Then when I finally got to the ordering speaker booth, the order taker was quiet, so I wasn't sure if the system was working or not. When I said hello a few times, the man shouted out that I needed to wait because he was handling many orders. So, I said thank you, and drove off.
I guess McDonald's doesn't want my business.

I contacted support to refund and replace my points, they forwarded my request to the restaurant for some reason and I waited 13 days to follow up and the image is their response. I'd rather write this review for how poorly the app and customer service is, and do a charge back. Guess I'll just lose my points and they can suffer this bad review in return.

This McDonald’s is different. I think it’s locally owned and the kids that work. There are all awesome even though they go away to college or whatever they do it’s always a great staff. Food is always made consistently the same.

The manager is super unprofessional and super problematic I’ve had two incidents one with Uber eats where she cancelled my order even after I told her it was okay to get a substitute for something else, and the second time she wouldn’t allow my husband to pick up my order because my phone wasn’t present even though he had the mobile order code and everything. She is obviously in the wrong field of customer service. She is the reason why I avoid my local McDonald’s and rather go to a different location.

Tonight must been training night on 03/29/24. And thats OK. Because ordering a fish fillet without anything on it sometimes is a challenge w how to punch it into the computer, I get that.... But whats not tolerable is the bottom half of the Big Mac bun i ordered was absolutely hard as a rock. I mean, like brick hard. Now, how does that actually happen at a place like McDonalds on York Blvd? Where exactly was this bun that it could become hard as a rock ....during peak hours? Im figuring its been at least a day sitting out, maybe longer. This is not the first time Ive had bad food issues with this restaurant. So when I go to get my money back, do I get some credit to make up for the gas it costs to go back over to get my money back? Please, whoever owns this place annotate the people running the show, or in this case, not running the show. They need to make note of it. Or is it the owner? The least the manager could do would say, hi Im sorry were out of buns except for this one thats been sitting out for a day and a half. Its hard as a rock... would you like it? Jocelyn in drive thru, had a bad attitude. Asked if frappe machine was working before I ordered and she acted like she didnt hear me and ignored me more than once when trying to plavr order. Then I gave her a code for $2 off frappe and she didnt input it and charged me full price. When I was trying to tell her she ignored me and had a bad attitude the whole time, she said to deal with it with her manager and walked away when i was taking trying to make her fix her mistake. The reason for the one star is the attitude given by the manager. I placed an order at the drive thru speaker and gave a code for a reward I was using. When I got to the window I paid and waited for my order. A few moments later the manager shows up to the window and says that I shouldve said what the code was for (but in a demeaning way as if I was a child). Little did I know that I also had to say what the code was for, as I thought the code would say what I was using it for. This was an honest mistake made but his tone and demeanor was not appropriate. He couldve just said please make sure you tell the attendant what the code is for since the computer/ machine does not clarify this. I wouldve understood and moved on. But there is no reason to treat and talk to people this way. Hopefully if youre reading this, just know that you need to confirm what youre redeeming with your points.

Pre-covid, this was my favorite McDonalds for decades and were so friendly with an extra Parking Lot access by Alley. Now, it is the Worse! I had the worst experience with the cashier at night, a girl all disheveled and with a very bad attitude (she is a girl with red hair) I asked her for my receipt and she told me that they didnt give receipts in that place, then she gave me the incomplete change and I told her That he was wrong and he told me that he had given me all the change and that I wanted to steal money from him and then they ignored me and when someone gave me the money they gave me a lot of coins that in the end it was still incomplete I hope they do something about it and hire qualified personnel
