Cute coffee shop with delicious, reasonably priced espresso and pastries. I got an iced americano with a splash of cream and a butter croissant which came out to $8.86 before tip. The croissant was flaky, buttery, and delicious. The espresso was perfectly brewed & smooth. There is a parking lot out front & free WiFi. The interior of the coffee shop is very clean & minimalistic. The music isn t played too loud & there s great natural light, making it a great place to work from! You should check out this spot if you re in the area. Parking: 15-20 spots in the free lot out front.

This is a great place to get a simple but delicious comfort breakfast. I had a nice bagel with cream cheese and a matcha latte. The bagel had the perfect squish with a crunchy outside. Im a true carb lover so take my word for it...its a great bagel. The service was also quick and quite helpful. They were able to tell me about their tea selection and offered good recommendations on what add ins would pair well. There is also a modest outdoor area for you to sit and chat with friends. The decor for the seating area is quaint, but gets the job done. All in all, is a fine and cost friendly place to grab a quick bite and a coffee with friends. Dietary restrictions: The offer multiple lactose free milk options here.

I came to Balcony Coffee on a Tuesday afternoon while getting my car serviced nearby. I got a hibiscus tea, which was slightly sweetened by agave. I got it iced, and it was tasty. I was served by a friendly fellow named Jason. There s parking in the lot, but I didn t use it this time. The inside decor is simple and also a nice place to work out of. There s WiFi. I was a little cold, so next time I might bring a hoodie. I ll definitely be back to try the tiramisu latte. Thanks, folks!

The coffee here and light bites are really good if you can even call them light bites since the portions will leave you comfortable and satisfied for sure.. The portions for food are pretty filling and tasty. I discovered Balcony Coffee years ago and fell in love inside they have a very tranquil nice sitting area perfect for taking some time to take a break or getting some computer work done. I havent eaten or got any coffee there for a long while and a few years later Im happy to say Im still delighted that the coffee still tastes good along with the food. If your looking for a nice small business coffee shop give them a try you wont be disappointed. Theyve maintained as one of my favorite coffee shops to visit and is a gem in K town. They take so much care in crafting their coffees and teas I have yet to have a bad experience or a subpar hot beverage there that I wasnt satisfied with.

I went there for get a cafe latte with oat milk this morning. I was expect thay certain name of oat milk they use and it was not. So I asked about oat milk and this asian staff in the morning time around 11am, he looks like he feel bad for asking what kind of oat milk they use. He seems very upset with that question. very rudely answered that they use better oat milk than others. Everyone has different taste and client can ask about milk. You dont have to feel bad for asking what kind of oat milk you use. I noticed that the owner changed lately and maybe previous owner took all his staffs. I am not going back.

I was meaning to write this review for a while after visiting for the first time. I was blown away by the level of customer service I received at this cafe, I was acknowledged when I entered AND left the establishment, and I just felt they valued my business. I ordered a Thai iced tea and a pastry to go with. Both were excellent and the Thai iced tea was not overly sweet which is great. Parking here can be a challenge but if you can get here, its worth it. I just have to leave a 5-star review because the customer service was outstanding. Ill be coming back.

Ok, I didn t want to go to a coffee shop in a strip mall so I avoided this place at first. Stupid mistake. Great, cozy coffee shop with pastries and more filling breakfast options. A small oasis inside with a little greenhouse space that feels like outdoor seating, but more temperature control than just sitting outside. For coffee snobs, they have a La Mazorca espresso machine and Stumptown beans (my fav). Plus, baristas are amazingly friendly. I felt encouraged to sit back and enjoy instead of being rushed out. There are also outlet strips and free WiFi (Be good and buy something for every hour you stay. Not a rule here but a nice thing to do at any small business especially one this accommodating.)

This is so chanchara. I didnt notice this gorgeous & soothing caffè e thé until Google maps showed me what I missed. It was raining; I got off the #14 westbound to wait for a #207 or #757(?) going north to Target at Sunset to buy hard to find Talenti cold brew & strawberry hibiscus sorbetti. I stood under the awning-ledge out front the Korean Adult Day Care Center. The enchanting Koreans were trundling out bags & bags of food to deliver; loading them from rolling carts into buses, vans, even cars. Very oxytocin for me : I felt as if I, a pariah all my life (outside my 5 boroughs), belonged to these friendly people. Eventually, a bus that was nearly empty (the previous one had sardine-tin packing) arrived; I rode up to Target. If I had stuck my nose around the corner, down at the Balcony, I would have seen that it was a welcoming refuge from the disaster that is the intersection of Western & Beverly. I apologize deeply to Balcony Coffee and Tea for overlooking them. I urge readers to check out this tiny shangrila on a rambunctious location. Beviamo!

The Brad Pitt and pistachio latte are unique drinks that people come far and wide for. I live in Santa Monica now and will still come out of my way for this family run biz. So much better than Starbucks or other luxury coffee chains. Now that outdoor dining is avail, you can sit in their patio w/ fountains & plants. I absolutely love this cafe! I was in the area to check out another cafe called LaB Coffee, but I was unimpressed with their menu. I stumbled upon Balcony on my yelp search and immediately came here after looking through the pictures and reviews. Their menu offers a variety of flavored lattes, but I was most intrigued by one of their signature drinks - the Brad Pitt. One of the workers (who seemed to be the owner) was so helpful in giving me a breakdown of all of the different lattes. He recommended the Brad Pitt as it was their most popular drink. I was a bit indecisive because I was in the mood for a sweet latte, but he advised me that he could adjust the sweetness of the Brad Pitt and make it sweeter than usual. I am so happy I took his recommendation because the drink was so delicious! I was advised to not use a straw for this particular drink since you are supposed to experience the taste of the foam with the coffee. I loved how smooth the flavor was and it perfectly satisfied my sweet craving. Its definitely a unique taste that you cant get anywhere else! My friend got their tiramisu latte (iced) and that was also excellent. She was given a spoon to eat the tiramisu topping and then advised to mix it afterwards. I got a taste of the topping as well as the mixed combination and both were great! I really like the flavor of the tiramisu and how well it blends with the espresso. The exceptional customer service was the cherry on top that made this an A+ experience. The guy who recommended the Brad Pitt told me to bring it back if I didnt like it and he would remake it. He even checked up on me (TWICE actually, because I was too busy taking pictures the first time to actually try the drink) to make sure that I was completely satisfied. Its clear that he genuinely cares about his customers!! I cant wait to come back again to try all of their other drinks, especially the Angelina - described as an iced espresso drink. Thank you again, Balcony, for such a wonderful experience!

This is a fabulous little spot in Koreatown serving an assortment of coffees, coffee-adjacent drinks (various lattes, mocha and different specialty drinks) and teas, supplemented with a small assortment of pastries and light food items. They take great care in the crafting of each drink, and theres a carefully curated vibe to the whole environment. Its extremely clean and tastefully decorated in an understated way, and typically theres relaxing jazz music playing. In the enclosed outdoor patio, water flows to help soothe customers against the sound of the traffic outside from the busy Beverly-Western intersection. Yes, they also have wifi (which is usually pretty solid), a goodly number of outlets and a certain amount of free parking in the little mini-mall in which they reside, but the thing that sets Balcony apart is the quality of service. Not only is the staff extremely welcoming--they greet and say goodbye to every customer--but theres just a higher standard here than at any other coffee shop Ive visited. For example, they bring your drink to you (and if you become more regular, remember your preferences), clean the restroom regularly, and as soon as a customer leaves, they wipe off the table. They just get it here, which is why I come so often; I know Ill have a great experience.

First time I came here a couple months ago for a Cafe Latte and was quickly impressed in how clean the store was. How friendly the service was to my and my brother. Finally the Lattes themselves were great not including the atmospheric outdoor patio they have. It really takes you away at night when traffic isn t so loud and the light are on. If you re looking for a quick drink I would 100% recommend. If you re looking for an experience I d really come during the night and give it a chance outside

Amazing coffee. The seating arrangement is a bit odd, but I can live with it. Theres also usually a line, but they take credit cards which is nice.

It was a brief stop but a sudden one. The location of Balcony is like an Easter Egg but it was amazing. My girlfriend had the Matcha Green Tea Latte and I had their Nitro Cold Brew. We needed to use their restroom, explaining the sudden stop. It has a wonderful ambiance, is super cozy, but most importantly, is spotless. The staff was beyond kind and the drinks were amazing. Definitely recommend this place. See you soon!

Cute hole in the wall coffee shop. Was pretty packed! The drinks are very unique and the service was good! We got the coconut vanilla latte and the red velvet latte. The flavors were really strong and tasted delicious, but they were lukewarm :/ would have been a lot better if they were hotter.
