1st time here, overall rating 9.2/10. Ordered the 4-2-1 iced coffee drink. The taste is fantastic (I actually said this aloud) with just enough sweetness to get your sugar kick and enough taste of the coffee that you feel less guilty about what you offered. Full flavored 9.4/10 coffee drink.

Location was clean but small. The staff are nice. Allowed me to stay in the store even after closing to enjoy the coffee indoors. Would go back again.

We’ve been searching for a legit bagel shop for the last week and I think we found it! Cassidy’s is super cute and in a nice neighborhood. We ordered several bagels with cream cheese to go and everything came out super fast. I didn’t like the undercooked bacon my on bacon jalapeño cheese bagel, but not taking away any stars for it. I’m sure it’s someone’s jam, just not mine. Everyone there was super nice and helpful. I’ll definitely be back next time I visit!

The BEST bagels I have ever had. So fluffy & delicious!!! If you’re in the area this place is an absolute must. We were in town for a few days & wanted to try as many restaurants as we could, but after getting breakfast here the first day we ended up going back every single day. Their signature 4-2-1 coffee was delicious. I also highly recommend their donut breakfast sandwich! Also, their prices aren’t bad at all in my opinion, considering the location. Comparable to Starbucks prices if not a little bit cheaper even.

Check your order before you leave! Bagels switched on our sandwich orders and missing 2 items I paid for! Bacon is also more raw than cooked. Frustrating to get home and be disappointed because they are usually so good!!

Cassidy’s Corner Cafe in Bixby Knolls, California is the spot to go. They're serving up freshly baked bagels, coffee and delicious sandwiches daily. What keeps me coming back to Cassidy’s Corner Cafe - Bixby Knolls? It's the quality of the food and service that keeps me coming back for more. I've been a loyal customer since their grand opening in July of 2020. Cassidy’s is located at 3846 Atlantic Avenue in Long Beach, California. The bagel shop is open 7 days a week from 6:00 am - 2:00 pm. No indoor dining yet but they have a nice outdoor patio in the front of the shop. Come early because some of the specialty bagels sell out quick.

I ordered the Cassidy’s Club sandwich along with their Signature 4-2-1 Ice Coffee yesterday. Today, I'm having another delicious Cassidy’s Club sandwich with their sweet Thai Ice Tea. My sandwiches came with turkey, crispy bacon, avocado, tomatoes, red onions, lettuce and dijon mustard with my choice of an Asiago bagel. I love the fact that Cassidy’s uses quality Boar's Head Premium product for their sandwiches. Using quality ingredients is always a recipe for success. Today, my club sandwich came with my favorite quote " You can be anywhere in the world...and you chose Cassidy’s." Food Ive had is great, the people are great, the location is great. However, the signature 4-2-1s here, especially the half gallons, are just weak. It just tastes like more cream and sugar than coffee. The Los Coyotes & Spring location does them much better.

So I was kindve upset with my visit. I did not even know this place existed until I saw it was apart of the Santa con event. When I came in to order the bagel bombs the guy instantly was annoyed even though I did order an actual bagel that was amazing. I could tell he was annoyed that I was coming in for a free item. Which to me is like why join it if you dont want to do it. Anyway I was vending the event as well and I heard people saying the bagel bombs were supposed to be filled with cream cheese and they werent. I guess that is the whole point of the bagel bombs which kindve makes me more upset that they ddnt want to do theitem they agreed to do and then didnt even do the item correctly. I dont know I just did not love that but the bagel I purchased was quite delicious.

If you order delivery, make sure to tell the driver to ask for your drink. This place always forgets my drink. I believe the drivers when they say they werent given a drink because this has happened more than once. Especially for overpriced drinks. They also cant get an order right. Im ordering from YOUR menu, get it right.

I wouldn t call these bagels. Bagels are supposed to be crunchy on the outside and chewy and soft on the inside. These are dense and fluffy underbaked blobs of dough. Bummer moving here from NYC and this being the only local option.

Really wanted to like this place. Ordered the abc, and it was ok. The bagels are visibly not good in the display and sure enough, way too dense and not chewy enough. The bacon was too thin and there wasnt enough cream cheese. Could not taste the pepper Avocado was quality tho.

Ordered an egg bagel with egg and cream cheese. Egg was cold in the middle and tasted like a piece of rubber. Possibly microwaved way too long. Bagels are pretty disappointing. Very dense. Einstein bagels are better which is saying a lot.

They never pick up the phone. Placing an order over the phone is impossible. I once called at least 10x and no answer. Its like they force you to walk in. Another thing Ive noticed is they charge you when you want to swap something but the other locations allow to swap without the upcharge. The food is amazing but the service is enough to make me rethink

I will not buy from this store ever again. I noticed a charge on my cc from them that I did not make. Im currently disputing it and closed my cc. I advise you to not go there. I also bought a bagel sandwich, in cash, from Cassidys and they didnt put any meat in the sandwich. I had to drive back and get it exchanged. Avoid!!

Best bagels in Long Beach! Desi Bagel, Lox, and Joes Special are all delicious. Im not a huge fan of their lunch sandwich bagels, but its a top breakfast/brunch place for me. I find their drinks VERY sweet (I do not like their signature coffee), but I enjoy the matcha nonetheless. I have gotten it with a shot of espresso to temper the sweetness. Reasonable prices for delicious bagels. Only complaint is that sometimes, especially on Sundays, online order-ahead is ready 20-30 minutes behind the estimated time from their website --- thats quite a lot. But since their food is 6 stars, that brings it down to 5 ;)

SO GOOD. Signature 4-2-1 iced coffee is some of the best coffee I ve had in a while; not too sweet or too strong. Love that you can buy it in a jug, my workplace has also been obsessed. Also had the ABC bagel and it was delicious! Avocado was fresh, bacon was nice and crispy and the bagel was toasted to perfection. Love this place, definitely recommend trying it.

My family and I gave this place a try because its next door to my daughters cooking classes. What caught our attention was that customers were coming after they had already closed shaking the door, peeking through the windows and cursing. My husband and I decided to see what all the fuss was about and MAN! The food was excellent. You could taste the freshness in everything we had. They mastered the cream cheese to bagel ratio. The bagels were fresh and the cream cheese flavors we ordered were outstanding ( full of flavor). Even the beverages we ordered were delicious. The sandwiches were just as flavorful and yummy. And not to mention the EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Each staff member was polite, helpful and welcoming. We are officially forever customers. Thank You Cassidys Corner Cafe!!!

I have visited this place several times over the years and always received excellent service. Though, it seems, I never actually stopped to read the sign outside. I just took my Friends word for it, that it was called the Bixby Knolls Cafe, and only just learned that is a shortened, incomplete, name for the joint. You can have a very good breakfast/brunch served there, though it gets quite busy on weekends and has a tight, smallish parking lot that may require some deft maneuvering if you drive a large car or minivan.

Given the wrong order. Ordered two cinnamon sugar bagels and got ones with raisins. They didnt toast my bagle and I didnt realize this before driving off. Double check your order before you leave. They bagels were fine just not what I ordered.

Plump, soft, airy bagels that dont give the jaw a workout. Im sure others have reviewed other aspects, but these bagels taste right. Egg and onion are the standouts. The schmear with lox is worth the extra $1 or so. (Though you can buy regular cream cheese here then purchase the $5 packet for 4oz of lox at the Trader Joes half a mile away if youre coming by car or bike). Also, staff is friendly and they take phone orders.

Nice to have an outdoor spot with tables and stools to enjoy a latte & bagel al fresco. Next time Ill ask for the bagel to be WELL toasted. It was unfortunate that on this visit the restaurant down the block, Georgies, was having their sewer pumped and the wind forced us to flee the noxious fumes before we could finish enjoying our little meal.

Ive been coming here for a couple months now. They have the most delicious and amazing breakfast bagels. Personally love The Desy. Their bagels are always fresh and unfortunately that can also be a downer because they run out after a while. The location itself is OK. They have street parking in the front. In the mornings it isnt too full and usually they have parking. I do not know about the afternoons though. The staff is great. Everyone is nice and patient. They take both online and phone orders. The only reason i give it 4/5 and not a perfect 5 is because sometimes i make an order because Im quite busy and it is still not ready by the time i get there. However, i do understand they are quite busy as well and are very much sought after. So,i dont get too mad i just show up 5-10 minutes after the time they said itd be ready by lol. The bagels are okay. If you know what a bagel is then theyre a C at best. The people are nice enough but the service is very confused and chaotic. One order leads to multiple bags, the counter space is too small, and theyve messed up my take out order. Check your bag in the car. Really disappointed after it looked so promising.

The 4-2-1 coffee was really good, they got our bagels switched up but it was still pretty tasty. We got a Del Amo and a Maddy sandwich very filling and hardy

Yummy, quick and wonderful customer service. My partner and I found Cassidy s last week and have been back three times We get the Joe on everything which never disappoints. Their coffee is great as well!

Delicious! I tried their 4-2-1 today and its my new iced coffee obsession! I also had the Cassidys Club with an onion bagel which was tasty! The customer service was also very friendly! So glad that this opened in Bixby Knolls!
