Hooters of Long Beach

Came in on a Sunday evening. They were busy but still had availability. Service was attentive and nice. I had the buffalo wings, burger, onion rings, waffle fries and quesadilla. The buffalo wings were OK, the burger was good on the medium size but fulfilling. My highlight was the onion rings they were on the soft side and were delicious, you won't find this type of onion ring elsewhere. The quesadilla was a good portion and delicious. Overall a good experience with the food and service.

They catered to my party or 37 clients that are in recovery. For such a large party with no reservations they were able to accommodate us. Service was great and in a timely fashion.

When we arrived, we were asked if we would be tipping before being seated, which set an unwelcoming tone. Nonetheless, our server was initially pleasant, and we proceeded with our meal.

The experience took a disappointing turn as we finished and paid the $200 bill while leaving a $30 tip. Two servers approached us, and one asked if we were leaving soon. I jokingly replied, “Dang, you kicking us out?” She started to laugh, but her coworker, with a sailors hat, cut in abruptly, saying, “Yes, you need to hurry up because we have people trying to come in, and you’re taking up space.” Given that there were over 13 open tables, this felt uncalled for and made us uncomfortable.

I raised my concern with the manager, who left briefly to “investigate.” During the wait, other servers approached us, attempting to downplay the situation, explaining that the server in question was “just like that” and claiming it wasn’t meant to come off as rude. Meanwhile, the original server was pacing nearby, cursing under her breath and telling us to “hurry up and get the hell out of here.”

The manager returned with a quick sorry but did not acknowledge our concerns fully. Although he granted a refund for the meal, he refused to refund the tip, responding dismissively, “Too bad, you aren’t getting it back.”

This experience did not meet the level of hospitality I associate with Hooters. I'll probably never return to a hooters establishment again due to this experience.

Family friendly sports bar and fun energy while watching games. Big screen TVs at every angle. I like how they label the TVs with the games being shown so you can sit and watch your favorite teams up close. If you enjoy hot wings and burgers vibe then you'll like Hooters. I ordered the buffalo shrimp. The shrimp were regular size although they were surprisingly flavorful. Service is ok. The food arrived quickly. Our server was sweet. Busy location as it was during the 1pm Sunday kickoff. Located in a prime spot by the pike downtown.

I recently visited Hooters with some friends and was initially disappointed by the inattentive service we received by Juliana . Just as we were about to leave, Lily, one of the server , greeted us warmly and completely turned our evening around. Her attentive and friendly service made our experience so much better. Lily is truly the best and deserves recognition for her outstanding work!

The hooters were just ok, service was goodish. The bartender barely spoke to me and my husband. The restaurant was nice but the bathrooms were horrible! Womens bathroom Smelled like sewer. 2 stalls that I used looked like theyve never been cleaned. Dust covered the walls, toilet paper dispenser and feminine product trash (which falling off the wall i n 2 of the stalls). Toilet looked like ot had never been cleaned. Marker graffiti on the door which can be easoly be cleaned off with rubbing alcohol. Only 1 of 3 sinks worked. In mens restroom, there was trash in the the urine and 1 of the sinks didnt work.

This was not one of the best Hooters locations I have been to. The food was decent, but not great. The service was a little below average. And the girls working seemed kind of stuck up and snooty. And to make matters worse, right after about 6 or 7 new tables of customers came to in to eat within about 25 minutes, they cut a server so they only had 2 servers to deal with all of these new tables. Not good at all. The girls also were really pushing merchandise. I heard them ask every table a bunch of times including me. The way you sell merchandise to customers is to make the visit fun and great, not by just asking a bunch of times. I almost would have bought some merchandise if I had a better time.

This is the worse hooters Ive ever been to. The wings were fish like tasting and old. They forgot my sliders in my order. Refused to correct their mistake and the tater. Tots, were supposed to be loaded with bacon, onion and cheese and sour cream, and they were cold ice cold with a couple pieces of bacon and some cheese. I ordered the wings crispy and saucy. They came with nothing on them.The only thing good was the celery, and the blue cheese Manager was useless

We were there to just enjoy a couple of drinks while waiting for a water shuttle. The service was extremely slow for what appeared to be a very quiet period of the day. Not only the ordering of drinks, but the time it took to get the drinks and then we waited for what seemed like an eternity to get any attention to pay our bill. Service was otherwise just OK, a little outgoing personality would go a long way.

Tiana our server was great, attentive and despite being so busy on tie 4th we were in and out in 45 min. Plenty of time to get boarded on boat for fireworks show. We had fish and chips, fish sandwich, 15 smoked wings, 1/2 lb of shrimp and all was fresh, tasty the beat cod we ve had in a while

I had a great time hanging out here while waiting for my flight. Sarah on the bar was great and so was Juliana but all the girls were really friendly and it was nice anc clean with a good atmosphere. Wings and curly fries were great, Caesar salad a bit disappointing but its not a place to come for salads! Highly recommend if you are in the area.

My little family and i had a good time at this location on memorial day we ordered the Loaded Tater Tots 12 Buffalo shrimp and 20 piece of Flats hooters original chicken wings half Datona Beach sweet and a Lil bit spicy and other half Lemon pepper iykyk m daughter had a soda oh and we also went around happy hour so I got the blackberrie margarita and it Was $2 off which was nice and it was really delicious my Honey got Long Beach Ice tea it was ok I think the bar didnt know how to make it but good food and good atmosphere over all the shrimp were so good we ordered a 2nd batch right before we left to take with us so our total was $105 and some change and tipped $24 so we packed up and went on our way to walk around the pike I say maybe 30-45 min later I realized we left all of our food and my special needs daughter started to sign for food so I called to see if they maybe put it to the side the man said he did think it was still there so we went back over there to check for ourselves I got there and it was gone i was so sad so i seen the the waitress Abigail and she said oh I didnt clear the table( I bet she cleaned that tip though ) anyway I ask to speak to the manager to see if there was anything they could do since we come there all the time so the Manager Mario explained he couldnt verify anything and it was my fault it was not on them so no there was nothing he could do so after explaining to him further he had a change of heart and said he could not give our food back free but he could give us a discount on the food if I reordered so I went ahead and ordered for the sake of my kid and reordered the shrimp and wings so for a beautiful day out at Hooters it cost us $105.91- Original meal $24- Tip $41.83- Discount meal GRAND TOTAL: 171.74 The moral of the story dont forget your leftovers!!!!!!! I ordered the wings, curly fries, and pretzels. The wings had absolutely no flavor, the fries were burnt and the pretzel cheese is definitely not beer cheese. The cheese tasted like it was from a can of tostitos and the ranch was from a bottle of hidden valley. Hooters corporate should really get serious about quality control.

Our Server was nice. Didnt catch her name because she didnt introduced herself. But overall the wait time was not bad considering it was St. Patrick day. It wasnt that busy so I felt we could of got more attention from our server. I had order a drink and she forgot about it. No complaints about it though, I know it can overwhelming. Last night was my first time at hooters and I decided to take two of my guy friends with me. Unfortunately our experience was not good. The first red flag, one of my friends who was completely sober because he had surgery the day before had his eyes closed at one point in the beginning of the night and the manager I assume, It was a man wearing a black collard shirt, I didn t get his name but he came up to my friend and told him he couldn t close his eyes ??? Then proceeded to look at us the entire night like absolutely weird behavior. The food was terrible with no flavor whatsoever so I returned my fries and asked for at least some salt because they had nothing on them they tasted like cardboard. The waitress said so you want us to add salt and pepper? And I m so surprised they don t add anything to their fries initially like what... I had to ask for it so that says A LOT about their food. Also she was not nice about it. We ate what we could but it was almost nothing because it was an absolute chore to eat. I still left a $25 cash tip because I m a restaurant owner in Long Beach so I know what it s like but they probably thought I was just a normal girl anyways NEVER AGAIN. Be sure to stay away from here if you don t want to be looked at weird by staff the entire night. This staff needs to learn more about service etiquette. Good luck to them!

Our server was nice, but she did not take care of us at all. We kept having to ask for everything. She didnt even check on us to see if we needed refills, we kept having to ask for silverware. She kept walking past us and asking other people if they wanted or needed. But boy just awful service. We even went to go sit. At the bar and again, only one girl would check on us. Everybody else would just ignore us. Definitely. They need to be retrained on how to properly take care of your customers !

This place has always been a top place for getting out and having comfort food for the game and drinking with your friends, and the service was spot on. I also took some friends from out of the country, and they enjoyed the vibe there. Recommend getting there before 4 pm on a Saturday, and valet will be busy so be prepared.

Tried a new Hooters. In Long Beach by the water. Parking sucks but only paid 3 dollars for the hour I was there. Started off with the pretzel and cheese. Came out hot perfectly cooked. Then tried their Hooters Orignal platter. 6 shrimp 6 boneless and 6 regular. Shrimp home run. Regular epic fail. Boneless were good just not a fan of BBQ sauce. Up inches air if I return.
