Impressed with the entire process of working with BYOG! Wanted to get 40th Anniversary T-shirts, Sweatshirts and Hats for my husband’s company in a quick turn-around timeframe and Cathileen made it happen. BYOG did our company 20th Anniversary logo wear so I knew what I was getting. This time we changed the artwork and the proof process was easy. Good pricing, great quality, very professional. Picked up my order today and excited to show my husband tomorrow for his Birthday!

Cathileen does not stop until she gets the job done! The detail and professionalism she puts into every project is amazing. Cathileen donated over 100 shirts to the Angkor4Kids organization. She gave the shirts to my daughter to take to the orphanages in Cambodia and the children absolutely loved them! Thank you Cathileen for your generosity!

I was in need of ideas for a give away for my mortgage event last month and BYOG came through with amazing ideas and artwork. I am good at what I do but as far as knowing how to be creative that just wasn’t in my wheelhouse. The giveaways turned out amazing I got so many compliments and they made it easy. I've been designing merchandise for my clients for the last 20 years and BYOG is always one of the quotes that gets submitted. The quality of the print is always clean and opaque. They always use a white base on dark garments to make sure the light colors inks "pop". Cathileen recently generously donated 100 shirts to our fundraiser, Strength in Maui. All the volunteers looked great-especially when news crews came. We made so much to donate to the families affected by the wildfires and we really appreciate how BYOG contributed to the event.

While I am satisfied with the design and finished product, the service I received was less than sub par. My expectations were poorly managed and in the end I was left with shirts that I had no use for because the sizes I requested were unavailable and smaller sizes were provided. Overall, highly dissatisfied with the level of customer service that was provided.

I purchased 250 sweaters last year and she was able to help me get them within less than a week's time. I originally tried to go through custom ink but they kept pushing my order back and weren't able to give me a definite time. She got the job done and was helpful during the whole process! Will 100% recommend.

Largest selection of samples I have seen huge showroom. Had several items embroidered and my company shirts as well. Highly recommend them

The shirts we ordered arrived on time and the counts were exactly as we expected. BYOG really knocked it out of the park! The shirts were higher quality than expected. All of our staff commented on the shirt quality when we handed out our branded Hanes Cool-Dri T-shirts.
I will definitely come back on our next order. Great Job!!

I would give this place 1000 stars if I could! They made sure my hoodies and shirts were done on time especially being a rush order. The owner is so polite and respectful. Shout to Amy as well for helping me fix the design colors. Pricing is also amazing here, I’ve shopped at other places but BYOG definitely beat everyone’s prices! I will be back here to make all my gear from now on!

After trying to reach BYOG a few times they finally called me back. I just spoke to a representative of BYOG and not only that she was unhelpful she was truly the rudest customer representative I have ever spoke to. would not recommend.

I have been dealing with BYOG now for nine years they do a great job and never worry about the quality of the work it’s always excellent I drop off my jackets and get them back on time or sooner embroidered beautifully I would highly recommend them for any sports wear.
