Had their steak and eggs breakfast, the steak was well seasoned and tender. The Jamaica drink is good, you can taste the freshness of it. The conchitas they give you are nice and warm. Will come back to try their crepes.

We came for visit, was craving for crepe, and found one nearby, thought would give a try. One of the best crepe I had, crunchy out layer and super soft inside the center, taste blended in well. And great service! It’s a go again! Must try the Toast too !

When you park your car you immediately hear the upbeat music coming from the restaurant. I m in love with the vibe and was seated right away. It was not packed when I came in at 9:15 am on a Tuesday Morning. I m a simple woman who loves good food. My 1st time here I order the classic breakfast. The pancakes were on point and was fresh. My server had such a nasty attitude. I asked for coffee and reminded her 20 minutes later. She very confrontationally told me she would get it as soon as she had the time. Meanwhile, people who came in after me got their food before I got my coffee. Then I got my pancakes and she ran away. Then she brought every other part of our breakfast separately. They also had no butter, I had no silverware, no coffee refill. You literally have to ask for everything you need, so annoying! Especially when it only comes out when they feel like bringing it... and you have to deal with their attitude. Everyone elses waiter seemed ok...

Its more hype than anything. The menu very welcoming with simple literature, easy to understand. The food itself its mediocre and not the portion for the cost in my opinion. The beans taste like can beans, the chilaquiles sauce (red spicy) like nachocheese with salsa in it its weird taste. Overall it was ok tho. I wouldnt eat here often but I would come back to try something different. The lady forgot to give our utensils and napkins. The drink is like a kid size drink which is crazy for charging 5 to 9 bucks a drink.

I love this place for breakfast! It has so many delicious options. I have tried quite a few of their offerings but I really like their Chilaquiles. They taste almost as good as how my mom makes them! They offer spicy and non spicy but I always pick spicy. And the spicy level is very good. Their pancakes and crepes are also good. I used to come here before when it was next door and it was a much smaller suite. Now its a much bigger dining area and its more comfortable to dine in. The wait can be long on weekends but if youre willing to wait its well worth it. The quality is top tier here. While you wait for your food they give you a small sample of the Mexican Conchas offered by a nearby business called Panecito which has good Conchas as well. Definitely make this a spot to try. Also, the coffee is great, they have French vanilla and hazelnut as creamer.

Service was slow. They didnt have some of the items that we wanted. My coffee was cold, and I asked for a new cup. Part of the power was out, and thats the excuse that we were given for not having all items available. There were only 8 people in the restaurant, including my table.

Really wanted to like this place, it has a very attractive menu with food that looks delicious but in my opinion for breakfast items, is a bit overpriced. Unfortunately the food lacked much seasoning and flavor. I got the value chilaquiles plate which was no more than just hot salsa on chips hardly a good or memorable dish. Aside from that the service wasnt terrible but it was also not great we never got refills on our tiny cups of coffee and my daughter never got her side of ranch. After we got our plates I alerted the server of needing condiment of ranch and a refill on coffee and it wasnt until I flagged our server down when we were done eating that I saw them again . On the upside the complimentary pan Dulce was warm fresh and delicious probably the best thing about our visit today.

First of all, the woman who seats people is not friendly, the menu cards are all mixed up, they sat my husband and I at a table in the middle and we were the first of 3 pairs of 2 people behind us, I told her The woman could move us to another table that is next to the wall and said no because there are a lot of people! Our surprise was that he seated a parent of 2 in the place I asked for, and to top it off he began to take the order from the teacher who arrived after us! Furthermore, when he put the cutlery almost on top of my hands, he put it without politeness, he didnt even ask for permission, what a horrible, very bad restaurant, even if they gave me the food, I wouldnt go back in there, what a bad experience! Excellent customer service. Very clean place even the bathrooms are very clean. The server kept asking us if everything was okay and if we needed any else. Will go back again. Parking: There is plenty of parking inside and on the streets also. Kid-friendliness: Kids friendly they even have a kids menu. Plenty of choices for kids to pick.

The food was very delicious. I had the sirloin and eggs, it had mushrooms and onions. The meat had a very good flavor. Also tried the asada and chilaquiles plate. The sauce had a nice kick to it. The shakes were good aswell. The best thing is they start you off with a mini Conchita, so good. The mazapan crepe, was on point too. The service was excellent get Maria if you come.

On June 24th, we walk in as a big group with students and April was our server. She was amazing, attentive, polite, and great server. Even though we were more than 40 she managed really well to attend each and one of us. The food came out in a reasonable time and it was delicious. 100% recommended. We got seated at 11:04 and they took 30 minutes just to ask for our order and that s because I had to ask a sweeper to tell the waitress to take our order already. Then we waited another 30 mins for our food to arrive. Other tables that were seated after us got their food quick. They didn t even check on us to see if we needed anything. Horrible experience.

April, our waitress at Loaded Cafe, truly exceeded our expectations. She embodies the essence of Loaded Cafe to the fullest. When we return, we will specifically request Aprils exceptional service. The food was outstanding as well - I enjoyed a delicious top sirloin steak and eggs, while my wife savored the chilaquiles with eggs & beans. In general I liked everything about this place. It is a place that I would return to and I definitely recommend it. It took about 30 minutes from entering to order, getting food had to wait 15 minutes for utensils (fork only) forgot about my drink. Never came back to make sure everything was okay. Only 3 empemployees working during brunch it wasnt crowded and the service sucked and the food took a long time thats crazy. I bought people from out of the country and it sucked to get treated so rudely and unprofessional. WE will definitely never return even to the other locations because of their services.

Ordered the sausage breakfast burrito substitute bacon and add beans. Tasted very good. Size was average. Service was a little slow for food to come out but I understandably so due to food modifications. Everyone else also agreed that food tastes good. Preferred the house made salsa (green) rather than the bottles on the table. The Conchas given before the meal were a nice touch. Entrance/Exit door had an annoying chime. Would go back to try other items on the menu.

The food and customer service were satisfactory, but I noticed that the staff appeared to be disorganized. My main concern was that they prioritized the preparation of the pancakes, hash-browns, tenders, and fries, leaving my omelette for last. Consequently, my food sat in the window for a while before my omelette was finally ready. Despite this, I would still consider visiting the restaurant again.

My son found this place on Instagram and we went based on the pictures. First off there was quite a wait but at least they had a texting system in place. We sat down about 40 minutes later. It was very crowded and we were seated really close to another party so that was uncomfortable. Their AC was not on so it was super hot. Overall it was worth it. I got the Carmel stuffed French Toast combo and it was amazing but the combo part i.e. eggs, hash browns, and sausage were on the skimpy side. Then it was time to pay and they charged me $2.67 if we did not pay in cash . Luckily I had some cash or else I would have paid a surcharge. I thought that was weird. So I recommend this place just come early, bring cash, and ask to be seated in a table in the middle of the restaurant so you dont sit close to anyone else.

It didnt meet expectations, the price of the food is not worth it for the taste, its not bad but there are better places, much richer and cheaper. To say the least the food is not worth what you are paying for. The food is bald and up priced for no reason. I had a banana Nutella shake, the shake tasted like pure banana the Nutella was only placed on the brim of the cup. The service is really slow and they honestly don t come up to check up on you just in case you need anything in addition. I honestly say you re better off spending this amount of money at The Pan, their food and customer service is top notch.

Had a wonderful breakfast. Server April was just the best. The pancakes and crepes made perfect first meal for the day. As it was our first visit, we were treated to 2 of their house specialty (1) Concha (2) carrot cake special ! Their concha was soft fluffy buns covered with red or green icing. Amazing. Great place to bring the kids !

Before it was one of my favorite places but the service is bad, before they served the small place very well but they just moved and it got worse, I dont know if its because they have little staff and the owners are idiots who dont want to hire staff, I fell the coffee and they never cleaned the floor, we ate on top of the puddle and the truth is the food is much more expensive than Norms, IHOP, Dennys to give you an idea some dads with cheese and 3 oz of meat $17 dollars for a breakfast than Norms It costs you $13.99 here it costs you $17.99 and for them to give such poor service, of course. The empty and dirty tables. Before it was a good restaurant in all aspects but for some time now it has been neglected, I repeat I dont know if its the owner who doesnt want to pay to hire more staff and the waiters cant even if they want to, or the waiters who are worth it, in Finally, there have been several times that we have not been satisfied

The food never disappoints! Strawberry banana brioche French toast combo. My waitress was super sweet! The restaurant is great for an individual or family dining.

We had the best first experience! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Angel our server was so polite and cheerful. He was also very patient and assisted us with making a selection since it was our first time. Give him a raise! We will be back for sure!
