After getting home with my purchases today I realized I was missing a pair of pants and a blouse. I called the manager said she couldn’t find anything left behind. I explained to her the girl only handed me 2 sacks I should’ve had 3, ie.. my missing items that were paid for. She said there wasn’t anything she knew to do. I felt unheard dismissed and not valued as a customer.
I then called corporate in Dublin,Ca the lady was quite dismissive as well and wanted to argue.
I gave up! I figured they need it worse then I do😞

Ross is awesome for finding brand name items at discounted prices. If you are looking for something specific, then you have to go several times different days to see the new inventory.
They have clothes for women, men and children, same with shoes. They have household items like furniture, towels, sheets, pillows, plant pots, decorative items etc. They even have food items like olive oil, jams, dried nuts, chocolate, etc.

Saw new shoes stock with affordable prices. I always shop for my shoes from Ross. The Tshirts stock was old and needed replenishment. The cashier was very customer friendly.

Liked the place very much. Apart from the moderately priced clothes , there were some very useful kitchen utensils also which were very competitively priced. The staff is customer friendly. This review is for the west Dublin store. Most importantly, it is very close to the Bart station of west Dublin .

Horrible customer service. I remember one time I was here many years ago, they had one cashier handling both checkout and returns and a long line formed. Took forever. Definitely do not recommend this location.

As the name suggests, clothes and accessories at Ross store are very reasonable and value for money. Collection is also good. They have a variety of products like home decor, decorative items, foot wear, jewellery & clothes for men, women and children.

Unfortunately this is the Ross closet to me and their selections are very limited.

Every time I visit this location the security greets me when I arrive

Don’t ever feel uncomfortable like someone is watching me suspecting me of shop lifting

Never seen any trash on the ground or any harsh smells.

Only giving this location 3 stars because I have to dry further out to another location to see a better selection

I spent almost $800 here At Dublin Ross.
Customer service is not great
They don't offer help
They just tell you, u can't bring the cart outside. Just get your car and park at the front.
But I saw couple of carts outside.

The door is old fashion. They using one door for entrance and exit.

Always my favorite place to shop. The collection was quite good. My wallet was crying at the end of the billing. The one thing was the ladies shoe collection wasn't the best. And lingerie section was meh.
