidados😒 perdón pero deben de hacer algo , yo solo doy mi opinion🤷‍♀️

Everything is out of stock and the drive thru is blocked by a traffic cone I been here twice the same issue please don’t go there

The seves was good but the quality of the food was bad. My son says that it was a good breackfast place but he is used to eating all of those weird things with sugar in them.

Food good, the cleanliness of the restaurant was horrible. Food on the floor and tables, it didn't look like it had been cleaned for weeks. The restrooms were even dirtier and no toilet paper or hand towels. It's a shame because my hometown Panera's is always very clean (Turlock).

Started Panera regularly after signing up as a Sip Club Member. Consistent food quality. Self serve kiosks are malfunctioning and being removed. (Disappointing!)

Staff is very friendly and efficient. I eat at this location once a week. Always a good experience. If I have an issue which is rare they have always taken care of me.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Ordered lunch 24 hrs in advance with 10 items for 11:30 - 11:45 delivery and it is now 1/2 hour late and counting. Food still not here for a business lunch. Totally unexpectable had they never even had the decency to call and inform me of the delay. NEVER will order from Panera again!

I ordere the same thing from multiple different Panera's and get varying results. This time no croutons with the French onion soup(a staple of the soup), that happens a lot.
Also I requested utensils and did not get them.
The soup is still pretty good, but consistency would be nice

AMAZING service by the manager here! She is very hands on and does a delicate job on ensuring all orders are done. She checks up on customers and provided extremely high class service. My all time favorite Panera bread now thanks to her.

Love the food, don’t like the service and incompetent staff. Go there every month and always order a combination of soup and sandwich. As a rule of thumb, they always forget something. Without fail. But it’s gotten worse. As a vegetarian, it’s always ‘do Avacados in lieu of chicken’. For a while I did not mind paying $12 for a $11 chicken sandwich. But of late, the new staff, are not too happy with all the customization. Make is impossible to order. And then they make such a big fuss. Not worth it.

Great Service. Specifically by Sam, Team Leader....we arrived and Sam noticed me having trouble getting my father into the restaurant, due to his mobility issues, and she ran to help us get through the door. All the staff we encountered were just as polite and helpful.

They ALWAYS miss something in our order and we can never get a hold of anyone to correct the issue. SPENT FOREVER calling to get it corrected and finally gave up. waste of money at this location never had such a hard time

Would give them no stars if that were an option. Their idea of providing service is by not giving you any, their idea of inventory management is 'sometimes' having essential items like half and half, creamer etc. Who's running this place? A rock? Somebody take over this clueless management team and please show them how to run a restaurant. Unbelievable, I hope everyone just stops coming here so they can shut down and re-open under new management.

Was missing several items and items were prepared incorrectly. Resolution took over half an hour and it still wasn’t quite right but we gave up and left with our cold food.

They don't open till 8... The drive-through should show visibly that it's closed or open. Speed is slow for order, however food is good and I will try again until 3rd strike.

Got wrong sandwich, but service was exceptional. I was apologized to repeatedly & offered free dessert & coffee as I waited for right order. Mgr personally fixed my order she went above & beyond. Best experience didn't mind the mix up

I was harassed picking up a to go order maskless. The pitiful county mask madness continues and I will not comply. The employe e on a power trip should look at inn and out as an example. They are not doctors. Masks don't work. This is a false security illusion now a political theater show. If you're scared wear 10 masks or stay home but stop bothering citizens that are healthy. Ask Newsome about the french laundry. Maybe they can lead by example. My chipotle chicken sandwich was very salty and so was the bread so it actually makes me feel good not to return.

Wait is too long and service window employees don’t engage with customers. Had to wait 20 minutes for a single entree and an additional 10 minutes waiting at the pick up window for someone to answer my concerns. Finally got my order and it was incorrect.
