The Stand - American Classics Redefined

Today was my first time coming here, about 3:30pm. It wasn't crowded for a late Friday afternoon. My niece and I were able to order right away and we sat outside. They have inside and outside seating and it was all pretty open. The lady who took our orders name was Kimberly and she was very nice and gave recommendations. I ordered the Veggie Bliss Burger, my niece ordered the Short Rib Grilled Cheese Standwich, and we ordered Stand Fries to share. Both of our meals were delicious and very filling. I barely managed to eat all my burger and my niece took half her sandwich to go. I'll definitely go back whenever I return this way again. I'm very pleased with the service, the food, and the atmosphere. Even opting to sit outside, all the tables were clean and the area was ready and available for people to sit without a mess being there from prior customers.

Food and service were above expectation! Sweet staffs checked in with us a few times to see if we need anything and also recommended different sauces, which was really good! I am impressed with how much they try to make customers happy! we didn't even have left overs because everything was so good! I had a brisket sandwich and my sister had Havarti shoom burger! Also try their cookie butter shake!! Tasted like I was on a date with Biscoff cookie 😋

Been here twice first time ordered for my family of six. Four kids all the burgers were cooked to medium rare for kids they hated it but it was good! Me and wife decided to go back again yesterday this time we got asked what temp we want burgers we said well done they were still pink on the inside and also after 35 minutes we got our order brought to us burger wasn’t hot nor was the fries the were hard kind of rubbery and cold we asked for fries fresh we waited and waited and ended up eating entire burgers with two cups of soda but no fries still I went back to get a refund on fries was then ask if we still wanted the fries the refund we was told that we could leave and money will come back later but we decided to wait for the manager we let him know what happen also told him burger temps wasn’t good now twice on separate visits he didn’t seem to care or apologize actually look a little upset he also was eating a burger while serving people and preparing food for customers which is unacceptable the customer service was only good from the cashier this is a good place but I would consider going to a new location that has a better leadership and can actually hit the temps of the burgers

The service was great and attentive, if you look around and see all the employee's eating here; that has to tell you something about the food...it's really good. Try that watermelon mint option drink. The ABC burger was moist and flavorfull; also you should ask for a few sauces when ordering and pickup some of the chips and those pickles...wonder if they're flavored? Dip those chips in the sauce to jazz em up. The brookie shake was the bomb; you gotta get that...The place was clean and my first time in this chain; good stuff.

Honestly I had so much more hope for this place. First off the burgers are small. I was expecting like 5 guys quality at least and burger size is smaller than a in and out double double. The toppings were inadequate. Worse than burger king. We ordered the fire fries and they came out cold. Honestly shocked these guys received 5 stars on Google. Wouldn't come back. Only thing that I'm happy with is the beer and the fact the cashier at the front was transparent about how long it would take for the food came out. 30-45 mins..... Also asked server to turn on heat lamp on the outside patio and he couldn't even do that.

Food here is quite expensive. I forget that this is the new normal at many restaurants now, many of the entrees were over 11$. What I liked about coming here was that my friends had a BOGOF entree on the app so I was able to try some of the food here for free. I had a southwest chicken wrap which was not that bad but it was not amazing either.

One thing I noticed was how busy it was here too. There were tons of people here watching a baseball game and there was only one guy running the food to tables. He seemed really stressed out and overworked and there was also only one guy at the cash registers.

Despite this seeming lack of workers, the food we ordered came out rather quickly, in no more than ten minutes.

Great food! $12.99 for good chicken burger full of flavor, slight crunch texture on chicken, fabulous hot sauce! Falafel wrap was great too with good homemade sauces! Excellent service and considerate waitstaff who stopped by regularly to ask if any issues. Cute interior and feel. Im picky with my money and what I put in my body and dont mind a little more $ for much better quality than In and Out. Will be back!

The service was great but the food was horrible. My food was semi warm and felt like the microwave portions of it. My basket was semi cold and the bun was cold. The burger lacked taste. My chili cheese fries were not tasty at all. Omega Burgers is definitely better.

They should lower the AC & their burger prices ($12.75). I enjoyed The Stand IPA but only got it because it was the cheapest ($6.50). They should do happy hour. I dont expect to return soley based on the price; 2 burgers (taste comparable to The Habit), 2 beers, no sides, $44 +tip. Parking: Easy on a Friday afternoon.

The Stand Burger is great. Join email list and get the app for best prices and specials. The ABC Burger is second best. The Onion Stack is also good. Get them medium cooked and they are done right for sure.

Amazing food, awesome service and menu has so many options of personal favorites I will have to make sure we get through them all lol. Vegetarian options: I did not look at the menu from a Vegan or vegetarian perspective but I chose a Falafel wrap which happens to be Vegan and it was amazing. Dietary restrictions: I am not Vegan however, I ordered the Falafel wrap which is a Vegan option. I highly recommend it.

The food was pretty good, I went with my family and we were all stuffed, we all got sides of fries but we could not finish them because we were stuffed. Their shakes are amazing. The one thing that was bad was the egg on the burger I got, the thicker white part around the yoke wasn t cooked enough, so I took it off which is sad. But other than that the burger was great. Parking: Its right by a shopping center so there is more then enough parking.

This is the burger joint to try if you are anywhere near or passing thru. I know you will be tempted to just eat at the many other locations around, but trust me. This is the burger you want. I recently visited the Stand and had an excellent experience! The restaurant offers plenty of seating, making it a comfortable spot for groups or solo diners. Even during peak hours, the line moves quickly, so you wont have to wait long to enjoy your meal. The menu boasts a wide variety of food options beyond just burgers, catering to diverse tastes. I was particularly impressed by the homemade chips they were delicious and perfectly crispy. Theres also a decent beer selection, which pairs nicely with the flavorful and juicy burgers. 15 minute wait to get a just ok burger at a low capacity time of day. Swiss cheese not available. Cashier was helpful; but unaware of the uniqueness of Vienna hot dogs. Theyre hot dogs. Best part for me was the fresh and bright tasting PICKLES! The facility is well designed, Id appreciate a menu along the wall in the line. Regulars will know what they want to order, but casual and new customers (especially those of us wearing glasses) would have our orders ready if we could check out the menu BEFORE we got to the counter.

Online catering order (individual boxed meals) is easy and convenient for work meetings. The food was ontime and service was friendly. As soon as I placed my order, I received a confirmation phone call. There was one error on one of our meals, but everyone enjoyed the food.

We love the Stand. The food is great! It does get really busy so be prepared to hunt for a table but people typically don t stay all that long. What a bright and cheery place to come and have dinner with your family or friends. Even a date would go over here. While the menu is a bit quirky it is sure to please a variety of palates. With options ranging from burgers to sandwiches, hotdogs to melts, there is something for everyone. Don t forget to sign up for the app and scan it when you buy. The points add up. This is the third time we have dined here. The customer service is always kind, the restaurant is clean, and the food is delicious! Saint helped us our first visit and he was incredibly kind and patient as we explored the menu, asked questions, and set up our app. Vegetarian options: You can ask to have any burger subbed with a veggie patty at no extra cost!

The steak salad is my new fav salad. Very savory and unique- exotic and healthy. I m a high protein person when I go out, this was incredible. The staff- like the ole days of professional- smiles- helpful- understanding staff. I did not get a cold( temperature )feeling in this place as some restaurants have . It was fresh and bright yet temperature warm ..felt like home . Cozy yet open concept. Coming back for the frozen Paloma frosty. Try it !

Outstanding Burgers at reasonable prices, but they are more than just a burger place. My girlfriend had the seared tuna sandwich which was incredible because I got a bite.
