I really love this little juice shop. They have awesome and amazing smoothie bowls and the prices are great. I don’t feel guilty about getting a treat here. I really love the Açaí Green bowl. The ginger is warm and refreshing especially with fresh and sweet strawberries sliced on top. Today, I got a special add-in of bee pollen and Andy made such a beautiful bowl. This is the perfect way to start the day. Everyone who works here is sweet and helpful and Andy is such a peach. I’ll be keeping this as my regular juice and bowl shop.

Tru Nature is a great spot to pick up an acai bowl! The staff is friendly and quick. The place was pretty busy but they were attentive and it only took ten minutes. They have delicious fruit and did not get upset when I asked for double strawberry instead of banana. The ambience matches the assortment of menu items and is enjoyable to hand out it in. The location is also ideal as it is a short walk to shops, the park and Junipero beach:)

Nice little friendly place but I wasn’t a fan of the date shake. The texture was slimy like a smashed banana and had way too much cinnamon. Could hardly taste the dates in it. Can’t seem to find one in the area as good as Hadley’s in Morongo valley.
Also get better straws, they bend and crack when trying to put it through the lid.

I always go to this place when I'm in downtown Long Beach and it never disappoints! They are reasonably priced for the quality of their food. I always get the happy Buddha bowl which is vegan friendly and delicious. There's no parking but if you can find a spot in one of the nearby neighborhoods or in the parking lot next to Salud juice bar it's worth the walk!

So fresh!! I needed a healthy juice as I was feeling tired and under the weather and my stomach wasn t feeling great. I got the Delhi belly - I swear it gave me energy and helped ease my stomach a bit! It was so delicious and I could tell they use fresh ingredients. The workers were also really nice and let me work from the outside area. I will definitely be coming back!

Came for a fresh juice after yoga on the bluff Service: 10/10 Greeted as soon as we walked in, was patient as I figured out what I wanted and made it right away. Atmosphere: 8/10 Cute and quaint! Definitely needs some updating, but for the most part was clean and well maintained. Drinks and food: 9/10 The juice was freshly made! Wish there was some ice to make it cold, but I drank it as is and didn t mind. We ordered the tumeric haven and the tropical bliss smoothie. I love all the healthy add-ons and they are fairly priced. This is the only spot I ve ever seen offer bee pollen!!! I only have a 9 because there was a lot of overly processed snacks being sold as health foods. They did have sandwiches and other healthy options there, so no matter what you can leave satisfied. Great pricing and super friendly staff. I love how it s all freshly juiced right in font of you. I will definitely be back in the near future.

DO NOT GO HERE July 12th at 12:30 there employee was taking orders and making food with a bloody tissue is his nose I m not sure of his name but he had a accent I couldn t really hear over the blenders but it sounded Russian he was handling food with blood coming from his nose which is very unsanitary and it ruined my appetite it was so disgusting I couldn t believe he was handling food with blood especially since Covid now there was 2 people working there his co worker should have told him that his tissue was bloody and to change it and to stop serving food but I was disgusted I ve been going here for years I m sad that I will no longer go here for any food that was unprofessional and very unsanitary! I am disappointed that tru nature allows that I will NOT be back and everyone please do not go here unless you want someone who handles your food with blood I can only imagine how unsanitary they are with other things DO NOT GO HERE

I love this place but they canceled my order and when we arrived she said it was canceled due to them closing the juice station an hour before they close but I placed my order at 6:25pm. I also ordered a smoothie but they couldn t make it for some reason? I m just confused on why the customer service sucks now. I get people want to go home but that s kind of early and stupid to close up early. Are they just canceling all orders that come through because they don t want to make them?

my order was: no acai please. extra chia + almond butter as sub. no bananas. extra strawberries - what i received was all acai, granola, FROZEN FRUIT, none of extras I paid for. When I called the manager he said the employees dont read the orders because they are too busy and that I should never order from there again. His words! A juice bar scam meant for tourists.

I really love this juice bar. It is very popular. Sometimes there are lines however, the line goes very quickly. This time I went in the afternoon, and there was no line. There are so many options to choose from. I love all the healthy smoothie choices. The service is really friendly and they are quick. There is a mural inside which adds an artsy vibe. There are places to sit inside and outside as well.

The best juice bar in the area!! Great prices, they will customize your order for you no problem, they have yet to not have an ingredient Im wanting to add, they have amazing looking vegan sandwiches of all kinds, they also have these packs of wellness shots so you get 5 for $8 something instead of one for like 4 bucks!! They are so nice too!

I ve been here twice so far and both times my smoothies have been deliciously made foto is my dragon fruit and watermelon smoothies sorry forgot to take picture of today s Banana, Mango,pineapple, spinach coconut water and turmeric smoothie it was my custom made smoothie Yummy!! they have a large selection to choose from you name it, fruit bowls, juices , healthy shots and more staff is Wonderful and they give you suggestions to you if you d need to add anything else to make the drink more healthy, fresh and delicious. Outside seating is available and COVID-19 regulations in place so here it s October and we re still with sunny days requiring something to sooth our thirst give them a try you ll love this little place with all they have to offer.

I like there drinks. Except when I call and ask them is their EBT machine working they say it is. But Everytime I get there its not working. I know if youre a small mom and pop shop getting the EBT card reader is a little different than the regular credit card machine. I just wish they except EBT and according to whoever answers the phone the do. But they dont seem to know how to work with machine for what ever reason.

Best smoothie shop around! Decent prices, always quick, and fresh ingredients. I like that everything is naturally sweetened, and most things (if not all) are vegan or can be made vegan. The bowls are very sizable too! I love the green açaí bowl, great amount of ginger flavor and not too much granola.

I love açai bowls and the budda bowl I had here was very good. I recommend it. We also had a pitaya tropical smoothie and it was good too. You just need to be patient because only two people are working to prepare all orders, at least on a Sunday afternoon when I went a fee weeks ago. You can go outside and wait for your name to be called out. I would go back to try oder bowls.

You havent tried anything until you tried these smoothies and fruit bowls theyre delish. You can also make a custom smoothies .after a good run or walk I tried to Go there when I can. This place is good when your on a rush to getting to where you need to go. Also you could call on your phone and Order what you want and it should be ready .

Love Tru Nature. About two years ago I went in with an awful cold looking to get a smoothie. The manager gave me 7 of the wellness shots free of charge. So sweet and generous, and I felt so much better the next day. Great bowls, smoothies, and customer service.

Awesome place for a quick stop. I was recently introduced to this place, and now its firmly in my rotation. The staff and other customers are friendly, and give off a very positive vibe. If youre looking for a fresh smoothie, a detox juice or something with a little more substance like one their acai or pitaya bowls, you owe it to yourself to stop by. The Peanut Butter Delight is really good. The Coconut Flakes heighten the taste of the smoothie. The blend is really good and tastes like one wholesome drink with a consistent texture. Only one customer can be in the store at a time. Theres no smoking in front of the store which I care more about particularly with eateries than other types of stores (like a clothing store). Safety measures are in effect and there is no access to a public restroom in the store. Aside from being able to order from the mobile application, I dont really see a benefit to having the mobile application though a Promotions tab is in the Settings which may be indicating promotions may be/become available. The customer service is kind and quick. If youre looking for a good smoothie on the go, I think Tru Nature Juice Bar is a good choice.

The gentleman here is so nice. I explained to him I was getting sick and this was my first time at this juice bar, he then suggested the juice that was best for how I felt. He gave me great service and he treated me like family. Love the juice I got called, the hangover and on top of that he added a shot of turmeric and ginger.

Small family business. Its located near the park and beach so its a great place to get something refreshing after your morning workout. Any options with peanut butter or almond butter are my go-to. They have plenty of healthy options. Only downside is you have to find street parking on a busy street.

Cherry Less than 5 minutes walk from the skate park. A delicious smoothie shop located 3 minutes away. It seems to be good for your body, and the staff at the store are very friendly and great. The smoothies are excellent. In between skating, during a walk! There is a toilet , and you can park in front.

Im always skeptical of places like this, because often they can turn out to be complete hippie pits, but I was pleasantly surprised by this establishment. Been twice, now, and was able to find decent parking both times, which is rare in this area. The staff is polite and attentive; theyll write your name on the cup/bowl. I hardly waited any time at all for my items. They have a fairly extensive menu and the inside is well-lit. There are some seats outside with large umbrellas over them and there is a little bench inside to wait, but the inside is not really set-up to dine inside, as most of the area is kitchen/counter. Prices arent crazy and the bowl/smoothies I had were good.

ACAI was a little wet/watery so it seemed more like a smoothie. Everything was good though. I suggest added chocolate chips onto for a lil bitter-sweet taste.

One of my go to for my Acai Bowls! love the spot! always good on the Acai bowls, friendly staff, awesome selection of Vegan and Vegetarian goodies! Surrounded by other nice restaurants, coffee shops, and nice area of Long Beach

Tru Nature was a gem. We were visiting Longbeach and found it. So many great options with the opportunity to customize the drinks. In the first sip is was so fresh could taste the fresh ingredients and blended nice and smooth. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Parking is limited.

Appreciate the juice not being watered down. Kind of expensive. Had Hangover Cure. It was served room temperature which was not the best. It was too heavy on the earthy beet flavor and ginger was a bit strong for me.
