Orange County Crafted Donuts

What I got vs what I ordered (2nd and 3rd picture). Very disappointed on what we received as it doesn’t look anything like what we ordered. The paint looks like they just did a quick job on it and I almost didn’t want to serve these donuts to my guest because I was so embarrassed. The communication with them was horrible too. I ordered 1 months ahead of time and they said they will send me a sample pic right away but they didn’t send it to me less than a week away from the event. I kept asking them the status and they would just tell me they are short staffed and will try their best to get back to me. Never ordering from them again.

It's been a while since I've had them and they truly never have disappointed. 😁 my family and I love their donuts. Strawberry Pop tart and the Banana Cream Pie are two favorites for them. I personally also love the PB&J donut.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Even ordering through delivery apps the service is stellar. If we order something that's run out, he always gives us a sweet apology and some extra goodies to make up for it.

The donuts are varied and absolutely delicious every time and the breakfast sandwiches are to die for

Great friendly customer service! Today was my first time here and I tried the Apple Fritters with sugar dusted on top (they also had one drizzled with caramel). They were behind the counter and not in the display case so you have to ask for it. It was a good portion for $3.75. I liked the texture and quality of it. I’ll definitely be back to try other donuts.

Update: I came back here again the next day and got the lemon blueberry and red velvet. They were both PERFECT! It was not too sweet! I think I found my go to donut shop. And I will come back again to buy some for colleagues.

I downloaded too good to letgo app and this place was my first choice to try a new establishment donuts , it says pick up is between 3-4 pm so I had made plans to make sure i go within the timeframe , this morning without notice it changes and I cant meet the time requirement. too bad Ill stick to crispy cremes donuts even if its more expensive not worth the hassle of saving a few bucks NEVER AGAIN SMALL BUSINESSES.

I never usually do reviews, but Crafted Donuts is genuinely a place I have to leave a review for. I ve been coming here since they opened and they re the only place I can get a donut from now. I live up in a different state now but when whenever I swing by my hometown, I always stop by. Their Homer donut is absolutely amazing. Amazing portion for the price and absolutely delicious; cakes and light and not greasy at all. If you re torn or typically indecisive absolutely order it. You cannot go wrong and I m sure you will adore that vaguely strawberry taste of the frosting. Crafted Donuts really makes you feel valued. I recall a day this past summer in which I was visiting a friend in town. I ordered us both donuts for delivery because she hadn t tried this place before and I needed to share. Crafted Donuts was amazing and, along with the speedy delivery, gave us a dozen free glazed donut-holes along with a handwritten note, signed, which I still hold on to for memories. It was absolutely sweet and I really hope this place stays opens for many, many, years to come.

Its been a while since Ive had them and they truly never have disappointed. my family and I love their donuts. Strawberry Pop tart and the Banana Cream Pie are two favorites for them. I personally also love the PB&J donut.

Love Crafted, my fav donut place for real. POC owned, LGBTQ friendly so far. They re always so nice asking how my day is and sometimes will add in an extra one. Only complaint is their Vanilla Bean glazed donut is so good it runs out so fast I try to come and support 1x a month and have bought them in bulk for my bday

Amazing place! The donuts were as creative as they were delicious. We stopped in for a brief break during a road trip and just found Crafted Donuts by chance. Ordered an Apple fritter and a lemon poppy donut. They were FIRE ! They also have an amazing array of sandwiches and some beautifully prepared fresh fruit bowls and donuts with fresh fruit. We bought to go a strawberry and whipped cream topped, six donut hole dessert dish which we had later with dinner. Everything was amazing. In retrospect I regret I did not take photo s!

Fresh donuts, coffee is alright, service bit slow Ive had the unfortunate timing coming in after someone ordered about 50+ donuts, while picking them individually. There were 2 employees that were there, one helping the other customer and one kind of shuffling in the background. It wouldve been nice/convenient if the other employee asked what my order was, as I wanted a single donut and a coffee, which took a bit too long thanks to the previous large order.

I dont normally do bad review but this experience warrants one. The service was horrendous !! We drove to this place on our way back to LA from San Diego. We chose this place because of the amazing reviews. We arrived at 445pm and as we walked in to the store, we saw a bald headed employee cleaning the case/counter. There was absolutely no greeting instead the first thing he said was We ran out of donuts My wife wanted smoothie, then he said Im closing this place anyway because we ran out of donuts The sign clearly stated open Monday through Sunday from 6am to 6pm. No where it states, we close when we ran out of donuts. We walked out out the store with a huge disappointment. Im sure the donuts at this place are amazing based on the reviews. Unfortunately, it doesn t come synonymous with the rude service provided by this gentleman.

Outrageously soft donuts! Great customer service! Donut we asked about was not available so we chose others that were. After paying we were checking out our picks and were surprised with a freshly dipped donut to try for free! My husband is not easily impressed yet he asked that I write this review. Prices are high but the creativity of those awesome treats is perfect. Staff are friendly, professional and patience as customers try to decide which selection to make. On holidays they give out extra surprises to their customers. On Mothers Day they gave free heart donuts to all the moms. So thoughtful. It is one of my familys favorite places to go for special treats.

My go-to donut shop before work. Love this little place and it always makes me so happy every time I walk in. They also offer many style breakfast sandwiches cooked right on the spot and smoothies and juices made to order. All fresh and delicious. Whenever I buy a box for work, I love the variety of flavor donuts they offer, its always so fun and everyone loves to talk about them, especially during the holidays when they make themed donuts. The sugared cinnamon roll is amazing, the blueberry cake with lemon drizzle is also amazing and moist (and Ive never been cake donut fan cause theyve always been so dry), and the vegan green tea cake donut is great too (oh yeah, they have vegan donuts!). Of course, my favorites the classic chocolate bar and old fashions are delicious too. And the classic regular donuts you should try and if youre feeling adventurous to try their flavor combos. I love this place, you will too!

A non-descript parking lot for a small strip of shops cross corner to a local Costco is where you find a non-run of the mill donut shoppe (it s so out of the ordinary I used the European spelling of shop)! See my pic for the current menu, they lovingly package the circles of bliss in custom boxes so you ll never forget where you got them when you take your food pic. So tasty and decadent.

Stopped to charge car near by and all I wanted that morning was coffee but saw a big donut sign and guess what I got. Absolutely delicious donuts it was Mother s Day so I ate one while I was waiting than got home gave my girlfriend two for Mother s Day and my neighbor two and the rest were in my tummy It s a bummer this place is so far away from home next time I m driving to L.A. or beyond I ll stop by again

I couldnt be more happier with this cute delicious place. I think Ive tried every vegan flavor even pumpkin pie which is my favorite. The cake is so light and fluffy, not too over whelmingly sweet. My fiance loves there old fashion plain. Perfectly crispy on the edges. The prices are the least of your worries. 1 vegan pumpkin pie donut and 1 plain old fashion $4. We drive from Anaheim garden grove just to get a donut. Thank you for your deliciousness

This place in Fountain Valley is right next door to my work. I would give them 4 stars it they hadnt stopped making my favorite donut, Mexican hot Chocolate. The girl told me that they stopped making them and that to request that they make it I would need to buy 6 of them. So frustrating this donut is the reason I come here.

I love this place. The first time I ever went they had one called an Elvis and it had peanut butter frosting and banana cream inside but they haven t had it since! Today we got a Biscoff and the Homer. They were both good but I wish the Biscoff had a stronger flavor.

These donuts were delicious with lots of varieties. The staff here was very friendly. This place does not offer any breakfast sandwiches, just donuts. The seating here is very very limited. I wasnt too impressed by their coffee. If you are interested in donuts and donuts only, then this place is good. The prices can be a bit pricey on specialty donuts.

Always good. But sometimes they dont have everything on the menu. Go early to be sure you get the best selection.

Best donut shop hands down! Love all the amazing kinds of donuts offered here. Wonderful customer service and delicious donuts. Their Simpsons donut was a hit with our granddaughter...it was as big as her face and looked just like the one from The Simpsons. They had a pop tart donut one of the times we ate there. I picked that one and it was so good...had a whole pop tart in the middle of it. Their selection ranges from simple donuts to over the top ones. Give Crafted Donuts a try...you will not be disappointed!!

Donuts were great. Kid friendly. Customer service was amazing. Girl at the counter offered suggestions.

So we were going to go to the next door name brand coffee shop and my wife said lets try the place next door so happy we did! The donuts and coffee were amazing!!!
