Queensview Steakhouse

This restaurant initially had us concerned with an 18-minute wait despite our reservation, but the experience quickly turned around once we were seated.

The staff treated us like VIPs, with the bartender and several servers greeting us warmly and offering their assistance.
The manager's personal touch, going from table to table to engage with guests, added to the welcoming atmosphere and showcased the special of the day.

The food was absolutely delicious and fresh, making it one of the best dining experiences we've ever had.
We will definitely return on our next visit to the area!

I love it here! First time coming and definitely will come back. Food was delicious and service over the top, our server was Cristy and she was sweet and wonderful service. My husband took me here for dinner to celebrate our 10th anniversary, he had a little surprise for me and she helps with delivering it 🥰. I really enjoyed our dinner and time here, live music were playing the night. We had the Mary Queen right at in front of us.

Exceptional service. This restaurant is holding best steak & lobster tail. The seafood tower from appetizers were ahhhaamazzing, Oysters are to die for!!!!!! Steak well done, season and you can chew into it. Lobster tails are season just as well. 😫😫😫😫. Sides are separated from entree’s but they’re big enough for 2 ppl to share. Oh and let’s not forget the butter cake 😋. With ice cream on top and. Strawberries… it will leave you full of happiness. Newman was our server and he was attentive & fast, which was great for a place that was busy. Truly enjoyed my night and yes I will be back around the holidays.

Omg 10 for 10 steakhouse. Filet mignon was delightful. Service was on point, and the beach views were amazing, especially during the sunset. I had been to Parkers a few times and never knew about this hidden gem on the 3rd floor. I'm so glad we were able to experience this place. I will be coming again.

Came here with a party of 8. I didn’t make the reservations but apparently they’re pretty particular about the party size. I would have wandered around and missed the place. It’s inside another restaurant. They have indoor and outdoor seating with spectacular views. We ordered the seafood tower to share. Tomatoes with mozzarella as another starter. The main course doesn’t come with sides so we ordered 6 different sides. Dessert was amazing. We were so full that we couldn’t finish all of our sides.

Celebrated my daughter’s 25th birthday yesterday. Beautiful ambiance, amazing/delicious food and drinks. Excellent service from our server. Lovely live jazz music on the 3rd floor with break-taking views of the queen Mary and water all around. Has a very charming and elegant classic feel. Amazing restaurant overall, JJ my server was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He also treated me and my fiancée to glass a of champagne to celebrate the night she said YES! Food is 10/10 never had anything like this place. We were also treated to a nice view outside the restaurant to soak in the moment. Will recommend to anyone seeking to impress your partner/guest. One of the most scenic locations in Long Beach but comes with a steep price for the food quality. The location perched on top of Parkers Lighthouse is sure to impress all and is perfect for out-of-town guests. The vaulted ceiling and 360 degree windows makes it very unique space. The service is very good, the full team is very attentive to any needs you may have. The food is where improvements could be made. The menu wouldnt quite qualify as the classic steakhouse experience like 555 but it isnt a modern experience either. The food feels dated, like circa 1990s. A food refresh would check all three boxes at Queensview; Food, Service, and Atmosphere.

Omg 10 for 10 steakhouse. Filet mignon was delightful. Service was on point, and the beach views were amazing, especially during the sunset. Made reservations for myself and my wifes anniversary we immediately were greeted as we walked into parkers lighthouse and took us upstairs to queensview steakhouse there we sat next to a window overlooking a beautiful view of the queen mary there was also a queensview card with all the staffs signatures congratulating us on our special day everyone there was nice and friendly had live music from the pianos food was excellent I would highly recommend this place to celebrate or just to go eat at a high level fine dining experience thank you guys at queensview for everything.

What a lovely setting for an intimate after-the-wedding dinner! The staff members were accommodating and helpful, the food was fabulous, and the setting was incredible with views of the water. Absolutely loved the view of the ocean and the Queen Mary. The food was excellent. My steak was a great cut that was cooked perfectly. A little confusing to find since it is in the 3rd floor, with a different restaurant in the 1st and 2nd floors. Makes the view even better though! I will definitely return.

Ive been twice and both times were an amazing experience, service was the best Ive ever had! They have multiple waiters, a bartender, someone setting and clearing the table as needed, and a person serving fresh bread. Food is delicious, drinks were good, ocean view at night was beautiful. The lighthouse itself with the high ceilings and decor is so unique and cool. Would recommend to anyone!

Queensview Steakhouse is a extremely disappointing place for food, service, and ambiance. I should have walked out the door but I was hungry and it was late. Everyone we encountered was rude so we ordered the following items just to get out of the place: - The crispy calamari wasnt crispy but totally soggy with too much breading. - The lobster bisque had imitation lobster which floated in a bowl of mostly water. - The filet mignon was the worse cut Ive ever had, wasnt cooked at the right temperature, and was tough. - The Yucatán chicken was tough and stringy. Ill never come back here nor recommend it to my friends.

This is a restaurant that truly cares about service and quality! Staff was attentive and friendly. We were not rushed and could truly enjoy our dining experience. The food was prepared perfectly with care. We ordered the Porterhouse, and it was cut away from the bone, so we didnt have to do the hard work. Very much appreciated We are crab cake snobs and theirs was the very best! Parking: Validation helps bring cost down.

My honey, who actually put in some time planning our dinner tonight, picked a winner. Queensview was amazing. It checked all the boxes; Romance - great view overlooking the harbor & queen Mary. Ambiance (live pianist and low lights). Service - 5 star and attentive (yall know Im all about customer svc). Food - also 5 star, good portions and the steaks were excellent. Price - $$$$ but well worth it.

Excellent steakhouse. Despite a slight misunderstanding with the seating staff to start our evening, our party of 5 was able to secure a table overlooking the harbor while enjoying our delicious dinner. Between the filet mignon, porterhouse and sides, all entrees were phenomenal. The appetizers (we elected fort the bacon wrapped dates) were delicious. Excellent bartender as well! Will return and would highly recommend!

Great location with a view of the Queen Marry. There are stairs and an elevator to the upper part of the restaurant. I sat at the bar with a large selection. I ordered the lamb with Brussels sprouts. Very tender with excellent flavor. Before it arrived I was offered a selection of bread. Definitely ask for the honey butter. Overall a great experience for under $100. Took my husband and the family to an early dinner last night and our expectations were exceeded. Server Daniel took fantastic care of us. The assisting staff kept a keen eye on making sure our table was kept in tip top shape. There were about 10 of us, everyone got a different entre and each one was amazing. We shared several appetizers and family style sides, and those were all super tasty. The cocktails were on point. The muscians played beautifully. The ambiance is wonderful and welcoming. And the views are like the cherry-on-top. We truly appreciated the spectacular service that the Queensview team provided. We will absolutely be returning soon. Every aspect of our recent dining experience at Queensview was outstanding. The staff and service were above and beyond, especially our server Newsom. We enjoyed an app, entees, desert, wine, coffee. First of all, I made reservations for a window table, which I did not get. So whats the point of making a reservation?? Wine servings are minimal they dont fill your glass to the correct amount. They do not give you a courtesy birthday dessert of any kind, just a card!!! This place has changed since pre-covid . Will not be going anymore. Management should step up their game, not what it used to be sorry to say.

Music was good and service was ok but the food was disappointing. Ordered 2 steaks on was well done asked for medium well the other was too salty for some reason the server came to check on us after 20 min . The crab cakes were ok a bit dry . Very disappointed.

The service and the atmosphere were spectacular. There was a jazz band playing which added to the ambiance. We celebrated a friends birthday and waiting at our table was a birthday card signed by the staff, a beautiful view of the water, and ended with a creme brulee. All of the food was good. The surf n turf roll was the favorite appetizer, and the filet mignon was the favorite entrée. We had it Oscar style, but it wasnt worth the extra money. Overall, nice little place.

Nice area. Big menu options. So I think everyone could find something to eat. But luckily we had physical card to pay. Didn t accept Apple Pay. Which is so weird. So that s I guess too. Another one. In evening I would rather book the table. Wasn t full. But they made us wait for 30 min for an available table. Maybe they have specific number of people they accepts. Not sure.. so to avoid this make a reservation. But nice sitting area either inside or outdoors.. next to the water. Definitely must be nice for sunset.

I surprised my husband with an anniversary dinner to Queensview in November. He is obsessed with ships so we had a table with a great viewing of the Queen Mary. The food was absolutely amazing! The staff was beyond professional, friendly, and welcoming. They catered to our every needs and made sure we were taken care of. It was a wonderful experience. I cant recommend this restaurant enough! Parking: Parking can be a bit of a hassle.

If youre in the mood for a delicious steak dinner but dont want to spend a fortune, Queensview Steakhouse is the perfect place for you. The service is excellent and the food is even better. I ordered the burger and it was cooked to perfection. The crab cake was also very good, but the brulee cheesecake was the star of the show. It was absolutely amazing!

Crab cake was delicious, the Brussel Sprouts tasted excellent and my filet was cooked perfectly. The plating of the steak was underwhelming but it was more than made up for with flavor which is what matters.

Came here for a very nice, im going to say lunch with my wife and everyone was polite attentive and had good recommendations. We sat on their 3rd floor with the ceiling as shown in photos. Nice veiw of the ocean. Steak was great Ny I believe it was and if I rember correctly you can make an appetizer an entrée if youd like it to be so.

Had reservations here for Valentine s Day weekend. Their website shows that they have a special 5 course menu for Valentine s Day, however our waiter told us that only the downstairs had that option, which was disappointing. The downstairs was a completely different restaurant. He asked us if we wanted to wait for a table downstairs after we already were seated. We didn t want to go through the hassle of changing tables and waiting again. The live music was also very loud and not romantic. The ny strip pepper encrusted steak was extremely well cooked and perfectly seasoned. Mac and cheese was delicious. Brussel sprouts had too much bacon and cheese. Overall, great food but not so great service.

This place was romantic and upscale. Best steak (prime ribeye) I ve had in LA! Their Pinot Noir from NZ was very good as well. The live piano music and panoramic view of the harbor definitely made for an incredible dining experience. All around, my wife and I were very happy and it was an enjoyable and memorable evening.

My friends took us out to celebrate our first anniversary! The food was delicious and the live music set the mood. Also very beautiful view of the ferris wheel and water. I will definitely be back !

Spent my birthday here. Great food, relaxing piano music, attentive servers, very luxe ambiance with the view of the shorelines and The Queen Mary. The bread and butter at the beginning of the meal needs improvement though. You know how you go to these fabulous restaurants and they start you out with an epicurious selection of loaf slices or biscuits with butter-to-die-for? this is not one of them. So some improvement is in order. But the Sea Bass? well - that was just one reason to return.

Great restaurant, great views, great food, great staff (very easy going and great communication), great Jazz Band (good music and not overwhelming dinner conversations). I can go on-and-on. Ill be back soon!

It was good, the food was good, the service was just okay we had to ask for bread. The portions were kinda small, but I guess thats normal for these semi upscale restaurants... nice atmosphere where we were at least, this restaurant has been under renovation forever it seems, and too long a trip to restroom, especially for elderly people.

Had dinner and drinks here. Saturday evening they have live jazz, the band was great. Food was amazing, we did the surf and turf with filet mignon. I got the crab cake which had a good amount of lump crab, definitely recommend it. Their custome cocktail menu was alright, but I just ended up ordering a regular cocktail. Nice wine selection to pair with your meal, most are by the bottle but they do have some by the glass that you can get.

Amazing food, even better service. Our waiters came and checked on us often, our glasses of water were never empty. We came here for our anniversary and enjoyed it so much. The live jazz band was great! I just wish the bar wasn t blocking the sunset, but even still, the restaurant had a pleasant, romantic atmosphere during that time and nice views. Edit: if you re making a reservation, be sure to clarify on the phone that you want the reservation for Queensview. One of the reviews mention an inconvenience due to this and I m glad I took the time to read them! I believe they have the same number for both Queensview and the restaurant below it.

The food was delicious! My prime rib w/bone, golden mashed potatoes and the Mac n cheese was so so yummy . The drinks wasnt watery and they have live entertainment.

All the food was great! The best crab cake I have ever had. The sushi was fabulous. The lobster tails were perfectly cooked. The loaded baked potato was fully loaded and large. I dined with a party of five and everyone raved about their meals. The service was excellent. Three people waited on us.

Great service. Great food. Great location. This is a must for dining in Long Beach. They also had a great live piano player! Really enjoyed the atmosphere!
