Beautiful peaceful elegant scrumptious, had our Halloween dinner here. We had the brisket well done, with potatoes and grilled asparagus on the side. It was, juicy melt in your mouth kind of meat, our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Spacious comfortable booths were a big plus.

Michelle Host, Jennifer Manager and Raul the server (Ven.) , all of the team staff were great and always with an amazing attitude and smile in their face. Had a great time over there, food was amazing and ambient too.

My only complaint is about the parking… only valet and every parking in the street was taken, and even with a huge parking lot empty… they don’t allow you to park by yourself, asking for $10 for a valet parking… seems to be unfair.

We went on a Friday night for a casual dinner at around 8:15. We were seated right away. Good service, good selection of food and drinks. We shared the artichoke dip and a sandwich. Both were good. We were also given garlic rolls which were delicious. We would go back. Good atmosphere with a lot of people and a casual vibe.

This to me is a generous rating. We were not expecting an ultimate best steak dinner and expectations we’re actually low. Food was decent. Unfortunately, service wasn’t that great. Our server somehow got the order wrong and I wish he would have just apologized and fixed the issue. He came back at our table and said we ordered what they brought to our table. The manager did her best to rectify but perhaps it was too late, our server hardly came back to our table and see if we needed anything else. I wish it was a better service. I could observe another server was really taking care of his table from start to end, very friendly to guests.

First time at Wood Ranch, came with a huge fan.
He knew what to order without looking at the menu, great experience.
Service is friendly and efficient, they know how to properly serve.
We got the BBQ Chopped salad, the shredded onions, and a rack of baby back ribs. Simply delicious.
I would highly recommend!

If you like wine, they have a special on Tuesday's with 30% off on the wine.
I thought the Zinfandel paired nicely with the BBQ meat.

Came for birthday dinner for first time, ordered trio and ribs. Service was good, pleasant atmosphere. The only negative part was BBQ sauce which I'm not a big fan especially on the rib.

Hard to rate because the hostess immediately ruined the encounter upon arrival. We had reservations yo celebrate our mothers birthday. However Mariana looked at us like she felt we werent good enough to dine there. When we greeted her we were friendly and high spirited about celebrating. Unfortunately her demeanor prevented my mom from enjoying the experience. MINNIE and Jose however were fantastic. They took such great care of us and were quick to make sure we didnt need anything. I will say this was the first and last time at this location due to the severe level of animosity my mom felt from her. The food was good as always and fresh. Plenty of parking. Restaurant seemed dead on a weekend cant help to wonder if its due to the hostess. She shows bias and you can tell based on how she interacted with people she assumed may be more worthy of her attention and those she didnt even smile at, like our party of 5. Ruining a first visit and a birthday meal is why the service score is a 3 not a 5.

My wife and I were looking for a new place to eat in the neighborhood and thought we would give Wood Ranch a try. So glad we did, it far exceeded our expectations. We decided to sit at the bar and sample quite a few items on the menu. First of all these were the best beef ribs either of us have ever had. Period. Also enjoyed the amazing Caesar salad, peanut Cole slaw, garlic rolls, artichoke dip (with chips and salsa), honey blonde beer and espresso martinis. Fries were ok but not as great as everything else, really the only thing we didnt love but still not bad. Because we were celebrating our wedding anniversary we were given a hot fudge sundae on the house. That leads me to our server/bartender Candice who could not have been any friendlier or attentive to everything we needed to make this a special and extremely enjoyable meal. We are already looking forward to our next visit. We highly recommend Wood Ranch, sit at the bar and order at least one beef rib you will not be disappointed. 5 stars.

Went on a Sunday afternoon a little after lunch hoping to miss the crowds. Was greatly disappointed in the food quality. My kids usually get the steamed or boiled corn before it gets grilled only to be told its already pre-made so they couldnt make it like we wanted. The asparagus was cold. How can you not make asparagus there were a total of 5 tables in the restaurant and you send it out cold and watery. They got my wifes tri tip salad wrong amd brought her chunks of meat drowned in sauce to cover up the taste of microwaved re heating. My kids tri-tip was well done after asking for it medium but i guess this is what you get when stuff is pre made then reheated. And the place smells of dirty carpet like a movie theater does, not exactly something you like to around as you eat. Was not our first time at wood ranch but it will be our last at this location. Cerritos is so much farther but so much better food wise, service and ambiance.

My husband and I come here all the time on Thursday nights for the live music. The food is not like a Michelin star dining experience but it s truly solid for a casual weeknight out. if Hillstone and Outback Steakhouse had a baby, it would be Wood Ranch. We usually always get the spinach dip or the buffalo cauliflower to start and order the salads as the main. Their homemade salad dressings are really yummy. My kryptonite is also their Mac and cheese. Overall, would highly recommend this casual neighborhood gem.

We ve eaten at Woodranch Grill in Anaheim Hills, SanDiego and now in Brentwood. The food is still excellent, baby back ribs outstanding, garlic rolls right out of the oven yum yum!! Our waiter Justin was amazing, friendly, great speaking voice and awesome service. We celebrated my husband birthday and the ice cream sundae was soooo good!! Thanks for a delicious dinner, great service and outstanding atmosphere we ll be back!! Parking: We used valet parking no problem

The food was enjoyed by everyone. My brisket was so tender, but it lacked flavor. I expected a full-bodied, smoky well-seasoned meat; and it was lacking. I had a spicy margarita and it was delicious. Service was good, but we did wait quite a while for drinks, and after we asked for additional items. It was good overall. I d go here again.

Very good BBQ and sides. We had ribs(baby back & beef) and brisket. The mac and cheese was very good and the peanut coleslaw was the best Ive ever had. And the garlic rolls they give you are available insane. They were the best rolls Ive ever had! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Wood Ranch is a moody BBQ restaurant/sports bar. The interior is dimly lit in an artful way, which I enjoy. I had the Americas Best Tri-Tip Sandwich which, while good, was definitely not the best I have had. The tri-tip itself could have done with more seasoning in my opinion. The service was good. Altogether, I am giving this restaurant 4 stars because the food was good, but not great, and the overall experience was enjoyable, bit not incredible.

1st time and wont be my last...went for take out becuz they have beef ribs...they were pretty damn close to a country backyard grilling....meaty and tender..they were not dry...the street corn is really good..didnt care for the baked beans- they are tomato based with bbq sauce mixed in ( thats not country girl approved)...the garlic bread is really good...for those that eat pork my guy said they were off the chain...customer service was good and helpful...can be expensive especially if your eyes are bigger than your stomach...it was crowded inside...overall its nice

Like all their locations the new WLA / Brentwood spot is just great. The BBQ is first rate no matter what you order. The pulled pork is great as is the brisket. Sides are just wonderful with the smashed sweet potatoes being a highlight.

I came here for my birthday dinner with medium expectations. As the reviews looked decent. I ordered the bbq pulled pork sandwich with the corn side. The server failed to mention the corn was extremely spicy/hot. The sandwich was extremely dry. I asked for a side of bbq sauce, and the bbq sauce was watery and very unpleasant. So we asked for another side of bbq sauce for the ribs, that was unpleasant as well. I don t usually write reviews. But for the price, it s not worth it. Rosie s bbq is 100% better and half the price. Safe yourself the time and money and go somewhere else

AMAZING server !! We came in for dinner & had to walk in through the kitchen because the front door was broken. They did mess up our order, fixed it right away. LOVED our server. An older lady approximate 90 yrs was eating alone behind us. Our server sat with her, chatting with her & keeping her company. I noticed the older lady couldn t cut her chicken, the server sat down & CUT her chicken in small bites so she can eat! The kindness of this server!

Our first time here and we were so happy we tried it. Everything we tried was amazing. The flavor on the ribs is to die for. The only negative was all the items they run out of. We went in 1.5 hours after they opened and they were already out of street corn, and a few other items not available. But everything available good wise was fantastic, slow server, mostly worth wait. Will get take out next time. Food 5 stars. Service 2 stars . Lots of work to do in Front of House!!

We ordered our meal and then ordered a order to go. We received the order to go as our meal and our meal was boxed up to go. I ordered a cosmopolitan with grey goose and cointreau It came out perfect. I ordered another and I received a Berry Cosmopolitan. I tried to send it back and she gave me a song and dance and wouldnt take it back. We go there all the time and now it seems that the staff changes constantly.

I went to pick up an order and let the employees know, they informed me that the order wasn t ready yet. I waited patiently and after a while of waiting I asked again, the order was ready the whole time and they didn t let me know! They purposefully wasted my time.

This particular location is a relatively new establishment so I will be a little patient.....because I love their restaurant in Agoura Hills..... This new location however has to polish up on their service, meaning bringing all the orders to the table at same time and just as importantly they should all be warm....also, not so much barbeque sauce on the ribs.....its ribs with bbq sauce not the other way round Otherwise we are so happy their here on Wilshire....saves us 40 minutes drive to Agoura Hills.

We had a horrible experience at Wood Ranch. We were a party of 4 at 7 pm on a Saturday night. When we arrived at our booth and sat down, the table was wet. Obviously not wiped down properly. So we all had to go the bathroom to wash our hands. When we ordered cocktails, the waiter knew nothing about what brands of alcohol they had and had to run to the bar three times to ask. We did not order appetizers, and the waiter was visibly upset. It took nearly an hour to get the drinks. Inexcusable. The waiter never came to check on us. We had to go find him twice. One of the dishes was not prepared as requested. The food portions were really disappointing, especially given their high prices. $28 for a piece of salmon 4 inches by two inches long and a tiny baked potato. The waiter actually did visit our table once, when we were in the middle of eating, and tried to take our dessert order, which we found very rude. Later, the waiter became upset again when we asked for the check and did not order dessert. A really poorly run over-priced restaurant staffed by amateurs. They should be ashamed.

Place is nice and the waitress was very friendly. But the food came out cold. BBQ was not very juicy and the mac and cheese had basically crusted by then. The rolls were great and fresh, but the entrees were not. Also the parking in the back for $8 is a rip off. The restaurant doesnt validate either. Not worth the price.

I really enjoy their tri-tip and mashed potatoes. Lots of gluten free options. The staff was very attentive. And there was live music when we went, which was a fun touch. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

They are only open for dinner, but it is a very good local BBQ place. It is a chain, but with limited options in the area, it brings a breath of fresh air.

Tasty, but DISAPPOINTING ribs and fries because they were not hot! Lumpy mashed potatoes. Best sides like onion rings were not included and cob corn was not offered. Very NOISY and phone flashlight was necessary to see the menu due to POOR LIGHTING for some patrons.

Everything from start to finish was excellent, caesar salad, rib eye, tri tip, brisket , sides all great and cant forget margaritas as good as Ive ever had.
