Seriously, I went grocery shopping at a different Target last week and they were missing more than half my list including MILK. So then I drove to this location that had everything I needed plus bonus points for excellent customer service from the girl assisting me when the self checkout machine was being difficult.

I'm reading these comments and they're mind boggling. I've been going to this Target for 11+ years. Yes the parking is always packed, just like anywhere in a 4 mile radius. The employees make my day. I've never had a bad experience except with one store manager who still works there. Other than that, Jr (Jose), Paxi, Kimberly, Jeremy (starbucks) Alan, make my days so much brighter. Very sweet and helpful employees ☺️.

I come to this location as it is the closest to me but honestly the service isn’t the best. Today was different I went in quickly for a couple of items for my baby and as I am checking out at self checkout the lady that is working it comes up and starts asking me if I even scanned what I got and basically assuming I am stealing. The self checkout is full yet she is only coming up to me asking me questions and hovering behind me I might like to add I am also the only brown person at the self checkout. She was extremely rude and as someone who knows someone who used to work at target I know they are not allowed to even ask if I scanned my items as it is against policy so i just felt extremely racially profiled and uncomfortable. Target should be teaching its employees better.

If youre there for an online pick-up order, dont bother going to this store. There will be no parking in the pickup parking spaces. People tend to use them as regular parking spots. The worker and managers there said they cant do anything about it.

There was no one at the customer service station to helping customer. I was standing there for almost 15 minutes without anyone came to helped me. Then I decided to walked to asked the lady employee at the self checkout station to call someone to help me for return and I was waiting for another 15 minutes but no one ever came, so I went back again to the self checkout station and the same lady yelling from far away that she already called someone for me which is very rude and unprofessional behavior the way she interact with customer. So I went back again to the customer service station to wait with no hope and one of the random male employee just walked in from the outside entrance and I stop him and asked fir helped with my return. After I finished with my return item the customer service person still never show up, what a horrible customer service this location manage. It s unusual compare to all the Target locations I ever visit. This location needed a serious fixing for customer service and management.

The employees at the store are amazing. There were a few challenges (parking here is terrible, it s parallel to the chaos and poor design at the Pacoima/Laurel Canyon store; they inherited a bad parking lot) and they were super helpful even when they had to clock out. They made sure someone was taking care of me and were professional about it. They have the best dollar section of any target store that I ve been to. I was looking for a specific product in the hair care section and I found it a little creepy, as there were a lot of employees (3-4) clustered around that area, appearing like they were watching the guests who were walking around that section. I don t know if that s the store s protocol or what but it was a little weird. aside from that part of the store I think I got there on a good day and seem like they re a lot of things on sale it seemed like a lot of fun products were on sale and on clearance.

Always in and out. Almost never a line to checkout. Finding help for something is hard, but if you read the signs, you can almost always find things yourself. I do like how they organized the store; I havent had to ask for help for a while.

Pharmacy staff is vey incompetent, they act like they don t know how to do their job!! My mom went in earlier today and was picking up a prescription and they act like they can t understand basic English. They act like they can t understand anything and when my mom showed up with my brothers to get help the pharmacist and front desk all disappear. We had the Dr. sending the prescription on the phone and they act like they can t speak to them. Over an hour or pick up a simple prescription and they act like incompetent individuals. A bad image to the target itself, if you need a prescription send it elsewhere because they act like they hate their job. No ideal what customer service is let alone the intention to help customers. If you don t like your job get a new one. Incompetent and people that obviously hate their job.

I just purchase 2 gift cards for my son graduate on 6/13/22, each gift card amount is $100, and he try to use it today 7/6/22 with no money amount in 2 gift card at all, I go to the Target store on Brookhurst corner Westminster complain about it, and so disappointed the manager said that s not their responsibility for it, I go back home and call the number on the back of the gift card company, and they said the gift card was withdrawn all money since 6/28/22 at Target store in California, and I ask them where that store located at, but they won t tell me anything about it, no one is giving me the answer for what I lost my money just for nothing, so badly

Normally they re a decent location. However their current holiday employees aren t trained properly. I had an order pick up and he told me it wasn t ready even though it was. He was confident in all his answers, but still annoying how he didn t understand order pick up vs drive up. I just got in my car and did drive up, guess what, it was ready. In the same visit I tried to buy something they put on the floor early, I get it, it was out on accident but the way the employee handled it was a bit condescending, she made it seem like it was my fault, didn t once say sorry. She also snatched it out of my hands and made me start my whole cart over because she wanted to make sure I wasn t getting anything else early.

I called twice to ask if I can get a prescription in. I am tested positive for Covid and am ordered to be quarantined. However I can t call in for my own prescription. This pharmacy hanged up on me twice in the middle of me trying to explain my situation. The first one did not even want to listen and just kept saying, we close at 7. The second one won t let me talk even though I m already having trouble speaking and just cut me off, said bye. How am I to get my paper in to them if I should not be around people? The way they handle customer service at a time like this, is absurd. So, knowing I m Covid positive, you want me to potentially endanger other people in the store? Please provide a better way. Some people do not have friends or family close by. It would also be nice to have some empathy from medical providers. Thanks.

Target, you guys should check Produce items frequently. They are usually bad. What if an elderly who could not see well, they might pick it and get sick from it. And also, Banana is the worst item here with bruises and old. An employee helped me to pick 2 bunch from the back but well, they look gross. I love this location, but Produce section is terrible.

I made a quick trip to Target today. While there I was examining an item I didnt need, because, well, thats what you do at Target. Theres a young lady working in the aisle across from me when an older gentleman walks up and very politely asks, can you tell me where I can find..... I didnt hear what it was he asked for, only that he needed assistance. She immediately responds we dont have any in this store. He asks can you check another store to see if I can go somewhere else for it. She makes a face and says I dont know. Again he asks for assistance in finding the item, she gives a heavy sigh and pulls out her magic finder and proceeds to tell him which store has the item in stock. She starts to turn from him when he asks if she could give him the address. She tells him the cross streets and he again asks for the address. She rolls her eyes and gives him the cross streets. At this point, Im about ready to twist her ear but decide it best not to physically attack a sales associate. Instead I say You know, this gentleman is asking very nicely for your help and you are grunting and rolling your eyes like a child. Do you not realize that your job is to assist customers? Now be nice and help him. I walked away fuming. I check myself out and stop to report her behavior to a gentleman working at the store and he begins to laugh and says These young kids, thats how they are. I ask, so, you think its ok for your associates to act disrespectful to customers? I said I didnt ask you to fire her, but is that how you train employees to respond?. He immediately wiped the smile off his face and said Um, Ill talk to her. I seriously doubt that he did because hes probably afraid to correct someone on the payroll for not doing a proper job. Where the heck has common courtesy gone and why would a forty year old man be hesitant about correcting poor behavior from an employee? Target stores, its time to do some proper training! #target

If youre looking to buy pokemon cards at the Garden Grove location dont bother. I saw a bunch of cards on the shelf and when I tried to buy it the employee there stopped me and took them all away saying that theyre protecting it for other customers and I need to queue up to buy them (I already signed up for the queue but never got any notification). I signed up for the queue again and an hour later I got the notification that the cards are ready but guess what the employee there said some1 bought them all. Whats the point of this system if you cant even buy it when its your turn? I read other reviews and people said the employee here prevent customers from buying pokemon cards because they can buy it themselves and resell them for triple the price due to low stock. This really does seem to be the case...

If you want trading cards at this location best believe youll have issues with these two employees Kristen and Jarin. Jarin is collector himself and purchases product while on the clock and makes it unfair for everybody else that wait for hours. Theyre rude and will make up policies just for the customer to not be able to get any. For their employees keep everything.

They have now included cold groceries for Drive-Up and Store Pick-up which they didnt have before. It makes shopping easier through this pandemic. Parking at this location sucks so shopping online and picking up at their designated spots is very helpful!

Target will not display signs of what items are 1 item per checkout throughout their store. Except when you get to the cashier and then theres this itty-bitty sign with the tiniest font displayed out of sight. Im trying to buy paper towels, turns out the staff will harass you about picking up 3 sets of the two packs, its the up and up brand cuz its cheap and all I can afford. They want you to spend more money on a more expensive six pack, but they were out of six packs. How convenient, they only have 12 packs left. All the while the staff are giving me a hard time at checkout when its scanned and trying to pay. Listen Target, Im not the problem, just a dude trying to buy some cheap paper towels who had no idea there was a quantity limit. There were still plenty of two packs left, atleast a dozen when I grabbed them.

Worst Target in the history of Targets! This store used to be so much better 3-4 years ago, would choose this location versus 17st NW in Santa Ana. Have been there three times since this whole pandemic has started. One out of two was an online pick up which went by smoothly. The store is gross, items piling up in the customer service checkout, as if they do not have time to restock their go backs. Worst part is the way they are directing the lines. They have one older Asian- American gentleman directing the lines, it curves over to the center of the store. Of course people seem to be uncivilized, with no respect or regard to the order of the line. Today as I am waiting in line, he asked if anyone is self checkout, 4 people got out of the line (Guy behind me cut in front of me) two of the 4 were directed to the self checkout isles, meanwhile me and another woman were asked to get back in line, told we would be called on. Now at this point the line has already reached passed the childrens clothes, tried to get back to where I was since I was the 4th in line. At this point the woman that was behind me starts being confrontational about the entire situation, arguing about my place in line. I totally get it, it looks like I cut her off, however that entire interaction could have been avoided if they did a better job at monitoring/directing their lines. Needless to say this will be the final time I frequent the Brookhurst location. Demographic that goes to this store does not seem to know how to respect one another. Plus the way this store is ran is awful, need better management. Target should be more than willing to pay their employees better, also not under staff!

The Target store on Brookhurst and Westminter has always been my favorite place to shop. The employees are professional and friendly.

Manager alejandro v. Very rude and unhelpful during these hard times. I recently lost my purse and Ive been trying to replace my drivers license card and the D.M.V. has been closed for two months and there is no replacing it till god knows when. I tried to make a simple return to this target and I come with a copy of my drivers license which I had to get from a hospital by the way and even after explaining all my recent misfortunes to Alex he still would not accept my copy of my drivers license and insisted I had to have actual drivers license How un American is target when they cant compromise with customers during these hard and troubled times. I would not shop at this target people

I have TRIED to shop at this store on numerous occasions, however I have experienced the employees generally to be extremely rude and incompetent. After my visit tonight, I doubt that Ill ever return...in fact I left my merchandise at the register and told the cashier nevermind and I left! I DO have to say that my interaction with a staff member in electronics and the parking lot were the exceptions tonight. In the past, I tried to purchase a cell phone but NO ONE in the store knew how to sell me one...they suggested I go to the mall! Tonight, I asked for a gift receipt but the cashier didnt know how so she asked a coworker and he didnt know either, so I asked another cashier but she didnt know either!

I decided on that score because they didnt serve me the way I wanted. I went to buy paw patrol toys and there was a 15 percent discount and when I went to turn it off, no, they werent on discount.
