Despite none of the coffee options being memorable or even some disappointing, I have to still give About Time 5 stars just because of their ease of parking, the spacious interior to do work and the right level of music volume. It's a fantastic place to work if you're able to get a spot, especially near an outlet.
I recommend sticking to something small on the drink side, and as for food, I am pleasantly surprised by how delicious their bagels were even tho you can't really choose what type of bagel or how toasted you want it. So I would still recommend it just to try out and for the value.

Their corn latte is a must try! It’s creamy, thick, and with a hint of corn sweetness. Their drink menu selection is very unique and has a wide variety you can choose from. However, due to the backordered drinks and how crowded it has been all day long, I feel like the quality of the drinks and preparation has gradually worsened. Aside from that, atmosphere of cafe is amazing and interior is gorgeous. Perfect for study campers as well as those who want to just sit and chat.

customer service was absolutely amazing, they are so friendly. I had the strawberry matcha milk and it was so delicious, not too sweet at all, very refreshing and milky. I also had the Ube pound cake, I wish they had these in bigger sizes because it was just so delicious, did not disappoint. the place itself is just so nice and relaxing, very calming energy. the first floor is a nice spot to hang with friends and chat, their second floor is definitely the spot you want to go to if you want to just study/get work done with a nice coffee or drink. love the ambiance, will definitely be coming by again.

The Newly Open Coffee shop in the area of Korea Town. Very secret space but with a parking lot. Pretty busy during the business hour in the morning as I saw many people study and working here. A large windowed refrigerator to show the donuts. Tried the caramel brulee one and the S'More one. Both are somewhat sweet. Might be a companion with coffee for a bitter one. The toast I suppose is a surprise, only eggs and vegetables inside the toast but they are creamy with the crispy baked toast. The menu is a little bit simple as I hope there would be some protein options. One thing to mention, don't forget to visit the second floor with a hard-to-find stair, one could overwatch the first floor and see the outside view through the two-sides windows.

UGH!!! Students/Wifi leeches!!! First off, the quality of the food, beverages, and service is good. Although, the cake is a bit costly ($12 a slice). The aesthetic is very nice and would be perfect were it not for the students/wifi leeches. I m tired of going with friends and family, only to see students occupying tables, especially the four-top tables taken up by ONE student with a laptop, and you know they re not leaving anytime soon. I can t imagine this is good for business either, x1 student w/ x1 beverage ($6-$9) vs. x4 patrons w/ x4 lunch orders + x4 drinks + x2-4 desserts ($84-$94) averaging 1hr you do the math. The cafe seems to have a separate lobby/area upstairs, it might be intended as a student lobby if not, it ought to be. I don t want to be discouraged because I live and work nearby. I like the establishment and want to support local business, especially one that s dog friendly. BUT I also shouldn t have to battle my way in or wait 20-30mins to find a table just because students are squatting. If this continues, I m taking my money and companions elsewhere.

I use to come here often during the previous management. Now the food has gone up in price almost doubled and it s quite ordinary, you can get here what you can get at any other coffee shop. But now, the last time I was there I sat down in the lobby area to wait for my friend to order together. I was sitting for no more than 5 min and was told to buy something or leave. I know it s not the employees fault, it s management. Either the place is hurting for money, or the management is clueless. Maybe skip this place.

Unfortunately, the internet connection was extremely slow and unreliable, making it impossible to accomplish my tasks. I tried multiple devices and verified that the issue was not on my end. I chose your café specifically because of its advertised Wi-Fi, and I was disappointed that it did not meet expectations. Reliable internet is a crucial aspect for many of your customers, especially those who come to work or study. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly, as it greatly affects the overall experience at your café.

despite a good atmosphere, two floors, an outside, and a regular cafe area. however the service was so mid. i felt rushed and this was my first time here. also their menus are all over the place, like i didn t even know they had food until after i finished ordering. they did not put up the prices or they weren t visible for the desserts they had up, cause why is a croissant 10 bucks. and the bagel and food was like $13+ while the drinks were $7-8 which is already crazy. the croissant wasn t even warmed up or anything, cold. at least it had some aesthetic to it ong.

Good for hanging out or getting work done. Theres lots of seating and a second floor thats much quieter, mostly for people doing work. They have wifi. I ordered an iced mocha, strawberry white chocolate spiral croissant, and a pistachio croissant. The mocha was pretty good, and the Pistachio croissant was scrumptious, but the spiral croissant was not that good. It was more soft and bread-like than a well-laminated pastry, and the bake was very pale. The pastry to cream ratio was off (too much cream), and the only part that was strawberry was a little sprinkle of dried fruit as garnish. Prices are kind of but not outrageous. Parking: Theres a free lot behind the building with plenty of spaces.

In the beginning, it was pretty crowded since it is a pretty cute aesthetic place to take pictures or simply work or study in there Now a days Im able to find a table and work from there a couple of hours I hope their food improves even more, though. The coffee in my preference, should be stronger

Tea and coffee was good, but the empanadas were dry and burnt/hard. They keep them heated like a 7/11 hotdog and it tasted about the same quality. Not what I would expect for the feel of the place and for $6 each!

I come here for the vibes, but not the drinks, lol. This place definitely fits the needs of people who prefer ambiance over substance, which by all means isnt a bad thing. My partner likes coming here for that reason. However, if youre looking for good coffee, I would think otherwise. Staff are hella nice! Place is really cute, very student friendly, id say, especially because they have a 2nd floor thats quiet, so hell yea to them. Finding seats? If youre lucky and wanna hawk over people. Drinks are mid, but I wouldnt go out of my way to pay a 10$ latte, I think a cold brew is like 7$? Ahhh no thank you! Parking is great and free! BUT be careful I think between Thursday-Saturday theres Valet parking starting at 4PM if youre not about that :)

The atmosphere of this cafe gives nice Seoul vibes and the drinks are done quite well (ordered the Hazelnut Latte - which was the right mixture of sweet without being too overpowering). Theres a free parking lot right next to the cafe, which is appreciated given parking how scarce parking is. The three star review is because of how woeful the Wi-FI situation here is. The connection is incredibly spotty with the router not able to cope with the number of devices connecting. If you need to do work through a corporate server or VPN then youll be out of luck. The connection seems to block any VPN or corporate network, so youre limited to browsing the web or social media. Its not a place to come and work.

I really wanted to like this place as I loved Cafe Benne when it was in this location for years, but unfortunately I m going to have to give it a negative review. I am such a big advocate for local coffee shops and am so willing to support them to stay in the area as I know it is such a hard industry to break into; especially in Ktown. I was born and raised right down the road from here and I know how difficult it is for coffee shops to stay afloat. I wanted to really believe in About Time Cafe, but their exclusion of families is something I cannot overlook. I came in with my daughter this morning and paid close to $20 for my coffee and pastry. Now my daughter is talkative, but she was not crying, whining, nor was she screaming at all. There was also a lot of chatter and loud Kpop music playing in the background. I was approached by a woman who seemed to be the manager or owner who said a customer left because of the noise my daughter was making. Essentially asking us to leave. It was not even 30 minutes into our sit down. I ve never had this happen to me, let alone in my hometown. I was shocked, but mostly disheartened. About Time Cafe Management, please do better for at serving our community.

Please!!!!! Get your chairs and sofas dry cleaned. Today I decided to have lunch in your coffee shop and relax on an armchair. The only part of the body that touched the chair were the hands. After 1 hour I discovered some bites on my hands. As if from bedbugs. Everything is swollen and very itchy. And the chairs themselves were dirty and stained.

First of all, I found this place through Instagram. Came in with my husband, mom and niece. The service was regarding either the OWNER or MANAGER not the employees. I got a bottle of water and sandwich to go box to throw away. I came from Las Vegas and road trip all the way here to try their place. I was looking for a trash can before I came inside the store while waiting for my husband valet. I threw one of the bottle and a korean woman sat near by said thank you . I looked at her and she said next time throw away your trash before you come in . So I told her there s no trash can outside or in the front. She went on and gave me a look and attitude yeah next time dont throw your trash here . I owned a business myself and worked in very similar food business so this type of attitude or how you treat customers is really unacceptable. Service by the employees were okay but my first impression as soon as I walked in will definitely not make me return and no recommend to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere please. There are so many more coffee shop that are cute and open late around LA area. Ordered strawberry matcha milk and strawberry ade and potato mochi. Both drinks taste bland and just bad. Took like 2 sips of my strawberry matcha milk then threw away the rest. The strawberry ade was not sweet or flavor at all. Potato mochi was hard like it has been premade for few days. Surprisingly, she didnt say anything when I threw away the almost full matcha drink and half full strawberry ade. Also it is $3 valet parking which we ended up paying them more because they are the nicest and greatest experience among all the service I received there

In the words of Lizzo, it was about [damn] time that a cafe exceeds expectations in LA. My friend and I have visited several cafes in the LA area. Every time we go somewhere, either the WiFi is spotty, parking is bad, food/drinks are not up to par, there are no outlets/space is limited or the music is too loud. This cafe met all our expectations and we had no complaints. Everything in LA is expensive so if things are pricey, I want my money s worth, which is what this cafe does. I had an avocado toast and a matcha einspanner which was delicious! It is an outstanding place to work remotely because the music is very soft, there s space, outlets and the food/drinks are up to par. The restroom is nice too. There are two floors, the second floor is where to be. This is THE SPOT

Needs improvement. Left a hole in my wallet. Came here to grab a drink and study with my friends. The place was packed at 2pm on a Tuesday. The only seating in the 2 story cafe was the waiting area for your orders. As for the drinks, it was a let down to say the least. I spent $33 on 2 drinks and 2 snack items. I got the Caramel Macchiato and a Spanish latte for my girlfriend. Both were around $8 ($!!). They both tasted very low-effort and watered down. I guarantee you, you can make better coffee at home for less than a quarter of the price here. My Macchiato tasted like milk and the Spanish latte tasted like water with a bitter aftertaste. My only compliments to this place would be the snacks which also had their flaws. I got banana bread and the cheesecake. The banana bread was good but served ice cold and the cheese cake was OK. The service was good. A man who I can only assume was the manager asked us how our food and drinks were and even offered me a small seat because he saw we were struggling with finding a place to sit. Wish I got his name Anyways, unless you have total financial freedom in life. I would avoid the hype around this place.

Food and drink are delicious but can be messy to eat like the Kyles Bagel sandwich (100% worth trying, its a breakfast bagel). I have come once during the day and once at night, both times the CAFE WAS FULL, HARD to find SEATTING, and most importantly, the WIFI IS WEAK!!! Dont recommend coming if you need free wifi because it WILL NOT WORK, as multiple people are trying to connect. Will recommend if your work does not require WiFi or if you have your own hotspot.

Really nice space! Large, with a second floor seating option. Seems like they tried to squeeze more tables in, so it s a little tight, but maybe they ll move things around later. Still, though, the interior is really cool. Had the Vienna Einspanner (a Ktown cafe staple). It was good but a little pricey and didn t come with a sip-through lid (a small pet-peeve of mine since Einspanners are generally supposed to be sipped). Overall, especially considering the spacious parking lot, this cafe stands out as one of the better ktown cafe options. Good for hanging out or staying for a bit and working.

About Time Cafe is a new cafe open in Koreatown. The shop is very modern, with an industrial style along with greens and wood. It s very aesthetic and has plenty of seating. They have free wifi, are pet-friendly, and their bathrooms are very clean. You order at the front and can watch the employees making drinks and desserts. The drinks came out fast even though it was slightly busy and the service was helpful for what we wanted to try. Overall, the service and ambiance was exceptional and you should definitely visit to study or just to hang out. Drinks We ordered the strawberry milk with Einspänner cream, strawberry matcha ade, yuzu peach green tea, and strawberry matcha milk. Each drink ranges from $4-$8 and the portion is actually pretty big compared to a regular size from other coffee shops. The strawberry milk with Einspänner cream was very good but very sweet. The strawberry matcha ade is for the matcha lovers; it has a very earthy matcha taste and a hint of fresh strawberry with the carbonation and it was delicious. The yuzu peach green tea was good as a green tea, but it doesn t have too much of a peach taste nor was it sweet. We recommend asking for extra sweetener. The strawberry matcha milk wasn t the best we ve had. It was a bit powdery and didn t have too much strawberry flavor. Overall, the drinks are pretty good but just know what type of drink you re looking for before ordering. Desserts We ordered the orange ricotta cheesecake and the ube pound cake, each ranging from $7-$9. The orange ricotta cheesecake was delicious! It s super creamy with a fresh orange flavor and a really nice graham cracker crust. The ube pound cake had a strong ube frosting which I liked, but the poundcake itself was a bit dry. They also have other items like bagels which we ll have to come back to try. Overall, the desserts were pretty good and we definitely recommend the orange ricotta cheesecake. Overall The ambiance: 5/5 The drinks: 4/5 The desserts: 4.5/5 The price: $$

customer service was absolutely amazing, they are so friendly.

10/10 would devour the banana bread again!!! The combination of how moist the banana bread was with the sweetness of the corn latte was a delicious way to get a boost of energy this afternoon. The atmosphere feels very fresh and welcoming, and the employees are very kind. Would definitely recommend checking this place out!
