Great store for arts and crafts. Came by to get a few paint supplies. Found about 80% of what I needed. It’s nice to have a physical store to see the materials in-person. I can get picky with my brushes and colors. The selection was decent and I will be back for more.

Tonight's closing crew (12/02/3024!!) was amazing! Jim greeted me with a smile and immediately was ready to help when I walked up to him! Cyber Monday is a crazy day, just like this whole week, and let's be honest, the whole Holiday season! They were busy with shoppers and always helping someone!! I had placed an online order this morning and came to retrieve it this evening! It was a larger item and Jim had someone bring it up to me, I didn't happen to see their name, but they even offered to bring it to my car! Truly a great store to shop in and such an amazing crew!

Very poor (in store) customer service . You get a "greeting" when you walk in, but don't ask for any help locating an item because they act like you are bothering them. I have also heard them tell other customers, that they don't care if you complain about them to the company! WOW! Not a pleasant place to shop. Ordering online is extremely unreliable, you order items to wait and wait for the pick up confirmation only to get notified that the order(s) were cancelled because the item wasn't in stock. Meanwhile, I could have bought it elsewhere and have gotten what I needed. I have decided to shop at another location or go to other vendors that have the items and are courteous to people that shop there.

I love coming here because it is close to my house, the sores always clean and never too busy, and sometimes I'm lucky to catch a good sale on the yarn. They always have theme products for holidays and special occasions. And I love the fact that Michaels has its own credit card now that save you even more money. I can buy more yarn when I need to now

Craft goods galore, takes time to comprehend just how much inventory they have. Biggest downside is there is never enough cashiers to handle the lines without delay. It's like they don't realize that our time is valuable. There are other craft stores, probably time to check them out and find more pleasant sales associates.

I was in a crunch with my project and was supposed to go to Michaels as my last resort.
Luckily I've met a beautiful associate Sofia,who helped me tremendously,saved a lot of time and money and in a hour I was done and saved the day!
I'm very grateful for Sofia's time, effort, willingness to help and actually be able to help!

This was my first time coming to this Michael's store in Dublin and I would say it was okay, definitely not the best hobby craft store but it was decent. I got the feeling that this store experiences lots of theft because a lot of the products that said it was available in store on line was completely out of stock on the shelf. And this happened with multiple items that I looked up while I was in the store. They had a good stock of paint and pens and sketche pads.

Beautiful place to ruin your night!
Quite gloomy atmosphere, service is in "get rid of you" style,wine selection either $7 a glass (guess no need to describe its taste) or $35/glass. Nothing in between.
Food quality like in $9.99 all you can eat buffet.
We got calamari, which came barely warm, burnt and tasted like a rubber.
What a disgusting shameless addition to Jack London square....

It's a Michael's that's about it- but lovely decorations this time of year, and the manager of the store is very friendly and communicative when helping folks get through the line and helping ring up and run the self checkout areas.

Because Michael's is poorly understaffed in the frame dept. I was forced to go elsewhere. Michael's lost a $350.00 sale.

I came in having trouble finding a challenging item. I had been to several stores with no success. Upon entering Michael's, I was greeted by an associate. He then gave me details on some of the places I could look in the store for inspiration. After some browsing I asked another associate where to find a specific animal. I walked to the isle and grabbed the exact item I needed. Upon check out I asked for an associate instead of self check because that is what I prefer. The associate who checked me out was fast, friendly, and able to answer my questions about merchandise. I left feeling wonderful. I am a very happy customer who will gladly return again. The store was clean, organized, well stocked, and items were easy to find. This store is being managed very well!

I ordered a custom frame when the puzzle going in it wasn't ready. I went to drop off the finished art when the frame arrived. Brenda provided great customer service and put down what she was working on and quickly - mounted the puzzle on foam board, sealed the back, and got the wire hanger on. This saved me a trip back to the store that I expected to make but was very grateful to avoid. Thanks, Brenda!

Went to joanns because I made an emergency pick-up order of cake boards and boxes for last minute orders😠they took hours to tell me they didn't have any of the items online, and it said they did. Canceled and went to Michael's they had everything I needed and more! I will be going to Michael's first always!

The store is big with hardly anything worth buying. Most of the products are not wanted and even if there is something we need it is in short supply. So it is like a showcase where we can see what we need but we don't get enough to fulfill our needs. I give it a 2 only because I got good courteous customer service. A bottle of water costs $2:59. Expensive on top of all. Couldn't get the black color wool either even though there might be 10 varieties.

The staff was extremely helpful & friendly! I purchased a large item & requested assistance. The manager immediately came over and did the work all by himself. And even offered to walk it to my car & load it for me. Thank you. :)

The associates were very helpful. I recently purchased a Cricut and had questions about what accessories I need to complete a specific project. An associate asked over the walkie if anyone was familiar with using a Cricut. At first they didn't think they had anyone that could help and so another associate offered to call his mom to help. It was so nice that they really wanted to help me. Not something I see very often anymore. It turned out there was an associate that could help me. She was very helpful and let me know she would be available if I had any other questions. I haven't had such a nice experience here in a long time. The staff were not only helpful, they were very friendly and all in such a great positive mood! I hope my future visits are just as enjoyable.

This was the only store out of 3 different Michaels that had the yarn I needed in stock. That said, if you have an online order make sure you double check that it's the right product they give you. They made an error and put the wrong product in. If I didn't check my bag before leaving it would've been a hassle to come all the way back to fix. But once they were aware they made it right. I'd definitely come back again!

Awesome store and well organized. Well stocked. The staff is very helpful, I even heard them telling another customer where to get their film enlarged and printed, then they can bring it back and frame it.

What a joke! Prices on the shelf for many products are inaccurate. When you go to pay, the product rings up a few dollars more than what the shelf displays. They will price adjust once they confirm. This has happened several times now, they never fix the price issues. Then since they price adjusted, no coupons will work because the system thinks you already got a discount. A supervisor or lead was very rude to another employee in front of customers while I was dealing with the pricing/coupon issue. I'm not shopping here anymore. Prices are higher than competitors and I don't need the headache with having to deal with the store not pricing things right and then having to hold up the line to get it confirmed. Angry at this last visit is an understatement

Picking up decorative bow for some of my wrapping projects. Michael's always delivers with decent stock on the more hard to find items. Their selections are also pretty adequate. If not here try Hobby Lobby 😘

Ordered an artificial skinny Christmas tree online. We did a pick up at the store option.

Had to wait in the regular in store purchase customers to pick up an order I already paid for.
